This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness and work efficiency on employee performance with work life balance as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. The research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 105 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that work effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on work life balance and employee performance. Work efficiency has a negative and insignificant effect on work life balance and employee performance. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, work effectiveness significantly influences employee performance through work life balance, while work efficiency does not show a significant indirect effect. The contribution value of work effectiveness and work efficiency to work life balance is 86.4%, and to employee performance is 63.9%. These findings emphasize that improving work effectiveness and maintaining work life balance are key factors in enhancing employee performance in government institutions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya pada instansi penegak hukum, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 responden yang dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS, yang dipilih karena mampu mengolah data dengan jumlah sampel relatif kecil dan tidak menuntut asumsi distribusi normal secara ketat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Loyalitas kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan budaya organisasi, loyalitas kerja, dan kepuasan kerja

This research aims to find out and try to analyze the Influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Semen Padang. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Department Unit. Semen Padang as many as 50 people. The results of the study found that there is a significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there is no significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is no significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, job satisfaction cannot mediate work motivation on employee performance, job satisfaction cannot mediate organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance, with work morale as an intervening variable, among employees at PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. Data collection methods included surveys and questionnaires, with up to 80 respondents. Path analysis using the SmartPLS application was used for analysis. The results obtained from partial tests revealed a significant effect of organizational culture on work morale. Motivation significantly influences job satisfaction and work morale. Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance. Motivation also insignificantly influences employee performance. Work morale significantly influences employee performance. Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance through work morale as an intervening variable. Motivation significantly influences employee performance through work morale as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal approach. The population consists of all 80 employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. Due to the relatively small population size, saturated sampling (census) was used, making the entire population the research sample. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate significant findings: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Organizational culture has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance; (4) Compensation has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; and (7) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PDAM Tirta Sanjung Buana Sijunjung. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study comprises all employees of PDAM Tirta Sanjung Buana Sijunjung, totaling 52 people. Due to the small population size, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), where the entire population served as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Directly, the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (4) Directly, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; and (7) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings demonstrate that improvements in the work environment and organizational culture do not directly improve performance but are effective when mediated by employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at SMA Negeri 1 Pancung Soal. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaire distribution to all teachers. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as research respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software, including outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment and teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment but does not have a significant direct effect on teacher performance. Organizational commitment significantly affects teacher performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediates the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance is influenced not only by leadership and motivation directly but also through strengthening organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance with work morale as an intervening variable at SMA Negeri 1 Sutera. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Model testing was carried out through outer model evaluation including convergent validity, discriminant validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and construct reliability, as well as inner model evaluation using R-square values and direct and indirect effect testing. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work morale. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work morale. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance. Work morale has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Mediation testing shows that work morale mediates the effect of work discipline on teacher performance but does not mediate the effect of the work environment on teacher performance. These findings confirm that improving teacher performance is more strongly driven by work discipline and work morale than by the work environment directly.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 70 employees. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results show that knowledge management and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while knowledge management does not have a significant direct effect on performance. Mediation testing confirms that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is more effective when supported by strong knowledge management practices and organizational culture that enhance job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and time management on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Padang City Trade Office. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are employees of the Padang City Trade Office. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that work stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Time management also has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance, while time management does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of work stress on employee performance and also mediates the effect of time management on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is not only directly influenced by work stress and time management but also indirectly through job satisfaction as a psychological factor that strengthens the relationship. Therefore, the Padang City Trade Office needs to pay attention to managing work stress and implementing effective time management to enhance job satisfaction and optimize employee performance.
