Abstract

International trade is one of the main components in driving a country's economy, providing opportunities and opportunities for sustainable growth. Exports and imports are an inseparable part of international trade, where exports have an important role in increasing state income and providing benefits such as increasing foreign exchange reserves, expanding employment opportunities, and a means to market domestic products. Indonesia, with its natural resource potential, especially in the plantation industry such as coffee, plays a significant role in international trade. Indonesia's high coffee production makes it one of the largest producers in the world, with exports reaching countries such as the United States, Germany and Japan. However, the Indonesian coffee industry is also faced with various challenges, including changes in consumer demand, the impact of climate change, and competition with other coffee producing countries such as Vietnam and India. To optimize Indonesia's coffee export potential, more aggressive promotional and marketing efforts are needed, as well as attention to environmental aspects and consumer preferences.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity Ratio on the Interest Coverage Ratio in Trading Companies. Using a purposive sampling technique. The sample population was 5 trading companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The analysis method used is the panel data regression method. The testing in this research uses the Stata application version 17. The results of the research show that partially (T test) the Current Ratio has an influence, the Debt to Equity Ratio and the Return on Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Equity. Other research results, namely Simultaneously, show that (F test) or together the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on the Interest Coverage Ratio in Trading Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2023

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of Firm size, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER) on Cash Turnover ratio (CTO) on textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during 2020-2023. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with data management using the STATA 17 program. The sampling method in this study uses the purposive sampling technique. The results of the F test showed simultaneously Firm size, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to equity (DER), Total asset Turnover (TATO) is significant to Return on Equity (ROE). Partial T test results, Firm Size and Current Ratio (CR) affect Total Asset Turnover (TATO). On the other hand, Debt to equity ratio (DER) has no effect on Total Asset Turnover (TATO).

Abstract

A good company is a company that has good values ​​in it and will automatically be viewed favorably by investors which will have a positive influence on the continuity of the company. This research aims to determine the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return of assets and company growth towards company value in the sub-sector of metal mining and similar companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2020. This research data is secondary data. The data collection technique for this research is purposive sampling technique. The population in this research was 15 companies, and the sample used in this research was 13 companies. The analysis method used is panel data regression using the econometric program View 10 (Eviews10). The results of this research show that the current ratio has an insignificant effect on company value, the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on company value, return on assets has an insignificant effect on company value, and company growth has a positive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PDAM Kota Padang. The population in this study was all PDAM Padang City employees, totaling 385 people. The sample in this study amounted to 150 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; and (7) Organizational commitment mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of return on capital in the "Mang Udin" angkringan business operating in the city of "Berkah". Data was collected through surveys and interviews with business owners as well as analysis of financial documentation. Apart from that, this research also involved direct observation of the operation of the angkringan. The research results show that the initial business capital, operational cost structure, average monthly income and return on capital were obtained. Analysis is also carried out to identify factors that influence return on capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the liquidity, activity, profitability and financial performance ratios of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the 2021-2023 period. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach in the form of numbers or financial data obtained from financial statements and then interpreted the results of the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the period 2021-2023. The results of the study explain that the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk using the liquidity ratio is not good because it is below industry standards. The company needs to increase cash and reduce fixed assets in order to meet current liabilities that must be paid. As for financial performance using the ratio of activity and profitability as a whole in good condition because it is above industry standards. The conclusion of this study is that the company's financial performance is very important for owners, investors and the public so that they can assess whether the company's financial performance is in good condition or vice versa. The implication of this research is that good financial performance can make a sustainable business in the long term and give shareholders confidence in company management.
