Abstract

A business feasibility study is a comprehensive evaluation process that aims to assess the potential success of a business idea before it is implemented. The process includes analyzing various aspects such as market, technical, legal, financial, and socio-economic impacts. In the market aspect, research is conducted on demand, potential market segments, and effective marketing strategies. Technical aspects include infrastructure, technology and human resource requirements. The financial evaluation examines projected revenues, costs, cash flow, and investment feasibility. In addition, the legal and socio-economic analysis highlights regulatory compliance and the impact of the business on the environment and society. The results of the feasibility study help decision-makers to assess whether the business can be continued, modified or cancelled, thereby reducing the risk of failure and maximizing the chances of success. A business feasibility study is an important tool in strategic planning to ensure a business can grow sustainably.

Abstract

Digital literacy is essential to improve students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the modern era. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of digital literacy. This study involved students aged 18 to 24 as respondents, using qualitative methods and a grounded research approach. Researchers were able to gain a better understanding of the relationship between digital literacy, critical thinking and problem solving in higher education as data was collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews. According to this research, students who acquire digital literacy through technology-based learning can acquire better critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The results of this study can be the basis for better educational policies that help students prepare themselves to face challenges in the technological era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pada pengembangan produk brownies kering di kawasan industri Cikarang. Studi kelayakan ini mencakup beberapa aspek utama, yaitu analisis pasar, teknis, finansial, dan sosial. Dari segi pasar, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi permintaan untuk produk brownies kering, serta segmentasi pasar yang dapat dijangkau di kawasan tersebut. Aspek teknis meliputi analisis proses produksi, ketersediaan bahan baku, dan kebutuhan fasilitas produksi. Dalam aspek finansial, dilakukan analisis terhadap proyeksi pendapatan, biaya, serta titik impas (break-even point) untuk menilai profitabilitas usaha. Selain itu, analisis sosial juga diperhitungkan untuk melihat dampak positif terhadap masyarakat sekitar, termasuk penyediaan lapangan kerja. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bisnis brownies kering di kawasan industri Cikarang memiliki potensi yang baik untuk diterapkan dengan prospek keuntungan yang menjanjikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah dan brand image terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah pada Generasi Z. Studi dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa Cikarang Kelas MA.21.C.02 SDM dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 45 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah dan brand image secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank, ) untuk literasi keuangan sebesar 0,031 < 0,05, sementara untuk brand image juga memenuhi kriteria signifikansi. Tingkat signifikan yang digunakan 0,5 atau 5%. Maka nilai signifikan <0,05 diartikan bahwa variabel bebas secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel terikat dan sebaliknya. Analisis regresi berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 2,028 + 0,286X₁ + 0,241X₂, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,609 yang menunjukkan bahwa 60,9% variasi loyalitas nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah dan penguatan brand image dalam membangun loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

Perkembangan transformasi digital yang masif di abad ke-21 ini telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi mahasiswa weekend di Universitas Pelita Bangsa dengan pendekatan metode Delphi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner,dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, yang meliputi pemahaman konsep keuangan dasar dan implementasi program mentorship keuangan, berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Di sisi lain, kesiapan finansial dan pemahaman instrumen investasi juga menjadi faktor utama dalam mempersiapkan keputusan investasi yang bijak. Dengan demikian, literasi keuangan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional dan terinformasi, serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial jangka panjang.

Abstract

Dalam era internet saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang paling efektif. Media sosial membantu bisnis bouquet berhubungan dengan pelanggan dan mempromosikan produk. Dengan fokus pada strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh bouquet, jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana media sosial membantu mempromosikan bisnis bouquet. Studi kualitatif ini menganalisis studi kasus dari beberapa bisnis bouquet yang berhasil menggunakan media sosial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa visibilitas, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan media sosial dengan benar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the Bakso Super Semar business in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, which operates in the culinary sector. With the rapid growth of the culinary industry, especially in the fast food sector, Bakso Super Semar strives to meet the increasing market demand, both in terms of menu variety and dining comfort. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Agus Budianto, the business owner, to explore perspectives on the business feasibility from market, technical, financial, and managerial aspects. The results indicate that Bakso Super Semar has significant potential in the culinary market in Serang Baru District, supported by a strategic location, diverse menu, and a unique and comfortable concept. Although facing tight competition and challenges in terms of human resources and capital, opportunities for expansion and business development are wide open through collaborations with local entrepreneurs and service improvements. Overall, this business is deemed feasible for further development, provided it continues to adapt to changing trends and enhances service quality sustainably.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how well customers accept and use the BRImo application in the city of Palopo. This study identifies the components that influence customer satisfaction with this digital banking service. The research results show that BRImo is well received, but there are several areas that need improvement, such as the system needing to be more stable and user-friendly. This study found several ways to improve the quality of BRImo services, such as optimizing features, enhancing data security, and improving customer service. As a result, BRI is expected to meet the ever-evolving expectations of customers and maintain its competitive edge in the digital banking market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of kopi kalean kebon jati cibitung from a marketing perspective. The research employs a descriptive method with a case study approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on market segmentation, marketing strategies, marketing mix (4Ps), and customer satisfaction levels. The findings reveal that kopi kalean kebon jati has significant market potential with clear segmentation, effective promotional strategies, and competitive pricing. Its strategic location and consistent product quality are key advantages in attracting customers. However, challenges exist in addressing market competition and maintaining customer loyalty. Therefore, the business is deemed feasible for further development with several recommendations for improvement in digital promotion and product innovation.

Abstract

A business feasibility study is a systematic process to assess whether a business is feasible to run and can be sustainable. This study aims to determine whether the Soleh Rice Shop is feasible to run sustainably. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type, in exploring field data the researcher uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations of business owners. The focus of the analysis includes Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Promotion and Branding, and Financial Aspects. The results of this study indicate that the Soleh Rice Shop in Bulak Temu Market is a feasible business to run sustainably. An effective marketing strategy and large market potential make sales stable and even increase. However, there are challenges in facing market competition that will increase over time, the Soleh Rice Shop must prepare a special strategy to maintain customer loyalty.
