Abstract

Not everyone is able to manage their finances well. Consumptive lifestyles and lack of awareness about the importance of managing finances make a person unable to escape financial problems. In an effort to reduce the impact of existing problems, everyone should have the awareness and effort to manage their finances by recording their financial expenses regularly. In modern times and the rapid development of technology like today, almost everyone has a mobile device at least one Android device. By utilizing existing technology, various things can be done using only their Android devices such as shopping, communicating with someone even though it is quite far away or even to record financial activities. By identifying and collecting data and interviews from related problems, this research aims to be a solution for someone in managing their finances by recording every financial activity in an existing application and making the use of stationery and books to record and recap every expense can be abandoned. With this application, a person can easily record finances anytime and anywhere without fear of losing the notes that have been made. As a result, it is hoped that eating will become wiser and know how much and where the money is spent so that the record can be used as a picture of a person in controlling their money.

Abstract

Technological advancements and competitive challenges in the industrial sector have driven an increasing need for information systems. The implementation of information systems is believed to significantly enhance a company’s operational effectiveness and efficiency. In the furniture manufacturing industry, production machines are critical assets that require regular maintenance. PT Ebako Nusantara operates more than 200 production machines. Overall, the demand for machine repairs at PT Ebako Nusantara is managed manually, leading to frequent delays and difficulties in tracking repair history. To address these issues, this study was conducted with the aim of utilizing information systems and data analytics, enabling the company to predict machine maintenance and minimize production downtime. The study results show that furniture manufacturing companies that adopt information systems experience a 22% increase in production efficiency and a 50% reduction in production errors. The development process of the ISO application adopts the Agile methodology with six stages: planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, application deployment, and maintenance. The features available in the application include submitting repair requests and tracking machine repairs, which are designed to streamline and expedite the machine repair workflow. This research has facilitated interdepartmental integration in terms of machine repair requests, significantly improving operational efficiency. The use of the ISO application also simplifies the maintenance department’s scheduling of technicians for machine repairs and routine maintenance.

Abstract

The use of Smart Helmet Cabinet in helmet storage based on Mobile QR Code has been implemented as an innovative solution to overcome the problem of safe and efficient helmet storage. By utilizing QR Code technology, authentication on the system facilitates users in the process of helmet storage and retrieval, as well as ensuring storage security. In addition, several challenges such as the need for reliable access authentication and reduction of access delay are the main focus to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the system. This research discusses the implementation of the Smart Helmet Cabinet by highlighting the benefits as well as potential future developments in improving user experience and security of stored helmets. The ESP32-CAM is used to scan the QR Code to authenticate user access, while the ESP32 NodeMCU controls the relay to open the door of the locker. The test results show that the average delay time for adding locker access is about 4.73 seconds, while access authentication using QR Code takes about 5.99 seconds. The implemented Smart Helmet Cabinet system is able to determine which lockers are given access and identify users by using QR Code as access authentication on the lockers

Abstract

In the current era, the rapid development of websites has made them one of the most significant modern information media. Website creation is not only focused on the design and information presented, but also focuses on security aspects. The presence of security on a website is very important, considering the need to protect the data and information contained therein. Information Gathering is one method used to test a website's security. This information gathering is the earliest stage to obtain ownership and other sensitive information. This research aims to conduct security testing of the oase.poltektegal.ac.id website using tools in the form of penetration testing software; then, the testing results are entered into the cybersecurity framework issued by N.I.S.T. The test results obtained and adjusted to N.I.S.T. Cybersecurity are that the oase.poltektegal.ac.id website has vulnerabilities in the form of CVE-2003-1418 (apache webserver vulnerability), CVE-2005-3299 (PHP vulnerability), CVE-2010-4344 ( Buffer Overflow Vulnerability), CVE-2007-6750 (XSS). The solution to this vulnerability is updating the software and closing unused ports. These results will be used as a benchmark in creating or improving similar websites to increase awareness and vigilance in achieving cyber resilience

Abstract

The focus of the research is the use of Twitter as a platform to express the political opinions of the Indonesian people regarding the 2024 Presidential Election. By utilizing sentiment analysis using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, this research aims to evaluate the accuracy of SVM in classifying tweets and compare the performance of four types of SVM kernels. Visualizations of positive and negative sentiments are also generated to provide a clearer picture. The stages of the research involve Twitter data collection, and pre-processing with steps such as data cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stemming, and filtering. Labeling is done to identify sentiment, then feature extraction using TF-IDF. SVM implementation with linear, polynomial, RBF, and sigmoid kernels is performed, followed by model evaluation using precision, recall, F-measure, and accuracy metrics. The study used SVM to analyze the sentiment of the 2024 presidential election on Twitter data. As a result, out of 3938 tweets, 1575 were positive and 2363 were negative. The SVM model achieved 95.05% accuracy, superior in predicting negative sentiment. Comparison of SVM kernels shows the highest accuracy in the linear kernel 95.43%. Sentiment analysis on tweets shows a majority of positive support for Ganjar 54.9%, while Anies and Prabowo have support levels of 15.8% and 29.3% respectively.

Abstract

Water spinach is one of the agricultural products that is often consumed by Indonesian people, so it has very high market demand. However, there are still many farmers who use the traditional method of watering plants by carrying water so that it does not increase plant productivity. This is also a problem because farmers are at risk of developing MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders). To support high market demand, technology is needed that can help farmers in the process of watering plants with high effectiveness and efficiency. In this research, optimization of the use of sensors was carried out using WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) to overcome the problem of increasing scale on large areas of land to be able to monitor park land and control the watering process. This system uses several sensors, including a water pressure sensor, waterflow sensor, soil pH sensor and soil moisture sensor. Apart from that, this research also created a warning system and recommendation system to help farmers in making decisions regarding plantation management. Abstract

Student satisfaction levels with the learning experience at higher education institutions often exhibit variability. This study aims to comprehend the varying degrees of student satisfaction at Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Employing the K-Means clustering method, this research categorizes students based on their satisfaction levels. The survey data analyzed includes 20 dimensions of Service Quality criteria evaluated by students, with these 20 dimensions grouped into five key aspects of Service Quality assessment: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The analysis reveals three distinct groups of students with differing satisfaction levels: neutral/fair (class 1), agree/good (class 2), and strongly agree/excellent (class 3). Comparisons among these groups highlight the diversity of student perceptions. Furthermore, an examination of the distribution of evaluations within each class uncovers differing priorities in assessment criteria. These research findings offer insights into the spectrum of student satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas warranting further attention in each class. Such insights can inform the development of policies and strategies aimed at enhancing the quality of learning experiences at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

Abstract

Mastery of Hijaiyah letters is a fundamental basis in learning the Qur'an, but data from the IIQ Community Service Institute 2021/2022 shows that 72.25% of the 3,111 Muslims tested have not been able to read the Qur'an properly. This research aims to develop an Android-based Hijaiyah letter pronunciation classification system using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with mel-spectrogram features. The research methodology includes collecting 8,904 voice samples from 53 participants at Pondok Tahfidz Yanbu'ul Qur'an Menawan, preprocessing data using MFCC techniques, developing CNN models, and implementing the system in the form of mobile applications with MVVM architecture. The test results showed promising performance with some classes achieving 100% accuracy and an average overall accuracy of 83.80%, although there were challenges in some classes such as “alif_dommah” and “ghaiin_dommah” which had an accuracy below 40%. The developed system successfully provides an interactive learning platform through the integration of mobile applications with the Flask API, but still requires further development, especially in expanding the dataset to overcome overfitting problems and improve the generalization ability of the model.

Abstract

Modern agriculture increasingly relies on technology to increase efficiency and productivity. Aquaponics, a sustainable farming method that combines fish and plant farming, has emerged as one promising approach. To maximize yield in an aquaponics system, monitoring plant growth becomes very important. In this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers innovative solutions to monitor and optimize plant growth in realtime. AI-based aquaponics technology is designed portably so that it allows people to grow crops inside and outside the home. AIbased aquaponics technology uses a camera that functions to monitor plants in real-time. The data on the camera will be processed and analyzed by the AI system so that automatic monitoring of the plant growth environment in the system can be carried out. Where will output results that show whether the leaves are still fresh, immediately wither Using CNN's deep learning method, this technology contributes to sustainable food production with higher efficiency in managing resources.  This system can increase productivity and strengthen food security in the face of future challenges. This aquaponics technology can make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable agriculture and can provide guidance and inspiration for agricultural and food industry players. By optimizing food production through AI-based aquaponics systems, communities can face global food security challenges and move towards more environmentally friendly, efficient, and sustainable solutions for the future.

Abstract

Marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in preparing comprehensive SME planning. One of the SMEs that will be highlighted in this research is restaurants. Customer loyalty is an important thing that must be maintained by companies for the sustainability of the company and can improve good relationships between service provider companies and their customers. K-Means Cluster Analysis is a non-hierarchical cluster analysis method that attempts to partition existing objects into one or more clusters or groups of objects based on their characteristics, so that objects that have the same characteristics are grouped in the same cluster and objects that have similar characteristics. different groups are grouped into other clusters. The purpose of this research is to find out how to group menus that have high selling power and also the relationship between one menu variable and another menu when a transaction or purchase occurs by a customer. The results obtained in this research were to create a segmentation of products purchased by customers in the period May-November 2023 in SMEs operating in the culinary sector in the Central Java area. The results showed that the types of products most frequently purchased were Chicken Rice, Tea, Chicken, White Rice which is at the highest purchase order. Where Chicken Rice was purchased 5409 times, Tea 1867 times, White Rice 1452 times, Chicken 1110 times. In the K-Means Algorithm to determine which products sell frequently and require more inventory and which do not .
