This study aims to analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at Polres Tanah Datar. In the era of globalization, characterized by increasing competition and demands for professional work standards, organizations are required to optimize human resource management to achieve organizational goals effectively. Reward and punishment represent management strategies used to improve employee discipline and performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The research population consists of all employees at Polres Tanah Datar, with a sample of 53 respondents determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS method to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that reward and punishment do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. However, reward and punishment have an indirect effect on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. These findings suggest that improving employee performance is more effectively achieved through strengthening work discipline as a mediating mechanism in the implementation of reward and punishment systems within the organizational environment.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance, with Individual Innovation Capability as an intervening variable at the High Prosecutor's Office of West Sumatra. The method used in this research is quantitative, with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires designed using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that there is a negative and insignificant influence of Knowledge Management on Individual Innovation Capability. There is a positive and significant influence of Knowledge Sharing on Individual Innovation Capability. There is a negative and insignificant influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Individual Innovation Capability on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the mediation test results indicate that Individual Innovation Capability is able to mediate the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Citra Dragon Teknik. This research was motivated by the company’s failure to consistently achieve production targets, indicating problems in employee performance. The study employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all employees of CV. Citra Dragon Teknik, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between work environment and work discipline on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of creating a conducive work environment and implementing consistent work discipline to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

This study aims to determine and try to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Education and Culture Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Education and Culture Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency. The research results found a positive and significant effect between leadership style and job satisfaction. There was a positive and significant effect between the work environment and job satisfaction. There was a positive and significant effect between leadership style and employee performance. There was a positive and insignificant effect between the work environment and employee performance. There was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction mediated the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. Job satisfaction mediated the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.

The development of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior in the purchasing decision-making process, particularly through social media. This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products, with Brand Image as an intervening variable among Management students of the 2022 cohort at Universitas Putra Indonesia (UPI) YPTK Padang. This research employed a quantitative approach using accidental sampling, involving 100 respondents from a total population of 900 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and Brand Image. Electronic Word of Mouth does not have a significant direct effect on purchasing decisions but significantly influences Brand Image. However, Brand Image does not significantly affect purchasing decisions and does not mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that purchasing decisions are more directly influenced by digital marketing activities rather than through Brand Image.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction in CV Citra Dragon Teknik. The problem in this research is based on the failure to achieve the production target by Employee Performance, which is suspected to be influenced by the way of communication, work environment conditions and perceived job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. Data collection technique is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of CV Citra Dragon Teknik with as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis is done with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the direct and indirect influence between variables. The research results show that Communication has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In addition, Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, but the Work Environment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The mediation test on the structural model shows that Job Satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of Communication on Employee Performance, while Job Satisfaction does not significantly mediate the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of Education and Work Facilities on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Alai Health Center, Padang City. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 42 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Education on Job Satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Transformation and Technology Adaptation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Pasaman Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). The phenomenon underlying this study is the suboptimal achievement of employee performance targets, which impacts work productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations of 42 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 program with stages of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Digital Transformation has a positive but insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Technology Adaptation has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Digital Transformation was also found to have a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Conversely, Technology Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Digital Transformation or Technology Adaptation on Employee Performance. These findings indicate that the improvement of employee performance at the West Pasaman Bapenda is more influenced by the ability to adapt to technology than direct digital transformation, and the role of job satisfaction has not been an effective mediating factor. Therefore, efforts to improve technological competency and strengthen the implementation of digital transformation in a more targeted manner are needed to support sustainable employee performance improvements.

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and e-attendance on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Padang City Education and Culture Office. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 69 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS.
