Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price, Location, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth on the purchasing decision of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is Consumers of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember. The sample used was 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was Purposive sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The tests used were data instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests), t tests and F tests. the results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth partially have no significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, while Price and Location partially have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously, Brand Image, Price, Location, Product Quality, and Word Of Mouth have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions of Es Teh Poci in Tempurejo Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause the risk of problematic financing in rahn contract financing, the application of risk management in minimizing problematic financing in rahn contract financing, and efforts to handle problematic financing in rahn contract financing. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the factors causing the occurrence of problematic financing risk in rahn contracts are caused by two main factors, namely internal and external factors, the implementation of risk management is carried out comprehensively including 5C analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, and Collateral) but which is often applied only 2C (Character and Capacity), and document verification, as well as routine monitoring, efforts to handle problematic financing that are applied include a family approach, re-survey of partner conditions, and the implementation of financing restructuring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information asymmetry, tax avoidance and company size on earnings management in primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. The sampling method used in this study uses the purposive sampling method, with a quantitative research type. The data used is secondary data, namely the company's annual financial report. The number of samples used in this study was 23 primary consumer goods sector companies with observations for 5 (five) years, so that 115 observation objects were selected. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the help of Eviews version 12 software. The results of the study show that partially, information asymmetry does not affect earnings management, tax avoidance does not affect earnings management, while company size affects earnings management. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect together on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the use of digital accounting applications by micro-entrepreneurs in Kendari City and its impact on their financial management and business improvement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving business owners who hold Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and utilize digital applications such as Si Apik, BukuWarung, Beecloud, and Jurnal by Mekari. The findings reveal that digital accounting facilitates transaction recording, financial reporting, and raises awareness of the importance of financial management. Despite challenges such as internet connectivity, limited device capacity, and low digital literacy, most business owners showed improvements in cash flow recording and decision-making. The use of digital accounting supports the transition from manual bookkeeping to a more efficient and transparent digital system.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in supporting local economic development, particularly in growing regions such as Sangatta City. This study aims to examine the implementation of marketing strategies by SMEs operating in the Taman Venus area of Sangatta and to analyze their impact on business growth and income enhancement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that SMEs apply five main marketing strategies: product, pricing, distribution, promotion, and customer satisfaction. These strategies are generally implemented in a practical and intuitive manner without formal planning, yet they have proven effective in attracting customers and increasing income. The strategic location of the business and strong social interactions also contribute to the success of these marketing efforts. However, weaknesses remain in the use of digital promotion and data-based business management. Therefore, efforts to strengthen managerial capacity and adopt digital marketing tools are needed to support the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the area...

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengam Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Agam. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Agam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi internal dan kinetja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi internal dan motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

Digital transformation has significantly reshaped marketing strategies, particularly in Indonesia's fashion e-commerce sector. TikTok has evolved into an effective marketing platform through interactive content and features such as TikTok Shop. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature review to analyze digital marketing strategies on TikTok. The findings indicate that authentic content, influencer collaborations, user-generated content, and multichannel strategies aligned with TikTok's algorithm contribute significantly to sales growth. These results offer strategic insights for fashion e-commerce businesses to optimize TikTok as a digital marketing channel.

Abstract

The sustainability of MSMEs also contributes to the local economy, however these MSMEs often face challenges related to people's purchasing power which is influenced by increasing inflation. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of inflation on the elasticity of demand and people's purchasing power. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews (involving 15 MSME owners in the food and beverage sector in Bandung City, selected by purposive sampling) and observation. Data analysis uses interactive qualitative analysis models with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that inflation has an impact on reducing consumer purchasing power in the city of Bandung. MSME owners realize that inflation has a big influence on the elasticity of demand and people's purchasing power. However, they face challenges in maintaining stable demand amidst price fluctuations. In the city of Bandung, the impact of inflation and decreasing purchasing power can be seen from changes in people's consumption patterns, who are becoming more selective, choosing more economical products, reducing the frequency of purchases, and switching to online shopping to get more competitive prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassador, Cash on Delivery service, service quality, product quality, and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions of students of the Independent Student Exchange Program 3 (PMM3) Padang State University who use Shopee e-commerce. The study used a quantitative approach with an accidental sampling technique on 60 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the influence partially and simultaneously. The results showed that partially only Online Customer Reviews had a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the variables Brand Ambassador, Cash on Delivery service, service quality and product quality did not have a significant influence. However, simultaneously all five variables had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This indicates that internal factors, especially customer reviews, are considered more honest, relevant, and helpful in minimizing purchasing risks, especially considering students' limited income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh Manajemen Modal Kerja, Nilai Tambah Ekonomi Dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Return Saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan pada sektor sektor Consumer Non Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 perusahaan sektor Consumer Non Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan dari setiap perusahaan yang telah dijadikan sampel penelitian. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Manajemen Modal Kerja (X1) sebagai variabel bebas pertama, Nilai Tambah Ekonomi (X2) sebagai variabel bebas kedua, dan Corporate Social Responsibility (X3) sebagai variabel bebas ketiga serta Return Saham (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode regresi data panel digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian pada penelitian ini. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 12 Student Version Lite. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang terbaik adalah Common Effect Model (CEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menyatakan Manajemen Modal kerja dan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Return Saham sedangkan Nilai Tambah Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham. Sedangkan secara simultan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajamen Modal Kerja, Nilai Tambah Ekonomi dan Corporate Social Responsibility secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham.
