Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the psychological characteristics that influence the development of analytical thinking during adolescence. Specifically, it examines how emotional stability, self-awareness, intellectual engagement, and educational environments contribute to the growth of adolescents’ analytical thinking. The research employs a mixed-methods approach: quantitative methods include surveys, intelligence tests, and psychological scales, while qualitative data are collected through observations, interviews, and focus group discussions. Statistical analysis was conducted on factors such as emotional resilience, critical thinking skills, and the use of interactive methods in classrooms. The results reveal that emotional stability and self-awareness have significant impacts on adolescents’ analytical abilities. Moreover, intellectual activity, social support, and the regular use of interactive teaching methods were found to strongly enhance cognitive and analytical development. The findings suggest that a comprehensive and individualized pedagogical strategy—one that integrates psychological support, digital tools, and collaborative learning—is essential for fostering analytical thinking in adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fairness of royalty agreements between songwriters and singers in the Indonesian music industry and to assess the extent to which legal protection of songwriters' economic rights has been implemented. The research employs a normative juridical approach with qualitative analysis. Data were obtained through literature review, including statutory regulations, John Rawls’ theory of distributive justice, and contract law theory, as well as case studies of existing royalty agreement practices in Indonesia's music industry. The findings reveal that songwriters often hold a weaker bargaining position compared to singers or producers during royalty contract negotiations, resulting in disproportionate revenue sharing. Although Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright normatively protects creators' economic rights, its implementation remains ineffective. Collective Management Organizations (LMK) have also not optimally represented songwriters’ interests due to institutional limitations and the absence of fair contract standards. The study recommends strengthening regulations, developing fair royalty agreement templates, and enhancing the role of LMK in order to build a more equitable contractual system that supports an inclusive and sustainable music ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the psychological foundations that contribute to the development of leadership and willpower traits in students of military education. The research seeks to identify key psychological theories, methods, and practices that shape these traits in the military learning context. The method employed is a qualitative, normative-descriptive approach supported by literature analysis, with the integration of theories from Kurt Lewin, Albert Bandura, Lev Vygotsky, John Dewey, and Abraham Maslow. The study systematically analyzes military students’ personal development through the lens of motivation, stress resilience, responsibility, and decision-making under pressure. Findings indicate that leadership and willpower are interrelated characteristics cultivated through structured pedagogical practices and psychological interventions such as scenario-based simulations, reflective learning, stress management, and guided mentorship. The use of individualized development plans and experiential learning enhances students’ self-awareness, emotional regulation, and capacity for moral responsibility—traits deemed critical in military service. The research concludes that military education must embed psychological support systems to foster sustainable personal and leadership development among students.
