Abstract

Indonesian wooden furniture has very good potential in the international market, especially with South Korea, which is a country with a trend for high-aesthetic natural material goods.Based on that assessment, this research aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by the Indonesian wooden furniture industry that wants to enter the South Korean market.Through a descriptive qualitative approach and research literature, the authors were able to reach findings that opportunities include raw material sources, unique furniture designs, skilled labor, and the implementation of IK-CEPA.On the other hand, the challenges include labor costs and relevant child labor

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki ekspor produk perkebunan Indonesia ke Tiongkok. Fokus analisis adalah hasil perkebunan komoditas perkebunan seperti kelapa, kelapa sawit, dan kakao. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia cukup unggul dalam berbagai produk kelapa, seperti kelapa parut, kelapa dalam kulit, kelapa segar, dan kopra, dengan indeks ISP sebesar 1,00. Namun, Indonesia menghadapi masalah seperti perubahan harga, perubahan iklim, dan peraturan perdagangan. Meskipun demikian, karena ekspor kelapa yang lebih besar dan variasi produk olahan kelapa yang lebih besar, Indonesia masih kalah dari Filipina.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance-based budgeting in local government agencies (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah/OPD). In the context of bureaucratic reform and the increasing demand for public transparency and accountability, performance-based budgeting serves as a strategic instrument to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public financial management. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review, this research explores various challenges and obstacles that hinder the optimal implementation of this budgeting model. The results show that many OPDs still face limitations in understanding performance concepts, lack integrated information systems, and are constrained by inadequate human resource capacity. Evaluation processes also tend to focus on budget absorption rather than outcomes, and organizational commitment to results-based management remains weak. To address these issues, the study recommends strengthening technical competencies, integrating planning and budgeting systems, improving performance-based evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability within public institutions. This research contributes to the discourse on public budgeting reforms by offering insights into how performance orientation in budgeting can be institutionalized more effectively at the regional government level.

Abstract

This study explores the efforts to enhance economic independence through the establishment of the Koperasi Merah Putih (Red and White Cooperative) in Kalisari Village, Banyuglugur District, Situbondo Regency. The cooperative serves as a strategic initiative to empower the local community, particularly small-scale farmers and micro-entrepreneurs, by promoting collective economic activities based on mutual cooperation and local potential. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research highlights the formation process, challenges, and early impacts of the cooperative. Findings indicate that the cooperative plays a significant role in fostering economic resilience, increasing community participation, and improving access to financial and business resources. However, sustainability still depends on continuous guidance, strong leadership, and consistent member involvement. This study suggests that with proper management and government support, community-based cooperatives like Koperasi Merah Putih can be a vital instrument in building rural economic independence.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze Dewa19 fan loyalty within the context of their interactions with a meaningful physical space, the Restoe Boemi restaurant in Bandung. Based on the phenomenon of music fan loyalty that extends beyond music consumption and concerts, this study explores fans' perceptions of Dewa19 as a symbol of closeness, the forms of loyalty behavior they exhibit at Restoe Boemi, and the factors influencing that loyalty. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants who are Dewa19 fans and have visited Restoe Boemi. The results indicate a strong emotional attachment between fans and Dewa19, reflected in their personal experiences with the band's songs and the thematic atmosphere created by the restaurant. Restoe Boemi is interpreted as a space of nostalgia, a form of respect, and part of fan rituals. Loyalty is demonstrated through regular visits, merchandise purchases, and the perception of the restaurant as a must-visit destination for true fans. Fan loyalty is multidimensional and crosses demographic boundaries, with initial engagement influenced by family, friends/partners, and an interest in Dewa19's music. Most of the informants had attended concerts, actively followed the band on social media, and had visited Restoe Boemi more than once. Key factors driving loyalty included the restaurant's atmosphere, nostalgic experiences, fan community, and a symbol of identity. These findings confirm that Restoe Boemi is not only a business entity but also a cultural space that strengthens emotional bonds and drives affective and behavioral loyalty among Dewa19 fans.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Location, and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions at Pandora 88 Jember Restaurant. The data for this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects with purposive sampling techniques. This type of research is Quantitative. Respondents were seventy respondents. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, multiple linear regression analysis test, Determination Test (R2), t Test, F Test. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Service Quality, Promotion, Location and Store Atmosphere do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The value (Adjusted R2) is twenty seven point one percent

Abstract

The "Cemilan Nusantara" MSME produces premium cassava chips made from organic cassava with a variety of modern flavors. Amidst the development of digitalization and changes in consumer behavior, a SWOT analysis is necessary to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced in developing its business. This study uses a descriptive method with a SWOT approach to design a relevant business strategy. The results indicate that "Cemilan Nusantara" is in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy), thus needing to maximize internal strengths and external opportunities to strengthen its competitiveness in the local and digital markets.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterpriss (MSME) that produce handcrafted flower bouquets have great potential for growth, but are often hampered by a lack of understanding and implementation of effective marketing strategies. This community service journal aims to present a comprehensive guide to marketing planning strategies that can be implemented by MSME producing edelweiss flower bouquets to increase sales and competiviness. The materials discussed include market analysis, target market determination, product development, pricing, promotion and distribution strategies. It is hped that this journal can serve as a pratical reference for one of the MSME producing edelweiss flower bouquets in designing and implementing their marketing efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the influence of training, employee benefits, and the work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) using a qualitative descriptive approach. In the context of the increasingly competitive retail industry, companies must continuously improve the quality of their human resources. Therefore, this research focuses on how training programs enhance employee competencies, how benefits affect motivation and loyalty, and how physical and non-physical work environments impact employee comfort and productivity. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations in the workplace, and document analysis. The findings indicate that ongoing and relevant training significantly improves individual skills and work efficiency. Benefits such as performance incentives and transportation allowances serve as strong motivators that enhance job satisfaction and retention. Meanwhile, a supportive work environment—both physically safe and socially harmonious—creates a positive workplace culture that fosters higher employee engagement and productivity. These three factors are interrelated and collectively influence employee performance. The study suggests that management should emphasize a holistic and human-centered HR strategy to optimize employee performance and organizational success.

Abstract

This study aims to inform the perception of actors towards the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM and to find the factors that influence it. One of the food processing MSMEs in Binjai City was the subject of the study, which was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews. The results show that MSME players realise how important financial recording is for the continuity of their business, but they still lack understanding and application of SAK EMKM. Factors such as education and business experience improve MSME players' perceptions of SAK EMKM, and the two main barriers to implementing SAK EMKM are lack of socialisation and time constraints. Based on the results of interviews with MSME business actors, opak factories do not yet have knowledge about the application of SAK EMKM-based financial reports, which aim to make it easier for MSME actors to calculate business financial reports properly and correctly.
