Abstract

FinTech Syariah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi manfaat FinTech Syariah dalam memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap layanan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, terutama di era digital. Data menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah di Indonesia masih rendah, dengan indeks literasi sebesar 39,11% dan inklusi 12,88%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan umber data yang digunakan bersifat sekunder, termasuk dokumen akademik, laporan Lembaga keuangan, dan hasil survei terkini. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, FinTech Syariah dapat mengatasi hambatan akses, memberikan edukasi yang lebih baik, serta memperluas jangkauan layanan keuangan, khususnya bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan FinTech Syariah memiliki manfaat sebagai pendorong literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid progression of digitization has revolutionized various sectors, including transportation. Several offline services have switched to online services in the form of applications. The high risk of online transactions can involve e-trust and e-service quality to achieve customer satisfaction with application users. This study investigates the influence of e-trust and e-service quality on customer loyalty in the Access by KAI application, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Addressing user complaints, such as system errors and scheduling issues, the research explores how these factors affect customer loyalty. The study adopts a quantitative associative approach, surveying 160 KAI Access users in Surabaya, analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. Results indicate that e-service quality significantly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty, while e-trust influences satisfaction but not loyalty directly. Customer satisfaction plays a critical role as an intervening variable, bridging e-trust and e-service quality with loyalty. The R-Square analysis reveals a moderate explanatory power for customer satisfaction (50%) and a strong explanatory power for customer loyalty (75%). Despite advancements in features like trip planners and live tracking, user complaints highlight areas needing improvement. The study concludes that enhancing e-service quality and resolving technical issues can strengthen customer loyalty, emphasizing the pivotal role of customer satisfaction. This research provides insights for PT Kereta Api Indonesia to optimize digital innovations and improve service quality, reinforcing customer trust and satisfaction in digital transportation platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of AI-based chatbots on reducing customer service workload at Grab, specifically within the context of transportation and delivery services in Medan City. In an increasingly digital era, companies must adapt to new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The research method employed is quantitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through surveys of 100 customer service agents and 200 Grab users who have interacted with the chatbot. The results indicate that 75% of agents experienced a reduction in workload, with an average response time improvement of 30%. On the user side, 65% expressed satisfaction with the chatbot service, although 20% reported frustration due to the chatbot's limitations in handling complex queries. Historical data also revealed a 40% increase in interactions redirected to the chatbot and a 25% decrease in tickets escalated to agents. This study concludes that the implementation of AI-based chatbots has a positive impact on customer service efficiency, but it also highlights the importance of further development to enhance user experience. Recommendations for future research include exploring the development of more advanced chatbot features and training for agents to maximize the synergy between technology and human interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the digital business strategy and product development on increasing student sales at the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. The population and sample used were all 28 students. This research technique uses purpasive sampling technique, namely all students of the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The data used in this study is data in the form of questionnaires. From this study, it was found that there was an influence between the variables of digital business strategy (X1) product development (X2) on increasing sales (Y). This is proven through hypothesis testing using the t test. Where the results were obtained with a t count that was greater than the t table, namely t count (2.538)> t table (2.048). Reliability testing was carried out to measure the consistency of the research instrument using Cronbach's Alpha, and validity testing was carried out to ensure that the research instrument actually measured what should be measured. So that it is accepted or "Digital business strategy and product development have a significant effect on increasing sales at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo Students".

Abstract

Digital payments have become one of the important elements in the era of digital transformation, providing various benefits such as convenience, efficiency, and high security. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital payment systems by identifying advantages, challenges, and solutions that can be applied. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study design, relying on secondary data from journal articles, official reports, and other trusted sources. The results of the study show that digital payments offer advantages such as easier, safer, faster, and more flexible transactions, and support the non-cash movement. However, challenges such as limited internet access, inequality in smartphone ownership, and lack of understanding of technology are still major obstacles. This study also provides various recommendations, including public education, infrastructure development, incentives for merchants, and improving system security. With the right strategy, digital payment systems can be the main solution in supporting the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari penggunaan TikTok sebagai sarana pemasaran digital terhadap minat beli Gen Z. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber melalui pendekatan desk study dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital menguntungkan minat beli Gen Z, seperti meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas. Salah satu komponen penting dalam dunia bisnis adalah pemasaran. Salah satu tugasnya adalah mengawasi cara produk dipromosikan dan didistribusikan kepada pelanggan. Berbagai faktor dapat memengaruhi minat dan keputusan pembelian seseorang, salah satunya melalui strategi pemasaran. Selain itu, TikTok adalah salah satu platform media sosial yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk membuat video singkat. Milenial dan Gen Z hingga dewasa menyukai aplikasi ini, yang menjadi tren. Dengan fiturnya yang tersedia di aplikasi dan iklannya, TikTok memainkan peran penting dalam media periklanan. Aplikasi TikTok ini memiliki kemampuan untuk mengubah pola hidup Gen Z dengan mengikuti produk atau hal-hal yang sedang viral di media sosial.

Abstract

UPPKS Sumber Rahayu Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang, menggunakan desain kemasan sebagai alat promosi, namun desain yang kurang menarik mengurangi efektivitas promosi. Penelitihan ini bertujuan mengembangkan desain kemasan yang lebih menarik, informatif, dan unik menggunakan aolikasi CorelDraw X8. Penelitihan dilakukan dengan metode action research dan melibatkan 20 responden, termasuk pemilik, karyawan, ahli desain, dan calon konsumen. Hasil analisis menggunakan EPIC Rates menunjukan bahwa desain kemasan sangat efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan menyampaikan pesan perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, desain kemasan yang di buyat dengan CorelDraw X8 efektif sebagai identitas perusahaan untuk promosi dan disarankan agar UPPKKS Sumber Rahayu konsisten memperbarui desain untuk promosi yang lebih.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan teknologi big data dalam strategi pemasaran, yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk lebih memahami dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara efektif. Teknologi big data, yang merujuk pada kumpulan data besar yang terus berkembang dari berbagai sumber, memberikan perusahaan kemampuan untuk menggali informasi mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen, preferensi, dan tren pasar. Penggunaan big data dalam pemasaran memungkinkan personalisasi pengalaman pengguna, segmentasi pelanggan, serta prediksi tren pasar, yang berpotensi meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, efisiensi operasional, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah masalah privasi dan keamanan data, serta biaya implementasi yang tinggi, baik dalam hal infrastruktur maupun sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan keamanan dan privasi data, memperkuat infrastruktur teknologi, melatih tenaga ahli, serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan big data untuk strategi pemasaran yang lebih personal. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi ini, perusahaan dapat mencapai hasil maksimal dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic economy as an implementation of Islamic economic philosophy in achieving economic justice. The building of Islamic Economics is based on the main foundation of tawhid. The next foundation is sharia and morals. The practice of sharia and morals is a reflection of tawhid. The foundation of tawhid that is not solid will result in the implementation of sharia and morals not running on the provisions of the concept of tawhid. The type of research used is qualitative data sources obtained and collected by researchers not directly, but through other parties. The benefits of Islamic economic philosophy are not just an effort to Islamize science alone, but the existence of Islamic economic philosophy contributes knowledge, ideas or basic foundations laying the sciences in general including economics and involvement in constructing human civilization, towards a better human economic civilization. The essence or ontology of Islamic economics is an economic system based on divine revelation, it not only regulates the procedure of a person in meeting his needs but also places him as a servant of Allah ta'ala.

Abstract

Abstrak Ekonomi Mikro Islam mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang mengatur kegiatan ekonomi secara adil dan transparan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian pustaka yang mencakup literatur klasik seperti karya Ibnu Khaldun, hingga dokumen modern dari lembaga pemerintah dan akademik. Hasil penelitian terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam ekonomi mikro islam menunjukkan bahwa Subsidi di sektor agraria memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan petani di Sumatera selatan seperti mengurangi Biaya Produksi, meningkatkan Produktivitas Akses terhadap input pertanian berkualitas seperti benih unggul yang mendorong peningkatan hasil panen, meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan dan mengurangi Ketimpangan Sosial. jadi peran negara sangatlah penting di mana kebijakan pemerintah harus mendukung tercapainya kesejahteraan masyarakat yang adil dan Makmur tanpa bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam.
