This research is motivated by the decline in teacher performance in the process of implementing teaching and learning. One of the indicators of decreased teacher performance in learning is the decreased learning achievement of students in the MA Nederi 2 Serang Banten Province. The purpose of this research is to improve teacher performance through individual supervision of teachers at MA Negeri 2 Serang Banten. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research shows that; First, the implementation of student counseling services is carried out through the creation of a student counseling program and the formation of a student counseling team. Second, implementation of academic supervision through approaches and techniques; class visits, observe teacher performance, observe material management, lead group discussions. Third, monitor the results of teacher academic leadership by discussing learning methods, use and assessment techniques, use of learning environments, and use of study time.

The purpose of this study is to look at the opportunities and challenges of developing the quality of Islamic education in the 5.0 era. This research is based on a library research approach, which involves collecting data and information from various sources in the literature. The results showed that Islamic education is faced with various challenges in developing quality in the 5.0 era. These challenges include providing educational facilities and improving the quality of human resources. The provision of educational facilities is directly related to limited access to technology and the quality of educational content. Meanwhile, improving the quality of human resources is directly related to the lack of technological skills, skills gaps, and lack of access to infrastructure. The opportunities that Islamic education has in developing the quality of education in the 5.0 era are the management of digital-based education management and the development of 21st century skills.

This study aims to describe the moral leadership of the principal in improving quality at SD IT Ibnu Mas'ud Pidie. By using a phenomenological case study, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the principal is able to bring the school to become one of the best IT SDs in Pidie District, Indonesia. Each leader has his own passion and leadership strategy. The principal's spirit is characterized by self-energy, a belief based on divine values, and a willingness to learn from other schools. There are three strategies for the principal in managing the school: 1) the values that will be implemented in the school that bring confidence in the spirit of leadership; 2) communication made to build relationships and motivation towards the vision; and 3) collaboration as a representation of bonding power in building school strength with community strength, in this case the student guardians. Moral leadership that is integrated with religious and social attitudes greatly assists the principal's leadership role

The moral decadence that occurred at SMP N 3 Kertek Wonosobo after the pandemic, which was exacerbated by learning loss in students, made the school finally make the habit of Al-Qur'an recitation as a program in the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile, especially for Dimension I, namely faith, fear of God Almighty, and noble character. This research aims to find out the concept, effectiveness and obstacles and support in the program. The type of research used is field qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using non-participant observation, free guided interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by reducing, presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that the concept of strengthening the first dimension of the Pancasila student profile through the Al-Qur'an recitation habituation program was integrated in the process of implementing the program starting from the preparation stage to the assessment stage. The program has not been effective in improving the morals of students. The supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the program come from internal and external factors, respectively.

In this research, the author aims to investigate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in forming the character of Al-Madinah Elementary School students, Wonosobo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as document analysis related to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The study findings show that the independent learning curriculum has been implemented at the Al-Madinah Wonosobo Elementary School, but teachers experienced several obstacles in implementing it. Obstacles related to understanding revolve around a lack of understanding of the concept of "freedom to learn", the difficulty of changing old habits such as still using the lecture method. In the context of building student character, the Independent Curriculum can be implemented in various ways, one of which is a holistic approach, integration of national values, and student empowerment. It is recommended that this approach be implemented widely at the elementary school level as part of comprehensive and sustainable character education efforts.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of audio-visual media in improving the quality of learning for students studying Islamic Religious Education class VIII at Takhassus Al-Qur'an Middle School, Kalibeber. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative type. In this research, the techniques used for collecting data were observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of the research used were class VIII Islamic Religious Education teachers and class VIII students at Takhassus Al-Qur'an Kalibeber Middle School. The results of the research show that the use of audio-visual media is very capable of improving the quality of student learning in Islamic Religious Education learning. During the learning process, students showed quite high interest in learning, then students were very enthusiastic about learning using audio-visual media. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media to improve the quality of student learning in Islamic Religious Education is quite effective, both in terms of attracting students' attention and increasing satisfactory learning outcomes.

Cooperative learning method is a learning method that focuses on the use of small groups of learners to work together in learning to achieve learning goals. Character building is the cultivation of values in students and the renewal of a common life system that respects individual freedom. The purpose of this study is to determine the purpose, process, evaluation, and impact of the cooperative learning model in shaping student character in fiqh class XI at MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta. The method used in this research is field research method. The result of this research is that with the application of this cooperative learning model, the teacher can see, and assess the character building in each student through group discussion learning during class learning.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Model on student learning outcomes in class X TKR 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Cilamaya. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with experiments. The results of the data analysis test on the use of the TGT Model (X) on learning outcomes (Y). The results of the descriptive analysis show that the data values are normally distributed with the average pretest score for the experimental class being 68.21 and the average posttest score being 81.07. Meanwhile, the control class obtained an average pretest score of 63.04 and a posttest score of 71.25. The results of the t-test through SPSS 25 obtained a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest of student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of class X TKR 1 SMKN 1 Cilamaya.

This study aims to determine the influence of parents’ education level and learning environment on students’ learning motivation in Madrasah Aliyah Mamba’ul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. This research uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto research type. The sample in this study was 116 students as respondents, and used probability sampling with simple random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution with 28 statement items. And using multiple linier regression test data analysis techniques. The results in this study show that. Firstly, there was no partial influence between parents’ education level on student learning motivation with a significance value of T= 0.090 > 0.005. Secondly, there is a partial influence between the learning environment on student learning motivation with a significance value of T= 0.001 < 0.005. Thirdly, there is a simultaneous influence between parents’ education level and learning environment on student learning motivation with a significance value of F= 0.001 < 0,005.

This research aims to (1) Describe the role of teacher role models at SMP IT Mutiara Insani Delanggu (2) Describe the role of teacher role models in student moral training (3) Describe the factors inhibiting teacher role models. This research is field research. The approach used by the author in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that (1) the role of teacher role models at SMP IT Mutiara Insani is very influential on the formation of student morals because morals themselves are a commendable trait that is highly prioritized in schools (2) teacher role models in student moral training are influential and can have a positive effect on development students (3) factors inhibiting teacher role models, namely the lack of totality in providing moral training to students, parents at home in giving direction to their children, social factors and environmental factors which are very influential in forming good character.
