Abstract

A healthy and efficient capital market requires transparent and accountable financial information disclosure. This study examines the role of regulations in ensuring financial information disclosure that protects investors' interests. Effective regulations establish minimum standards for companies to provide relevant, reliable, and timely information to reduce the risks of information asymmetry. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with inductive data analysis, highlighting the importance of implementing reporting standards such as IFRS and PSAK, as well as the role of regulatory bodies like OJK in ensuring corporate compliance. The findings reveal that robust regulations enhance investor confidence, create an inclusive investment environment, and promote capital market stability. Despite challenges in regulatory implementation, the harmonization of international standards and stricter supervision can strengthen investor protection. This study recommends the development of adaptive regulations and stringent law enforcement to ensure fairness in capital markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meredesain label kemasan yang efektif dengan menggunakan Aplikasi CorelDRAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 15 responden yang terdiri dari owner, 2 ahli desain, 2 ahli pemasaran, 5 konsumen, dan 5 calon konsumen untuk menilai baik kualitas desain maupun efektivitas desain label. Efektivitas desain dianalisis dengan menggunakan EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication). Pada Siklus kedua desain label kemasan sudah layak digunakan untuk media promosi dan nilai EPIC Rate menunjukkan peningkatan baik untuk desain hitam putih 4,15 (efektif) maupun desain berwarna 4,47 (sangat efektif). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua desain yang dibuat dengan CorelDRAW dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Bebek Sawah Pattimura Padang Restaurant. Work motivation is one of the important factors that influences the level of employee job satisfaction, which ultimately has an impact on individual performance and organizational success. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 restaurant employees as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method to test the relationship between work motivation variables (independent variables) and job satisfaction (dependent variables). The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test which shows a significant value below 0.05. This study concludes that increasing work motivation, either through incentives, a conducive work environment, or awards for achievement, can increase employee job satisfaction. The implications of this study are expected to be input for the management of Bebek Sawah Pattimura Padang Restaurant in formulating strategies to increase work motivation to create a more productive work environment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the dimsum business with a comprehensive approach, including legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organizational aspects, and financial aspects. In terms of market and marketing, this study identifies target segments, effective marketing strategies, and competitor analysis to determine the optimal market position. The technical aspects include the selection of strategic locations, the necessary facilities, and efficient production processes to ensure product quality. On the management and organizational side, this research discusses the organizational structure, the role of human resources, and the management system needed to support store operations. Finally, financial analysis is carried out to compile income and expense projections, calculate break-even points, and explore potential sources of financing. The results of this analysis show that the dimsum shop business has good potential to grow and provide profits, as long as it is managed properly and takes into account all aspects that have been analyzed

Abstract

This research has an aim to create promotional media in the form of effective packaging design with Canva application. The method used in this research is Action Research with research procedures consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection was conducted with observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 15 respondents consisting of 1 business pemilik, 2 graphic design experts, 2 marketing experts, and 10 potential consumers. The method for measuring of effectiveness used the EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication). The analysis results after improvements showed an average EPIC Rate of 4.52, indicating that the packaging design is very effective and suitable for use. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the created packaging design is very effective and suitable for use as a promotional media through packaging design. Thus, it is recommended that Sumber Rahayu use attractive, informative, and innovative packaging designs that can compete with other products in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadkine karyawan di tokoh sepatu moza shoes.Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara,observasi,dokumentasi terhadap 15 Karyawan yang bekerja di tokoh sepatu moza Shoes. Data dikumpulkan degan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di tokoh sepatu moza shoes, dengan peningkatan kemampuan karyawan dalam melayani pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memberikan kesan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tokoh sepatu moza shoes perlu memperhatikan program pelatihan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at XYZ company. A conducive work environment is believed to increase employee motivation and productivity, while a less supportive environment can reduce their performance. In this study, the variables tested include physical aspects (workspace, facilities, and cleanliness), social (relationship between employees, supervisor support), and psychological (job satisfaction, work stress). The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a questionnaire to 100 employees in the company. The data obtained was analyzed using linear regression to find out how much influence each work environment factor had on employee performance. Research results show that the physical, social, and psychological work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. This finding provides recommendations for companies to improve these aspects in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employee work.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have brought significant changes in the way people communicate, conduct business and access information. Therefore, having a good brand image is a must for companies and institutions in order to gain trust from the public. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and promotion through digital media on rental interest in Malang Creative Center. This study uses a quantitative approach with brand image and digital media promotion as independent variables, while rental interest acts as the dependent variable. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 objects who are regular users of Malang Creative Center, with saturated sample selection technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that brand image and promotion through digital platforms have a positive and significant impact on rental interest in Malang Creative Center. Simultaneous tests also confirmed that both independent variables simultaneously influence rental interest. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both separately and simultaneously, brand image and promotion through digital media have a positive and significant influence on rental interest in Malang Creative Center. Therefore, it is expected that Malang Creative Center continues to maintain and improve the quality of its brand image and digital promotion strategy to be more optimal.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought major changes in e-commerce, including marketing strategies through affiliate marketing. Shopee, one of the leading e-commerce platforms, is the main choice of MSMEs in Indonesia for online transactions. This article discusses the introduction of affiliate marketing through the Shopee platform to students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Using the PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) method, this research explains the process of preparation to optimization in running effective affiliate marketing. Gen Z generation, as a group familiar with technology and social media, has great potential to manage digital marketing strategies. The Shopee Affiliate program offers additional income opportunities through online product promotion. With a systematic approach, this program not only helps Gen Z understand affiliate marketing, but also encourages their creativity and entrepreneurial opportunities. This article is expected to be a foundation in digital business development for the younger generation in the technological era.

Abstract

Economic growth is inseparable from the development of the competitiveness of a business within the company. The progress of a business will have a very positive impact on the economic recovery. The rapid development of the competitiveness of a business is in line with the increasing primary and secondary needs that continue to increase. It is marked in the global era of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry in Indonesia by the dynamics that have grown rapidly in recent decades. This study aimed to examine the effect of product innovation and product quality partially and simultaneously on the repurchase interest in Mie Setan Malang City. This research was a quantitative study with variables of product innovation, product quality and repurchase interest. This study used questionnaire and observation data collection techniques. With the purposive sampling technique, 100 respondents were obtained from the customers of UMKM Mie Setan Malang City. The data analyses used were multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing, product innovation variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that the variables of product innovation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. From the results of this study, it is concluded that there is an influence between product innovation and product quality on repurchase interest in UMKM Mie Setan Malang City. Therefore, it is recommended that Mie Setan Malang City need to focus on the menu offered and improve the quality of its products.
