Abstract

Academic flow is one of the conditions that can improve student academic achievement. Flow is an experience where someone is deeply and pleasantly involved so that flow when students do activities related to the academic field such as taking classes in class and doing assignments is called academic flow. This study aims to determine how the influence of self-efficacy and social support both support from parents, teachers and classmate support as well as demographic factors (level of student interest) on the academic flow of high school students in Mathematics subject to moderation by achievement motivation. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of probability sampling with 304 students as respondents. The measuring instrument used is the FPQ scale (Flow Perceptions Questionnaire), GSES-12 (General Self-Efficacy Scale), SSS (The Student Social Support Scale) and QCM (The questionnaire on current motivation). Analysis of the data used in this study was the statistical technique of structural equating modeling using SPSS 23 and to test the construct validity using LISREL 8.7. The results show that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy, demographic factors (level of student interest) and there is no significant effect of social support (parent support, teacher support and classmate support) on the academic flow of high school students in Mathematics which is moderated by anxiety challenges. interest and probability of success as dimensions of achievement motivation.

Abstract

Society is a place for culture, in culture there are values ​​that are used as guidelines for behavior, as well as counselors and counselees, each of which has a culture. Success in the counseling process cannot be separated from the personality of a counselor, even the personality of the counselor is a necessity so that it is felt to be very important. So far, the personality theory of counselors has mostly been based on theories from the West, which basically have differences, so they are not automatically applied in Indonesia, which in fact has a variety of cultures. The purpose of this article is to see how the concept of the counselor's ideal personality from a cultural perspective uses a library research method in which data are obtained from books, documents, magazines, and historical stories that are relevant to the problems discussed. There are six values ​​in the Maja labo dahu cultural concept that can be used as the counselor's ideal personality concept, namely: Cua Iu Ade Angi, Kaco'o Angi, Konco'i Bandai Weki Ndai, Romobo Ro Kou, Tedi, and Tohompara Nahu Sura Dou Labo

Abstract

Academic procrastination is Deliberate and repetitively delay in completing test or activity. This is a quantitative research to examine the contribution of peer conformity and self cocept towards academic procrastination.  70 students from 8th grade at Junior high school number 6 palopo were selected as the sample of this research  by using random sampling. The result of this research shows that peer conformity and self concept have significant contribution towards Students' academic procrastination.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor secara yuridis dalam sistem pendidikan nasional dinyatakan sebagai salah satu kualifikasi pendidik sejajar dengan guru, dosen, pamong, dan tutor sebagaimana disebutkan dalam UndangUndang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional Pasal 1 butir 6. Seperti halnya guru dan tenaga pendidik professional lainnya yang diwajibkan memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi, guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor juga diwajibkan memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 27 Tahun 2008 Tentang Standar Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Konselor. Kompetensi konselor mencakup kompetensi akademik dan kompetensi professional yang kemudian secara terintegrasi membangun keutuhan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan professional. Profesionalisme konselor mencakup kemampuan guru bimbingan konseling menguasai konsep dan praksis asesmen untuk memahami kondisi kebutuhan, dan masalah konseli; menguasai kerangka teoritik dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling; merancang program bimbingan dan konseling; mengimplementasikan program bimbingan dan konseling yang komprehensif; menilai proses dan hasil kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling; memiliki kesadaran dan komitment terhadap etika professional; menguasai konsep dan praksis penelitian dalam bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve learning result of Students on semester 1 when study about “Pengantar Pancasila” by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. Data obtained in this study were obtained from observation, document study, test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with 41 people as sample from Guidance and Conseling Department, Faculty of Education, UNIMA. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings, each of which consists of action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection and 1 evaluation meeting. The results showed that the application of learning model of Project Based Learning (PjBL) can improve student learning outcomes. At the pre cycle percentage of student learning 29% and then increased in the first cycle as much as 46% and increased again to 100% in cycle II.
