This research conducts an evaluation of the implementation of Early Childhood Education at KB Indah Mulya Indralaya. The study aims to assess the effectiveness and quality of the Early Childhood Education program, considering various factors such as curriculum delivery, teaching methodologies, infrastructure, and overall learning environment. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, and classroom observations, the evaluation seeks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in the current implementation of Early Childhood Education at KB Indah Mulya Indralaya. The findings of this study contribute valuable insights to enhance the overall educational experience for young learners in the specified context.

Extracurriculars are guidance, counseling, interests, abilities and potential of students which are held outside of learning hours carried out by the teacher. Schools provide a forum for extracurricular activities as a form of channeling interests, skills and creativity. Extracurricular activities in elementary schools can have a positive impact on students within the school environment, such as increasing students' creativity, improving students' character and training students' social interactions within the school environment. The method used in this research is the literature review method. Based on the type of data collected from various sources to form this article. The library study method is a method used to collect data by understanding the theories of various journals, books and articles that are interconnected in research.

This article aims to determine the form of shyness problems in the subject, analyze the influencing factors and the impact of shyness on the subject. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, while data collection tools use observation, interviews and documentation. The subject in this research was 1 child aged 6 years. The results of the research show that Z experiences problems with shyness, including not joining in activities that involve lots of people, liking activities that he does alone, not wanting to appear in front of the class, and a tendency to speak at a low volume.

This study which aims to find out how important the practice of Duha prayer is in instilling religious, moral and discipline values in early childhood in accordance with the Child Development Achievement Standards (STPPA) contained in the Ministerial Regulation Education and Culture (PERMENDIKBUD) Number 137 of 2014 concerning National Early Childhood Education Standards. This activity involves children's ability to carry out religious activities by instilling religious values, morals and discipline. This research was carried out at Melati Aikmel Kindergarten with information obtained from the teaching staff at Melati Aikmel Kindergarten. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is clear that instilling religious and moral values in early childhood through the habit of performing dhuha prayers in Melati Aikmel Kindergarten has an impact on the formation of children's character which can be seen from changes in children's behavior, namely: (1) children have a sense of gratitude, (2) children have a religious character, and (3) children are more disciplined with time.

Early childhood achievement can be said to have declined, this is due to the lack of communication management of parents towards children. Achievement is something that needs to be developed, especially in the age range of 0-6 years (early childhood). Based on research conducted by the author, the main way that parents can develop or improve children's achievement is through parental communication management. The application of communication management can be done without cornering the interlocutor.

This research aims to describe efforts to improve the literacy skills of class V SD Negeri 06 Rantau Bertuah through a campus teaching program with research using the classroom action research approach method, which is a practical study that aims to overcome weaknesses in the learning process in the classroom. Through certain actions, the main goal is to improve and enhance learning in a more professional manner. Literacy, as a key aspect, is very significant in children's intellectual development. Literacy is a person's skills in reading, writing and understanding texts which are important for students' intellectual development. The teaching campus is one of the facilities that has great potential to make a significant contribution to improving literacy skills.

Early childhood education has a crucial role in forming the basis of children's development. One aspect that is increasingly recognized as important in this education is the development of entrepreneurial skills. Although young children may not yet fully understand the concept of business, an introduction to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship can provide a strong foundation for their future development.What is the right way to build an entrepreneurial spirit for young children and what methods are appropriate to apply. Meanwhile, introducing and cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit cannot be done instantly with young children, and the role of parents here is very supportive in forming the character of an entrepreneur in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive explanatory analytical studies, this method illustrates the importance of building an entrepreneurial spirit for young children. The aim of this research is to examine the benefits of building an entrepreneurial spirit in young children through the development of informal education and this research is only limited to cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in the family and their immediate environment. Through entrepreneurship training for children from an early age, the aim is to foster self-confidence, independence and become people who have high creativity so that they become more productive when they grow up. Informal education is very influential in developing attitudes and character to become an entrepreneur.The problem found was a lack of awareness about the importance of entrepreneurial awareness. The subject was conducted with early childhood education teachers. Surveys will be conducted on teachers in various early childhood education institutions to evaluate their understanding of entrepreneurial skills and how they integrate them in daily learning. Results of Increasing Children's Creativity: Measuring the increase in children's creativity levels through the introduction of entrepreneurial concepts in learning activities. Implementation of project-based learning, Integrating entrepreneurial concepts in project activities to increase children's involvement in the learning process.

The teacher management policy in madrasah aliyah is a policy process using educational facilities and infrastructure as well as various strategies to achieve teacher management goals, namely realizing the position of teachers as professionals, as part of achieving the goals of implementing the national education system. This research aims to describe teacher management policies at MAN 1 Medan. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research with observation, documentation and interview techniques. The results of this research are that the teacher management policy at MAN 1 Medan is considered good, this can be proven by the results of the speaker's research with WKM in the field of Curriculum. Where the teachers at MAN 1 Medan have carried out training to increase the competency of the teachers who teach at MAN 1 Medan. Apart from that, many teachers at MAN 1 Medan also have academic qualification certification.

Early Childhood Education learning will be more meaningful if the learning is carried out using projects, and an introduction to concrete objects, so that children in the foundation phase get meaningful learning, and will give them valuable experience while studying at school. This is related by giving them the right to exercise independence in learning and giving them space to explore the experiences they are facing, one of which is by carrying out or creating projects that will make their survival more meaningful than just getting material in the form of content. The hope here is that the project will help children gain a learning style that is fun and meaningful and can increase their understanding of the world challenges they face today.
