Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi di media sosial TikTok dan pemanfaatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap penjualan produk skincare Kahf di Cikarang Barat. Dengan populasi pria usia 17–34 tahun sekitar 71 ribu orang, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap penjualan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa promosi di TikTok dan implementasi CRM secara efektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan, dengan koefisien determinasi 79,1% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Strategi promosi melalui fitur TikTok Live dan personalisasi layanan CRM terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis tentang perilaku konsumen dan menyarankan optimalisasi pemasaran melalui peningkatan interaksi, personalisasi layanan, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan pemantauan data CRM untuk mendukung pengembangan bisnis Kahf..

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanapenerapan sukuk yang ada di Indonesia, dan juga membahas peluang dan tantangan perkembangan Sukuk Mudharabah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan meninjau literatur dan melakukan analisis data, mempelajari literatur dari berbagai sumber buku, internet, dan juga jurnal penelitian yang memiliki topik yang sama dengan yang dibahas oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat dalam mengembangkan pasar keuangan syariah, terutama melalui penerbitan sukuk. Dengan beragam jenis sukuk, negara ini telah menjadi pemain utama dalam keuangan syariah global dan terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang positif. Sukuk mudharabah, sebagai instrumen pembiayaan syariah berbasis bagi hasil, mengalami perkembangan signifikan yang didorong oleh meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan produk keuangan syariah, dukungan pemerintah, dan inovasi dalam diversifikasi aset yang mendasari. Meskipun terdapat tantangan, penerbitan sukuk oleh pemerintah dan perusahaan swasta semakin meningkat, mengurangi ketergantungan pada utang konvensional dan mendukung proyek-proyek berkelanjutan. Contoh konkret adalah penerbitan Sukuk Mudharabah Berlandaskan Keberlanjutan Berkelanjutan I oleh PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. dengan total Rp3 triliun. Dengan imbal hasil yang kompetitif, sukuk mudharabah berpotensi menjangkau berbagai segmen investor, termasuk generasi muda, dan dapat menjadi instrumen kunci dalam pembiayaan syariah yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan keberlanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Banyak perusahaan yang mulai menyadari bahwa kesehatan mental karyawannya merupakan elemen kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini mengkaji isu penting mengenai kesehatan mental karyawan di tempat kerja, yang semakin mendapat perhatian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran dari ekspektasi perusahaan dalam membentuk budaya kerja yang berbasis pada kesehatan mental, serta mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari budaya tersebut terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis secara sistematis penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas hubungan antara ekspektasi perusahaan, budaya kerja inklusif, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja serta loyalitas karyawan. Studi literatur yang dianalisis adalah 10 tahun terakhir dari 2024 dengan total 19 artikel yang menunjukan temuan bahwa ekspektasi yang jelas dan selaras dengan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi mampu menciptakan budaya kerja yang mendukung kesehatan mental karyawan yang pada kemudian berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas karyawan. Ekspektasi yang realistis dapat menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih positif, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, serta mengurangi risiko gangguan kesehatan mental. Artikel ini juga memuat saran bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan kebijakan kerja fleksibel yang mendukung keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, serta memberikan pelatihan bagi manajer untuk mendeteksi dan mengelola stres karyawan dengan lebih efektif, sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan produktif.

Abstract

Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, perusahaan berperan dalam mengelola karyawan agar dapat mentaati peraturan, norma yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja dengan disiplin, efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara dengan total sampel sebanyak 32 orang karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Semakin baik disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Semakin meningkat lingkungan kerja akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara. Semakin baik komunikasi yang ada di PT. Wedanata Industri Nusantara maka semakin baik pula kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

In the era of globalization 4.0, business strategies and challenges have undergone significant transformation, impacting how companies operate. This article analyzes various strategies that can be implemented by business actors to remain competitive in an ever-changing environment. Approaches such as digitalization, technological innovation, and human resource development are key components of modern business strategies. Additionally, challenges such as market uncertainty, changes in consumer behavior, and the rapid impact of regulations are identified as obstacles that must be confronted. This research employs case studies to illustrate how some companies have successfully navigated these challenges through the adoption of various adaptive strategies. The findings indicate that collaboration between the public and private sectors, as well as investment in information technology, is crucial for driving sustainable economic growth in this era. In conclusion, while there are many challenges, the opportunities presented by globalization 4.0 can be leveraged through the right strategies, which in turn will provide significant competitive advantages for companies

Abstract

Nasi Uduk is one of the culinary delights that is popular with local people. In developing a business, it is necessary to carry out a business feasibility study analysis so that the business being run is worthy of development. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the Nasi Uduk Bu Asiah business in Rawa Sentul, Kab. Bekasi. This research focuses on marketing aspects and management aspects. This study uses a qualitative approach through direct observation and interviews with business owners. The results of this research indicate that Nasi Uduk Bu Asiah has good business potential by utilizing offline (word of mouth) and online marketing strategies via social media. A strategic business location and a combination of quality products at affordable prices are key factors for success.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a fundamental element in business success, especially in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector which has limited resources but faces increasingly fierce competition. This satisfaction is closely related to the business's ability to meet or exceed customer expectations, which in turn can drive loyalty, positive reviews, and long-term growth. In the context of Bu Wiwin's Es Cendolita Business, efforts to understand the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction are important to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the business. This study aims to analyze how aspects of product quality, such as taste, cleanliness, and aesthetic presentation, affect the level of customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with consumers, direct observation of the production and presentation processes, and documentation of customer reviews and sales data. Interviews provide insight into consumer perceptions of product quality and their overall experience. The results of the study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bu Wiwin's Es Cendolita Business. Abstract

The transformation of human resource management (HR) in the era of digitalization has become the main focus in facing the challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI). This article examines the innovations offered by AI in HR practices, including automating recruitment processes, analyzing employee data, and improving employee experience through personalization technologies. On the other hand, the study also identifies emerging challenges, such as the need to improve HR skills, maintain human interaction in an increasingly automated environment, and address ethical issues related to the use of AI. Through a case study approach and literature analysis, this article provides recommendations for organizations to effectively integrate AI in HR strategies, while maintaining human values. These findings aim to help HR leaders formulate sustainable adaptive strategies in the midst of rapid changes in the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of Rohmawati's Freshcake business based on legal, marketing and financial aspects. Freshcake Rohmawati, as one of the MSMEs in Bekasi Regency, presents typical cake products with an innovative digital-based strategy. A qualitative approach was used by collecting data through interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that the legality aspects of the business include NIB and PIRT certificates, but have not yet obtained MUI halal certification and trademark registration, which have the potential to add to the legal basis of the business. In marketing, the use of social media is quite effective in increasing market awareness, but does not make optimal use of digital campaign strategies, such as collaboration with influencers or development of official websites. In the financial aspect, transaction recording is still done manually, so cash flow is difficult to monitor, and evaluation of profit margins is not routine. Strategy recommendations include prioritizing halal certification and trademark management, optimizing digital marketing through social media and marketplace collaboration, as well as implementing simple financial recording technology such as the BukuKas application. Through these steps, Freshcake Rohmawati is expected to be able to increase business appetite and have a positive impact on the local economy. These findings are also relevant for other MSMEs in facing similar challenges in the era of business digitalization.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing a restaurant in Surabaya, one of the largest cities in Indonesia with significant market potential. The research investigates several key aspects including market potential, technical considerations, financial projections, and environmental factors. The findings reveal a promising market for new restaurants in Surabaya, but emphasize the importance of thorough planning in technical, financial, and environmental aspects to ensure business success. Recommendations include increasing government support, strengthening local wisdom, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and enhancing public awareness of sustainable business practices.
