Abstract

Microenterprise Credit (MEC) has emerged as a pivotal instrument in fostering socio-economic development, particularly in empowering marginalized communities worldwide. In Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) has played a significant role in extending Microenterprise Credit to empower small-scale entrepreneurs through its Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program. This abstract aims to provide an overview of the KUR program administered by BRI, focusing on its impact, challenges, and future prospects. The study employs a qualitative approach, drawing insights from existing literature, official reports, and interviews with key stakeholders. The KUR program of BRI has significantly contributed to enhancing financial inclusion by providing accessible and affordable credit facilities to microentrepreneurs, especially in rural and remote areas. Through this program, BRI has facilitated entrepreneurship development, job creation, and poverty alleviation, thereby fostering inclusive economic growth

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence Of Lecturer Competency On Lecturer Performance At The University Of West Sumatra. The choice of this title is based on how much influence lecturers' competence has in improving lecturers' performance because we both know that lecturers are required to be able to update references and teaching patterns which involve students directly in order to realize the government's independent campus learning program. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken was primary data by distributing questionnaires to lecturers majoring in management at the University of West Sumatra. This research carried out research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 21. The research results stated that looking at the results of the tests that had been carried out proved that lecturer competence had a significant effect on lecturer performance. and it can also be seen that the R Square is 0.601 or 60.1%. This means that 60.1% of lecturer performance variables are influenced by lecturer competence, the remaining 39.9% are influenced by other variables outside of the variables of this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the constellation or description of the wealth of People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Lumajang Imam Bonjol Sub-Branch Office. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. This research explains that the feasibility constellation of KUR financing consists of 6 stages, namely: registration, bi-checking, survey, analysis, approval and disbursement. Where the bank analysis stage uses 5 aspects, namely: character, capital, capacity, collateral and economic conditions. From the steps taken it can be concluded that the BSI Lumajang Imam Bonjol sub-branch office prioritizes comfort, speed, prudence, transparency and security.

Abstract

In banking competition, each financial institution must implement neat and clear marketing in order to gain market share. Invitations to win the market between BPR and Commercial Banks are very selective, with the increasing number of other financing institutions and cooperatives. The scheme implemented by BPR Nusamba to gain market share is a very adaptive and competitive interest rate, excellent service, effective, efficient and profitable. Sustainable promotion and direct involvement in the community. Financing the productive business sectors of trade, industry and agriculture as well as 3P services (fast process, easy requirements and guaranteed security). Currently, people are more careful in choosing an institution or body that is considered capable of facilitating and serving the economy. They really need financial institutions that are good at serving and facilitating them. Apart from that, BPR is present in the community and is the answer to their economic problems. The progress of Rural Bank activities is increasingly rapid and its presence is spread across various geographies, both urban and rural. The public has a lot of empathy for the role and function of BPR, including in funding matters in the form of requests for credit loan assistance. The researcher used the descriptive approach method used in this research by providing a clear picture and description of a problem.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi tren yang tidak terelakkan di industri perbankan, termasuk Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan transformasi digital BSI dalam menghadirkan inovasi layanan prima kepada nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan, disusun, diinterpretasikan, dan dianalisis untuk memahami fenomena transformasi digital di BSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berdampak signifikan pada inovasi layanan prima BSI kepada nasabah. Transformasi digital mendorong BSI meluncurkan ragam layanan digital baru seperti mobile banking, internet banking, dan virtual assistant yang memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah untuk mengakses layanan perbankan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Kualitas layanan meningkat ditandai dengan proses lebih cepat, aman, serta fitur-fitur canggih yang menyenangkan pengguna. Survei menunjukkan peningkatan kepuasan nasabah terhadap layanan digital BSI.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze or find out how Service and Security Features influence Customer Satisfaction using Mobile Banking with Trust as an intervening variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Demang because not all customers think that service features are able to make customers feel satisfied with online transactions provided by the party. BSI. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are customers who use BSI mobile banking with the total number of customer information obtained from BSI Demang being 13,584 users. This research uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents, then analysis is carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the data analysis test show that the Service Feature variable does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction when using mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Demang. The Security variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction using mobile banking at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC Palembang Demang. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction using mobile banking at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC Palembang Demang. The Service Feature variable has a positive and significant effect on customer trust in using mobile banking at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC Palembang Demang. The security variable has a positive and significant effect on customer trust in using mobile banking at the Indonesian Sharia bank KC Palembang Demang. The Trust variable is able to mediate Service Features on Customer Satisfaction using mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Demang. The Customer Trust variable is able to mediate Security and Customer Satisfaction using mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Demang

Abstract

Abstract

Hasanah Card is one of the financing products available at Bank Syariah Indonesia, including BSI KCP Kencong. In its activities to obtain profit sharing from Hasanah Card, it uses mudharabah contracts and musyarakah contracts. However, the people of Kencong are less interested in using Hasanah Card products due to the lack of knowledge of potential customers about Hasanah Card. This research aims to determine what strategies BSI KCP Kencong marketing can use in introducing their product, namely the Hasanah Card. The method used in this research is the brainstorming method by conducting interviews, as well as office observations which have the benefit of finding information, facts that happened, and strategies used in introducing the product. From the results of this research, the marketing strategy used by BSI KCP Kencong is a marketing mix system which is more often referred to as 4P, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Motivation and the Social Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students of the Faculty of Economics at the University of West Sumatra. This research is motivated by the need for economics students to be able to create their own jobs with the ability or motivation support provided by their surroundings, without having to wait for the relevant agencies to open job vacancy. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken was primary data by distributing questionnaires to students at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of West Sumatra. This research carried out research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 21. The research results stated that looking at the test results that had been carried out proved that both variables had a significant effect partially or simultaneously, and it could also be seen that the Adjusted R Square was 0.372 or amounting to 37.2%. This means that the variable interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by motivation and the social environment and the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how problematic financing is handled in home ownership credit (kpr) at the State Savings Bank, Jember Branch Office. In this research, the author used descriptive analysis research methods. The results of this research show that problematic financing for home ownership credit (KPR) is caused by three factors, namely: 1. Financing problems because of banks, 2. Financing problems because of customers and, 3. External factors. Handling of problematic financing can be handled in a preventive and repressive manner. The methods used in preventive efforts usually involve analytical research on data relating to financing issues, agreement on financing agreements, binding collateral to guarantee the bank's interests, and monitoring or supervising the financing provided. Repressive efforts are efforts made to handle problematic financing
