Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of technology is currently very fast and rapid so that technology becomes a very intimate need in everyday life, especially in the business world. But from all that there must be a risk that arises. Risk (risk) is the effect of uncertainty on a goal. Influence is a deviation from the expected result, the result can be positive, negative or both so that it can overcome, create or generate opportunities and threats. Toko Komar is a wholesaler that already uses the application of information technology to support its business activities. The store uses the Ayo SRC application which is used to support sales, record inventory, and record daily expenses needed. However, in the world of management, there are always possible risks that may occur and can disrupt business activities in using the system. That way risk analysis is needed for the resources contained in the store. Using ISO 31000 is expected to minimize the risks contained in the Ayo SRC application. The results of this risk analysis are in the form of an analysis of possible risks, grouping possible risks based on their impact so as to produce risk action proposals for possible risks contained in the Ayo SRC application, so that the store can treat possible risks according to the priority level of risk and can prevent and minimize so as not to disrupt business activities.

Abstract

SIMPATI (Integrated Stunting Prevention System) is one of the Sumedang Digital Region programs in collaboration with the Sumedang Regency Government and Telkomsel to accelerate the handling of child development disorders or stunting. In 2018, the stunting rate in Sumedang Regency reached 32%. However, after implementing SIMPATI, the stunting prevalence rate in Sumedang district has decreased in the last five years, from 32.2% in 2018, to 8.27% in 2022. Seeing this success, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin stated "the sympathy application will be tested for use in 50 districts and cities". Before being tested by other cities, it is necessary to evaluate the system using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) method with the aim of knowing the level of readiness of SIMPATI users, so that in the future the developer can update it as needed. To measure user readiness, this method uses four variables, namely optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Respondents to this study consisted of cadres/Puskesmas, Executives/Government and the general public/Parents with a TRI score of 0.335 which is categorized in the medium technology readiness index, thus users of the SIMPATI application in Sumedang city are ready to use the SIMPATI application taking into account the aspects of discomfort and insecurity that are still get low scores of 0.786 and 1.13.

Abstract

Salon merupakan penyedia pelayanan dan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang perawatan tubuh wanita dan pria . Kegiatan pelayanan, jasa tersebut dilakukan secara offline seperti pelayanan dan jasa perawatan pada umumnya. Namun pelayanan secara offline di temukan kelemahan yang menjadi masalah owner selama ini yaitu dengan menumpuknya antrian customer ketika ingin melakukan treatment yang mengakibatkan tumpukan antrian yang sangat menggangu sehingga banyak customer yang tidak mau melakukan treatment karena terlalu lama menunggu di karenakan customer tersebut datang langsung ke tempat dan tidak melakukan pemesanan terlebih dahulu via Telepon atau WhatsApp. sehingga saya mencoba untuk membuat sebuah User Interface e-booking salon online menggunakan metode UCD (User-Centered Design) dengan nama E-Lon. Dari hasil evaluasi Desain yang dihasilkan di penelitian ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalan dalam membooking salon.

Abstract

WiFi is an acronym for Wireless Fidelity. WiFi can be said to be a technology for exchanging data by utilizing radio waves (wireless) which can be used by several electronic devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets, and so on. WiFi has various advantages that make this technology a prima donna for the community. In computer networks, the term protocol is known, which is a set of rules/procedures or standards used to transmit data between electronic devices. Currently, information security issues are becoming important, especially the process of tapping information (sniffing) on computer networks is becoming increasingly common, both for positive and reverse uses. In this study, the sniffing process was used to obtain username and password information. The sniffing process is done using the Wireshark software. Wireshark is a software application that is used to view and analyze data packets passing on a network. Wireshark is a network packet analysis program that will capture network packets and try to display data from a packet as detailed as possible. The Wireshark software performs the process of capturing data on the Wireless interface, then observes the captured results which contain POST data containing username and password on HTTP. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that using Wireshark can intercept data carried out on computer networks, this results in the loss of one of the security characteristics, namely privacy and confidentiality.

Abstract

Along with technological developments, organizations/organizations are increasingly competitive, especially in the corporate service business. JNF Delivery currently comes with a new innovation, namely an application, but this application has not fully provided satisfying services to customers, because previously this service only used social media as a communication tool but since the application the customer has decreased. Therefore this study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with the JNF Delivery application using the End-User Computing Satisfaction method using 8 variables including Content, Accuracy, Format (form), Ease of Use, Timeliness (timeliness), Usability (usability), Security (security) and User Satisfaction (user satisfaction). This research was conducted by taking a sample of 28 respondents. The results of the research conducted there are variables that must be corrected, namely the Ease of Use Variable. The results of this study can be used as input for companies/organizations in improving the service quality of the JNF Delivery application, so that in the future this application can meet user needs and satisfaction.

Abstract

Media sosial Twitter merupakan salah satu media yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia untuk berbagi informasi dan opini. Namun, media sosial ini juga rentan terhadap penyebaran konten yang merugikan, seperti konten rasis, konten yang mengandung ujaran kebencian (sara), dan konten pornografi. Konten-konten ini dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada pengguna dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mendeteksi konten-konten tersebut secara otomatis dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi konten rasis, sara, dan pornografi di Twitter menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM adalah metode klasifikasi yang menggunakan hyperplane untuk memisahkan antara kelas konten negatif dan positif. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan klasifikasi teks yang melibatkan seleksi fitur menggunakan metode Information Gain untuk mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang relevan dalam proses klasifikasi antara kelas konten negatif (rasis, sara, pornografi) dan konten positif. Abstract

The implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) in monument recognition as a sustainable tourism strategy is an innovative approach that blends cultural heritage with modern technology. This research explores the concept and implementation of AR as a tool that enables monument visitors to dynamically interact with their cultural heritage. The methodology of a prototype is employed as the framework for this study. The research begins with an in-depth analysis of the current state of tourism and the challenges faced in cultural heritage preservation. A comprehensive literature survey is conducted to understand the latest developments in AR technology and its applications in the tourism sector. The outcome of this research is the development of an AR application that can be used by monument visitors. This application allows users to view monuments in their historical context, obtain in-depth explanations of architectural and cultural elements, and participate in interactive experiences that enhance their understanding of cultural heritage. The prototype methodology guides the stages of developing this AR application, from initial design to testing and ongoing improvement. Testing of the AR application is carried out at various monument locations, involving visitors in assessing its usage and its impact on the tourism experience. Evaluation results demonstrate a significant increase in visitor satisfaction, their understanding of monuments, and their interest in participating in sustainable tours. This research underscores the significant potential of AR technology in enhancing cultural heritage preservation efforts and sustainable tourism. The prototype methodology used not only guides the development of the AR application but also ensures that the application is user-centric and provides a satisfying experience. However, challenges in implementing this technology include technical aspects, financial sustainability, as well as education and training to maximize the benefits of AR in a tourism context. In conclusion, the application of AR in monument recognition is a crucial step towards a more sustainable future for tourism, with a focus on satisfying visitor experiences.

Abstract

Websites have become one of the most important marketing and communication tools for companies in today's digital era. PT XYZ, a company engaged in information technology, realized how important it is to have an attractive, interactive, and easy-to-use website to increase client outreach and strengthen their brand image. Previously, PT XYZ had their own company website, but there was no adequate maintenance of the website. As a result, the information displayed was not updated regularly and the appearance of the website was less interactive. The purpose of the research is to develop the front-end of PT XYZ's website using the React JS framework, with a focus on improving attractiveness, responsiveness, and user-friendliness. The result of this research is a PT XYZ’s website with a more attractive front-end display than before. Development was carried out using the Agile Scrum system development method, which ensures the project runs efficiently and adaptively to the company's needs. With this development, PT XYZ is expected to more effectively interact with clients and be able to compete in a competitive market

Abstract

Hingga tahun 2022, bermunculan banyak usaha baru yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat Desa Selorejo. Namun hingga saat ini cara mempromosikan usaha tersebut masih menggunakan WhatsApp Group. Sehingga pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah aplikasi e-commerce untuk para pelaku UMKM Desa Selorejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode GRAPPLE dengan framework Flutter untuk pengembangan aplikasi. Di penelitian ini, data UMKM diperoleh dari perangkat Desa Selorejo. Desain Unified Modeling Language (UML) dibuat menggunakan Visual Paradigm Online dan pembuatan layout program menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Aplikasi pada penelitian ini dibangun menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan framework Flutter. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah tampilan aplikasi mobile yang bisa digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan produknya. Beberapa kekurangan yang ada di hasil penelitian ini adalah tampilan yang belum rapi dan aplikasi pembeli dan penjual yang masih terpisah.

Abstract

Technology is reportedly developing very rapidly. Internet technology is often heard today, namely the advances in information technology. Technological progress is heading in a more user-friendly direction, which means it makes it easier for users to understand and use Internet functions. In the past, e-commerce activities were carried out through direct products, but the rapid development of the Internet has replaced this model. The objective of this online shopping platform is to bringing shopping convenience to customers without the need to visit offline stores. The research approach used is qualitative, with the application of the SDLC Waterfall model or linear sequence. in the process of analyzing the needs intensively in web development and determining the needs of applications that will be used to be practically understood by e-commerce web users. Designing an e-commerce website using PHP becomes a scripting language and XAMPP becomes a database for data storage. the way of testing using the black box method, as well as the input data used in this paper adopts the technique of partition equivalence, that is, any dish or function that requires user input is tested based on valid or invalid values. From this research, It can be inferred that website design plays a crucial role in addressing business challenges competition, especially in the clothing and accessories sales sector, changing product data and deleting product data making news. that is fast, precise, and attractive to customers.
