This journal focuses its scope on the issue of Indonesia Islamic Education Journal. We invite scientists, scholars, researchers, and professionals in the field of Indonesia Islamic Education Journal to publish their research results in our journal. 1. Islamic Education and Science Islamic education is a set of knowledge based on the Al-Quran and Sunnah which is used as the basis for learning in life. Islamic education teaches awareness in human faith in all knowledge created by Allah and obedience to Allah as the Owner of Knowledge 2. Islamic Education Management a process of managing Islamic educational institutions in an Islamic manner by way of dealing with learning resources and other related matters to achieve the goals of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. 3. Philosophy of Islamic Education The philosophy of Islamic education is a philosophical study of the various problems contained in educational activities based on the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith as the primary source, and the opinions of experts, especially Muslim philosophers, as secondary sources. 4. Pesantren Education Pesantren education is a traditional education in which students live together and study under the guidance of a teacher who is better known as a kiai and has a dormitory for santri to stay. 5. Islamic Education Leadership people who have a broad, comprehensive, and general concept of society that is directly related to the goals of Islamic education. 6. Islamic Education Curriculum The Islamic Education Curriculum which means the design of Islamic education and learning that is given to students so that they can become individuals who believe, have faith and have skills in life must be imbued with Islamic teachings and Islamic values ​​that are sourced from the Quran and As Sunnah. 7. Islamic Education Innovation Islamic education innovation is an idea, item, method, which is felt or observed as new to a person or group of people (society) in the form of an invention, or discovery, which is used to achieve goals or solve problems in Islamic education. 8. Abstract

This study aims to find out what is the basis for Kota Bangun Village to carry out this routine activity. Can it be said as an effort to revive the Qur'an or not. The results of this journal are that the implementation of Yasin’s wirid activities which are carried out every Friday night in Kota Bangun village includes efforts to revive the Qur’an among the local communicaty. This is also called the study of living Al-Qur’an. This study uses a cumulative research method, which is a study that focuses on observations that produce data in the form of sentences and words and seeks to explain and interpret the objects of observation according to the data produced. Based on the results of the data, it was stated that the Yasin wirid activity was carried out to spread the religion of Islam, as a means of inviting residents to goodness, getting closer to Allah, and establishing friendship between residents of Kota Bangun Village. This activity was also carried out on the basis of several hadiths which predict the reading of Yasin's letter on Friday nights. Even though these hadiths are weak in quality, there is nothing wrong with being used as a basis for doing something good.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0, the strategy for developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions is becoming increasingly important. Islamic educational institutions need to prepare students and educational staff to face future challenges with adequate skills and abilities. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to develop an effective and sustainable human resource development strategy, by involving all relevant parties and with the support of adequate resources. This study used the library research method by conducting an analysis of literature studies related to human resource development strategies in Islamic educational institutions. Literature studies are obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers, and other related publications related to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that various human resource development strategies that can be carried out by Islamic educational institutions include training and development, apprenticeship programs, scholarships and awards, mentorship programs, increasing human resource welfare, collaboration with other institutions, evaluating human resource performance, spiritual coaching, technology implementation, and innovation development. With the right human resource development strategy, Islamic education institutions can have quality human resources and be able to meet the needs of Islamic education

Abstract

We still encounter the crisis of the generation of Qur’an memorizers and illiterates in Indonesia, where in fact the majority are Muslims. The family has an important role in creating a generation of memorizers of the Qur'an. Methods of memorizing the Al-Qur'an are now starting to develop, various methods have emerged to make it easier for memorizers of the Al-Qur'an, both for toddlers, teenagers and adults. By using a method, it can memorize more easily, effectively, and have a good level of memorization power. The purpose of this research is to describe the key to the success of the parents of Tabarok, Yazid and Zeenah in bringing their three children to become young hafizh of the Qur'an and the Tabarak family method has successfully led three siblings to become the youngest hafizh in the world. This study uses a qualitative research design with the library research method, namely research that utilizes library materials as data sources. This research method aims to provide an overview of the hafidz family model in the digital era based on a study of the book entitled "Rahasia Sukses 3 Hafidz Qur’an cilik Mengguncang Dunia". This study found a method of memorizing the Qur'an (tabarak method), namely, the talqin method repeated up to 20 times each day. After mentalqin, listen to the recitation of the verse from CD recordings of famous reciters.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a crucial role in shaping the character and religious understanding of their students (santri). The challenge of improving learning productivity within pesantren is significant due to changes in learning patterns and the pressures of modern life. This research focuses on the concept of Personal Goal Setting (PGS) to enhance the learning productivity of santri. In this complex information era, PGS effectively helps santri establish personal goals, direct motivation, and improve learning performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of PGS in enhancing the learning productivity of santri and its impact on academic achievement and character formation. The research method involves conducting library research by gathering data from various literature sources related to PGS, Islamic boarding school education, and factors influencing the learning productivity of santri. The analysis results reveal that PGS plays a significant role in improving the learning productivity of santri within pesantren, assisting in setting clear goals, motivating, and overcoming learning obstacles. It is recommended that pesantren take a more active approach in implementing PGS within their curriculum and in nurturing the character of santri, while also utilizing information technology to facilitate the monitoring of santri's learning goal achievements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the singing method in improving Arabic language learning achievement at MI AR-Rahman, Parengan Village, Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research consisted of two classes, namely class IV and class V. The data collection techniques used interviews, observation, questionnaires, test questions, documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. It can be concluded that the singing method can be said to be successful and suitable for use to improve the ability to remember Arabic vocabulary for MI AR-Rahman Dusun Parengan students, Parengan Village, Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java.
