Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and the work environment on employee work discipline at PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Bogor City (PDAM). The population in this study was all 449 employees of PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Bogor City (PDAM). The method for determining the sample in this research was to use purposive sampling of 82 employees. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis method used is quantitative data. Data testing used Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The research results showed that individual characteristic variables had a significant effect on work discipline variables. Work environment variables do not have a significant effect on work discipline variables. Individual characteristics and work environment variables have a significant effect on work discipline variables.

Abstract

In recent years, economic relations between Indonesia and Singapore have become warmer. Singapore is still one of Indonesia's main economic partners in investment and trade. The two countries also benefit jointly from industrial cooperation in Indonesia, such as SEZs (Special Economic Zones), namely Nongsa Digital Park on Batam Island, Riau Islands, and Kendal Industrial Estate in Central Java. In 2021, three large-scale power plant projects were signed by a joint venture of Indonesia and Singapore, to accelerate the development of the renewable energy industry in Batam. The three projects will provide benefits for each country. Due to limited land, Singapore cannot build large-scale solar power plants. Meanwhile, Indonesia has abundant natural resources and is also located in a strategic geographical position. Thus, cooperation between the two countries will encourage the transition of renewable energy, as well as create new quality jobs in Batam.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Karawang Central Bureau of Statistics. The interview results show that a strong and positive organizational culture has increased the quantity and quality of work, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative of employees. A culture of cooperation and good communication also plays an important role in improving performance. The data analysis method used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. A strong organizational culture at BPS Karawang emphasizes efficiency, productivity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative, as well as evaluation and constructive feedback to improve work quality. Suggestions for strengthening organizational culture include improving training, evaluation systems, communication, initiative, and employee responsibility.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyse the effect of tax literacy, perceived financial condition, and taxpayer awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance in Surabaya City, both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this research is MSME owners who market their products on the Peken Surabaya website. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses purposive sampling using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to determine the extent to wich tax literacy, perceived financial condition, and taxpayer awareness affect the level of taxpayer compliance. The results of study indicate that tax literacy, perceived financial condition, and taxpayer awareness have a positive and significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. In addition, this study found that 26.1% of variability in taxpayer compliance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) identify the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Commitment to Organizational Citizenship at the Post Office; (2) identify the simultaneous impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Commitment to Organizational Citizenship at PT Kanpos Indonesia Bandung; and (3) identify the factors that most significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Commitment at PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung. This research uses quantitative data types and multiple linear regression analysis methods, therefore the research data comes from an online questionnaire sent to employees of PT Kantor Pos Indonesia Bandung, with a sample size of around 80 respondents. Based on the results of research using the t test and f test, it can be concluded that the research results show that work discipline has a statistically significant influence. Furthermore, it is shown that organizational citizenship behavior among employees is positively influenced by organizational culture and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Analyzing financial performance For it get an edge or establish itself as a superior entity, a company must possess a comprehensive understanding its effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability. In late 2019, Indonesia experienced starting of the COVID-19 pandemic, often known as the coronavirus sickness. The aviation industry was particularly impacted, leading to an economic decline. The objective of the study is to assess the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the EVA approach to ascertain the company's economic added value during the pre-covid period, the covid period, and the time of endemic changes in covid-19. The EVA method is a quantitative approach used to assess a company's financial performance and aid investors in making investment decisions in the capital market. The analysis utilizes data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research findings indicate that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has generated a negative Economic Value Added (EVA), implying that the company is not generating sufficient returns to cover its cost of capital. This suggests that the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was poor both before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and during the transition to the endemic phase of the Covid-19.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the variables that influence the capital structure of MSMEs in the electronic retail industry. Capital structure is the composition of a company's funding which consists of equity capital and loan capital. This study was carried out by collecting primary data through a survey of a number of electronic shop MSMEs in Telagasari Karawang. Questions in the survey include information about company characteristics, such as company size, age of business, type of ownership, and income level. In addition, external factors such as market conditions, access to funding sources, and government regulations are also part of the analysis. The analytical method used involves multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the independent variables (factors) and the dependent variable (capital structure). Data analysis was carried out using relevant statistical software. It is hoped that the findings of this research will increase knowledge about the variables that influence the capital structure of MSMEs in Telagasari Karawang that operate electronics stores. Business owners can manage their financial structures more effectively by using this knowledge. In addition, the findings of this research can help related organizations and the government formulate policies that can help MSMEs in the electronics industry, such as Telagasari Karawang, in overcoming capital structure obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of service quality and food taste on customer satisfaction at PT Ranisa Rumble and Catering. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey distributed to consumers. A Likert scale questionnaire was designed to measure consumers' perceptions of various aspects of service and taste. Data analysis shows that the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, responsiveness to customer needs and requests, and efficiency in handling complaints are important factors influencing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the right combination of food and nutritional balance also play a significant role in enhancing consumer satisfaction levels. The results of this study indicate that PT Ranisa Rumble and Catering has successfully met consumer expectations through good service quality and high food taste. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement in service aspects and menu innovation to maintain and increase customer satisfaction. These findings provide practical implications for the company in its efforts to improve the quality of services and products offered.
