Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence human resource development has on employee performance at PT. Himpun Jaya Permata. The research method used in this research uses quantitative research methods. In validity testing, it is known that the value of r calculated is greater than r table, namely r table 0.339 and r calculated 0.783 so it can be said that the results of both are valid. From the results of the reliability test, the human resource development variable is 0.866 and the employee performance variable is 0.815. Based on these results, in this reliability test, each variable is said to be reliable because it exceeds the Cronbach Alpha value, namely 0.60. From the results of the simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the coefficient is constant. (a) is 15,140 and the regression direction coefficient (b) is 1.078 and the significance value obtained from the table above is 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the Human Resource Development variable (X) influences the Employee Performance variable and the magnitude of the correlation value (R ) is 0.844 and the Coefficient of Determination (R Squere) is 0.713, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 71.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty on the use of accounting information in Sulaman Naras MSMEs. This research uses descriptive analytical research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in the research was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 61 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the regression test, it was found that there was an influence of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information, business scale had an influence on the use of accounting information, environmental uncertainty had an influence on the use of accounting information. Accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty influence the use of accounting information, based on the Adjust R Square value of 0.614, indicating that the contribution of the variables accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty to the use of accounting information is 0.714 or 71.4% while the remaining is 28.6 % is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to be more competitive. Companies must have advantages and competitiveness, so that they can survive among other companies. The company's success is strongly influenced by its employees, namely human resources (HR). The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine and analyze employee compensation on employee performance, and to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and employee compensation on the performance of employees in the production department of the cutting section of PT. Maxxis International Indonesia. Employee performance is an extension of the meeting of individuals and expectations about what individuals should do in relation to a role. Work discipline is a tool used by leaders to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change behavior to follow company regulations. Compensation is intended as a reward for the company for the sacrifice of time, energy and thoughts that have been given by employees. The results of the R2 test show the figure of 53.3%, while the remaining 46.7% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. Work discipline (X1) partially affects employee performance (Y) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and is declared accepted. Compensation (X2) partially affects employee performance (Y) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and is declared accepted. Career development (X3) partially affects employee performance (Y) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and is declared accepted. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline (X1), employee compensation (X2), career development (X3) have an effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to answer marketing strategy problems in improving gold savings products at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch. This type of qualitative research uses descriptive analysis methods. Research data collection techniques from field research were obtained through interviews and documentation sourced from library research in the form of reading books. The results of this research indicate that the marketing strategy in increasing gold savings products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch, provides quite satisfactory information, carries out segmentation in the form of outreach to all levels of society with the target market, carries out literacy (introduction) of gold installment savings products to the community, offices and schools, as well as relating to the marketing mix including product, price, promotion and place. And carry out promotions via social media. The best marketing strategy is literacy (introduction) of gold savings products to the public, so that they are in great demand among housewives (IRT) and non-PNS employees, PKK women.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of development and product service quality on members' interest in using savings products at KSPPS BMT UGT Sidogiri. In this study, the independent variable is development and product service quality, while the dependent variable in this research is members' interest in using savings products. The population in this research are several members of KSPPS BMT UGT Sidogiri with a total of 150 members, with a sample of 15 respondents, with sampling using a simple random sampling method. This type of research uses quantitative methods and primary data taken from respondents' answers to statements. From the questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research can conclude that the development and quality of product services have a significant effect on members' interest in using savings products at KSPPS BMT UGT Sidogiri.

Abstract

The results of this study influence leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The number of employees in this study were 40 employee respondents at CV.Hody Ceria. The method used was a questionnaire research instrument which was distributed to employees of CV.Hody Ceria which was processed using a computer application. This research was conducted. The variables of leadership style and work motivation on performance were obtained by the results of the T and F tests. Results with a value of = 32.933 > Ftable of 3.25 then Ho was rejected (Ha was accepted) and leadership style score T table 32.933 < T table 2.026 Ho1 is rejected (Ha1 is accepted) with a work motivation score Ttable 5.124 > from Ttable 2.026 then Ho2 is rejected (Ha2 accepted). It can be concluded that in the T test if the leadership style has a positive impact on performance and is aligned with work motivation it has a positive impact on performance. From this study, R count = 0.640 with a percentage of 64%. There is a strong relationship between the Variable Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y). It is proven that there is an influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y). The remaining variable is 36% by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the elements that really determines the success of an organization. This situation makes human resources an asset whose efficiency and productivity must be increased. PT Great Giant Foods is a company with vertically integrated agricultural and manufacturing business lines in growing, producing, shipping fresh fruit and processed juices, meat and milk. One of the efforts that PT Great Giant Foods can take to create these conditions is by providing benefits to employees. Providing allowances can increase employee performance productivity, of course employee performance plays an important role for the company to achieve the company or organization's goals. The research method used is qualitative with data collection carried out namely observation, interviews and documentation. The selection of sources was carried out by researchers using purposive sampling, that is, researchers chose based on criteria who would be used as research sources, namely the head of human resources, permanent employees and non-contract employees at PT Great Giant Foods Bandar Lampung. The research results show that regarding the provision of allowances by PT. Great Giant Foods Central Lampung to its employees is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, where the higher the employee's skills and knowledge, the higher the level of payment. Meanwhile, based on an Islamic business perspective, the allowance system implemented is in accordance with Islamic-based management, namely based on expertise and situations fairly. However, allowances are given based on the type of work provided and type of workforce because the allowances given to permanent employees are different from the allowances given to non-contract employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), dan Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) terhadap Belanja Modal yang dimoderasi oleh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PE) pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah 57 sampel yang diperoleh dari laporan realisasi APBD Provinsi Sumatera Barat tahun 2019-2021 dan menggunakan alat analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa Pertumbuhan Ekonomi mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran dengan Belanja Modal, artinya Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel moderating mampu memoderasi pengaruh Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran terhadap Belanja Modal.

Abstract

This article is entitled evaluation of the achievements of sharia credit cards in the conventional era, is motivated by seeing the intense competition between conventional and sharia systems in Indonesia. As time goes by, many banking companies are competing to create facilities with the aim of making it easier and more interesting for consumers to make any transactions. One of the facilities the author discusses here is a credit card product. Increasing activity, especially in terms of business, credit cards certainly make it easier for people to make transactions. However, credit cards must comply with Islamic principles and must not deviate from the provisions of Islamic credit law.
