Abstract

The development of regional specialty food businesses is increasingly mushroominghis business is a business with great prospects, seen from the number of tourists who are starting to look at Lampung as a tourist destination. Because there are so many similar businesses, this results in competition, especially in terms of products. To overcome this, entrepreneurs must determine a product differentiation strategy that can increase sales. This research uses field research, a qualitative approach, primary and secondary data sources and uses observation and interview methods obtained from informants related to the research problem. This research uses the research object of Buak Tat Kehago Lampung products. The results of the research can be concluded that the product differentiation strategy in increasing sales implemented by Kehago Lampung is quite good and effective. After the data was collected and analyzed, the researcher succeeded in obtaining the following findings: the product differentiation strategy variables used by Kehago Lampung are mutually sustainable and related to each other. Which of the shapes, features, quality of performance, quality of suitability, durability, reliability, easy to repair, style and design are the focus of the strategy used by Kehago Lampung as an effort to increase sales. The product differentiation strategy implemented has had a positive impact, namely an increase in sales of Buak Tat products. This can be seen from the sales graph which has increased from the previous year, and is also supported by a sales system that keeps up with the times (offline and online).

Abstract

This research aims to explain whether the marketing strategy of the Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) event influences the sales volume of successful 2-filled noodle products at PT. Wings Food Bandung. This research uses a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interviewing Sales Promotion Girls (SPG). The interview technique used was semi-structured (Semi Structured Qualitative Interview). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that SPG is at the forefront in communicating directly with the public to introduce and promote products. They are required to have an attractive appearance, a minimum height of 160 cm, marketing skills, product knowledge, and be able to work according to targets. They also use various promotional techniques, such as providing explanations about products, making sales, giving souvenirs, and holding raffles or door prizes. Apart from that, there are differences between regular SPGs and event SPGs, as well as recruitment criteria that must be met by an SPG, such as having an attractive appearance, a maximum age of 25 years, and having the ability to promote goods.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the role of social media as a tool to improve marketing of UD processed products. Bolu Salak Kenanga in Padangsidimpuan City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation, drawing and conclusions. The research results show that the use of social media as a promotional medium is very important for improving culinary business product marketing (MSMEs) in online marketing, especially culinary businesses that are relatively small.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, understanding of tax regulations, and modernization of the tax administration system on MSME taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Padang Dua, both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted on MSME taxpayers in East Padang District which are within the scope of KPP Pratama Padang Dua, using a quantitative approach. The sampling method is Non-Probability Sampling with Convenience Sampling techniques with a sample size of 105 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the tax sanctions variable has no effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, the taxpayer awareness variable has an effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, the tax regulation understanding variable has an effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, the administrative system modernization variable has no effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, understanding of tax regulations, and modernization of the administrative system influence MSME taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Mutual fund is a company who invest in a variety of stock portfolio managed by an investment manager. Many investors have less knowledge and experience in forming optimal portfolios, especially regarding indicators that affect the performance of mutual funds. This study aims to analyze the performance of mutual fund shares affected by asset allocation policy, investment manager performance and the size of the mutual fund which was conducted at the mutual fund shares registered in Bapepam - LK 2008-2012 by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that asset allocation policy have negative and significant effect on the performance of mutual funds, investment manager performance have positive and significant effect on the performance of equity funds, and the size of mutual funds positive and significant effect on the performance of mutual fund shares.

BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember is a business entity that operates in Credit, Savings and Deposit products. Of course, carrying out these operations cannot be separated from the friction faced in its operations, especially in credit products. At BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember itself, in preserving and succeeding its business entity, it has a special strategy that is different from other institutions. However, it cannot be denied that every product will definitely not run smoothly, of course there are certain obstacles that it will face. Problematic credit is a problem that really needs to be paid attention to in running this business, there are many debtors who are sometimes unable to pay the principal and interest installments, but BPR Nusamba Rambipuji will not let this happen and develop by itself, of course it will be faced with various kinds of problems. method at BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember. In resolving Problematic Credit at BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember, the following strategy is carried out: BPR Nusamba Rambipuji carried out Credit Restructuring Legal Process Collateral Expropriation Write Off Books and Write Off Bills, however, since the establishment of BPR Nusamba until now, they have never done a Write Off Bill. This is a strategy used by BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember in dealing with Problematic Credit Products, where this is contained in the Credit Policy & Procedure Manual (PKPP) BPR Nusamba Rambipuji Jember from year to year which has been revised in accordance with the rules and authority of the Financial Services Authority and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Abstract

Di antara sekian banyak jenis pinjaman syariah, salah satu pinjaman yang paling populer di kalangan nasabah bank syariah adalah pinjaman Murabahah. Hal ini dikarenakan return Murabahah bersifat tetap dan tingkat risikonya relatif rendah.Tak terkecuali di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, dari laporan PT BPRS Bhakti Sumekar pada tahun 2018, produk dengan pembiayaan Murabahah menjadi produk terpopuler di kalangan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa itu pembiayaan syariah serta produk dan layanan apa saja yang tersedia di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar dengan menggunakan akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of Hajj savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jember Sudirman and find out customer satisfaction with the services of Indonesian Hajj savings products. In this study, the author used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that Customer service at BSI KC Jember Sudirman in providing services, namely being friendly, speaking softly with intonation, politeness, courtesy, with a low voice so that customers can understand what is conveyed and several strategies, namely 1. Serving wholeheartedly and meeting customer expectations so that customers become loyal 2. Offer quality products 3. Submit data and information accurately and correctly 4. Prioritizing the interests of the company above personal interests and work units. The roles carried out to increase customer satisfaction with Hajj savings products at BSI KC Jember Sudirman are 1. Using quality products so that customers will feel satisfied 2. Providing excellent service so that customers feel comfortable and according to the desired expectations 3. Providing empathy for customers so that customers have confidence, a sense of pride in the products used and have high confidence in the products provided at BSI KC Jember Sudirman.

Abstract

Blue Economy is ecosystem-based management to take full advantage of well-managed marine resources to carry out cross-sectoral coordination with public-private partnerships and investments that will provide benefits for the country's economic income by continuing to develop the future potential of marine-based economic resources. The blue economy can create great opportunities to overcome problems in coastal areas by overcoming the challenges they pose. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the "Blue Economy" concept in increasing fishermen's income in Medan City. to find out the implementation of the "Blue Economy" concept from a sharia economic perspective. This research is qualitative field research. The subjects of this research are traditional fishermen in Nelayan Indah Village, Medan Labuhan District, while the object of this research is the marine ecosystem in Kurnia Village, Medan Labuhan District. The result of this research is the implementation of the "Blue Economy" concept in increasing fishermen's income in Medan City. 1. The provincial, sub-district and fishermen governments of Medan Labuhan sub-district have not contributed much in terms of implementing blue economy indicators. 2. The concept of minimizing waste has not been properly actualized, not many processed products have been created. 3. Social inclusion has been widely implemented by the government, in this case the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, to improve the welfare of fishermen. 4. Innovation and adaptation in marine matters and protecting the ecosystem are still very minimal. 5. The multiplier effect by creating processed seafood products is still very minimal. 6. Public awareness of protecting the environment and marine ecosystems is also still low. The implementation of the "Blue Economy" concept is in accordance with the sharia economic perspective, where Islam is very concerned about environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether zakat has an effect on poverty in Indonesia. To find out whether sharia financing has an effect on poverty in Indonesia. To find out whether sukuk have an effect on poverty in Indonesia. To find out whether zakat, sharia financing and sukuk simultaneously influence national economic growth in Indonesia. To find out whether poverty is able to moderate the influence of zakat, sharia financing and sukuk on national economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with time series data carried out on several official websites. For data collection on the Zakat variable, data is accessed from https://baznas.go.id, while for sharia financing data it is accessed from https: https://ojk.go. id, then for education, APBN and Poverty accessed via https://bps.go.id, from 2015-2022. The data analysis techniques used are multiple regression and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results of this research are that the zakat variable influences poverty in Indonesia. Sharia financing variables influence poverty in Indonesia. The sukuk variable influences national economic growth in Indonesia. The variables zakat, sharia financing and sukuk simultaneously influence poverty in Indonesia. National economic growth is able to moderate the influence of zakat, sharia financing and sukuk on poverty in Indonesia.
