Abstract

School cooperatives are meant to support school learning for instant kinds of activities. The meaning is achieving the level of economic needs among students and increasing a sense of responsibility, discipline, loyal friends, and the democratic spirit of students which is very useful for the development of the nation and the country. The financial report for Sundjaja and Barlian said that the report presented the results of the accounting process used as a means of communication by some parties. This person is the person who manages and has an interest in financial information or industrial activities. Financial Statement Analysis is the tools and methods used in carrying out financial report analysis that have a universal purpose and relate to data and are closely related to making estimates as well as conclusions as well as benefits in the analysis. business. Financial Statement Analysis which is also used in this research includes the ratio analysis procedure, namely the Solvency Ratio. This researcher uses a quantitative research method, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, the sampling technique is tried randomly, not only that use research instruments as a means of collecting information, otherwise the analysis of data is statistically quantitative to test established hypotheses. The illustration from this research is the East Merapi 1 Public High School cooperative. The final result obtained from this research is that the school cooperative at SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur is liquid because there are no loans to other parties from outside and there is no establishment of business units for buying and selling school equipment but only engaged in the savings and loan business unit, still quite solvable because it is only engaged in one area of work, namely savings and loans, it has not yet made a profit because there are still a lot of funds that are still in the hands of its members and its activities are quite good because these funds continue to flow from other members to other members.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the results of applying job and workload analysis in filling the form of the needs of the state civil apparatus in Lahat Regency in 2021. The research design uses a qualitative descriptive. The research instrument was the researcher himself, using guide materials and interview results. Data collection techniques from interviews, relevant documents, and publication documents. Testing the correctness of the data by way of source triangulation. Data analysis consisted of four stages, namely, collecting, reducing, and presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the implementation of the analysis of positions and workload in filling out the formation needs of the state civil apparatus in Lahat Regency is already good with a formation occupancy of 93.5% for CPNS formations and good enough for PPPK formations with a formation occupancy of 65.9%. The organizational division as the spearhead of implementing job and workload analysis can provide the widest possible space and time for personnel managers in each regional apparatus to consult so that they can understand and carry out job and workload analysis on their regional apparatus following the rules and what is the goal the organization can be achieved, in addition to that part of the organization should be able to plan activities that are precise, clear and accurate so that the use of the budget for these activities can be addressed and adequate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the SKTM (Certificate of Disadvantage) in Pagar Dewa Village, Jarai District, Lahat District. The administration of the activities of village officials is under the direction of a village management committee representing the central government. which is directly related to the communal village machine for village administration. Development of all fields Quantitative descriptive research method where the research objective is to describe events and phenomena in the field. The results showed that the government of Pagar Dewa Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency, tried to improve services, firstly the education level of the workforce that would take care of the recruitment and placement of workers at the village office, secondly the facilities and infrastructure controlled by the Pagar Dewa Village village office, Jarai District, Lahat District. Third, officials must be given the most severe sanctions if they make mistakes or fail to fulfill the applicable provisions. The simplicity of service is very helpful for the community in this case because the service process is easy to understand and easy to implement without the impression of complicated service from local village officials.

Abstract

Even though corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an industry obligation, sometimes there are differences between the realization and the role of local government. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a different model of CSR, especially for the coal mining industry in Lahat District. As a mining company, PT. Mustika Indah Permai in the partnership program, regional development, and regional development is the focus of this research, which aims to identify the realization, of the role of local government, and the creation of alternative CSR models. The local development CSR program which is a consequence of the mining industry shows, residents and environmental organizations are expected to track the nearest Government support. The model of cooperation between industry, residents and local government is the best alternative CSR model.

Abstract

Work performance appraisal is a process of evaluating employee work results based on the work assigned to them. Performance appraisal is used as a basis for assessing the success and failure of a Civil Servant (PNS) in carrying out activities following predetermined targets to realize organizational goals. Assessment of civil servant work performance consists of elements of employee work objectives (SKP PNS) with a weight of 60% and also work behavior with a weight of 40%. The purpose of this study was to find out how performance appraisal works in assessing the work of civil servants and see whether the existing performance appraisal system is reliable, and can be used as a basis for performance appraisal and employee achievement development according to organizational goals, especially in the Supervision Facilitation Sub-Division of the DPRD Secretariat of Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach in which the research carried out is descriptive which describes the actual phenomena in the field. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documents related to research. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out qualitatively. This study uses indicators of the effectiveness of Cascio's performance evaluation, especially in covering relatedness, sensitivity, reliability, practicality, and acceptability. The results of this study are that the Employee Work Target instruments (SKP) and work behavior used as a whole have been effective when viewed from the perspective of relevance, sensitivity, reliability, acceptability, and practicality. However, the work behavior instrument still requires objectivity from the appraiser so that the assessment results are not based on the subjectivity of the appraiser himself.

Abstract

Socioeconomic conditions in many countries, including Indonesia, have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic. To alleviate poverty during the pandemic, the government has launched several social assistance programs, including Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). This research aims to determine and explain the impact of social assistance programs in reducing poverty during the COVID-19 pandemic in Medan City. The analytical method used is qualitative and uses the literature review method. The data collection method used in this research is called secondary data collection. The research uses content analysis techniques, where this method are used to analyze data, news sites, theses, and official government documents related to social assistance programs during the COVID-19 epidemic. The results of the research show that social assistance had a positive effect during the pandemic where the number of poor people in Medan City in 2020 was 183.54 thousand people, this figure only decreased slightly compared to one year before the pandemic occurred (2019) when the number of poor people was 183.79 thousand souls. However, social assistance alone is not sufficient and efficient to reduce poverty levels significantly. For social assistance to have a significant impact, it must be provided quickly, precisely, and on time.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak requires the acceleration of services with government employees working from home (WFH) as part of the concept of telecommuting (remote work activities) in the world of work and city planning. WFH in Indonesia is felt by every government organization, especially in sub-district offices, so technological acceleration in services must be optimized with these conditions. The research aims to explain the quality of public services located at the Pasar Bawah Subdistrict Office, Kota Lahat District, Lahat Regency during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The method applied is descriptive qualitative. The theoretical analysis used is Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. The results of this research include: the service process at the Pasar Bawah Subdistrict Office, Kota Lahat District, Lahat Regencies does'nt yet optimal, it's because even though the skills of the subdistrict employees are very reliable and have utilized WhatsApp technology, the community still has problems with publishing service products due to limited implementation personnel, the community do not understand the information on the requirements for public service products and have to ask directly at the Pasar Bawah sub-district office, only 1 (one) service counter is available, and there are no instructions posted around the Pasar Bawah sub-district office.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by leaders in overcoming challenges to employee productivity in the context of the Regional Financial Organization. The study focuses on the Financial Management and Asset Agency of Lahat Regency. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the leader's role in enhancing employee work ethic is satisfactory, although some challenges persist. Leaders have implemented effective communication strategies, set positive examples, and actively engaged in problem-solving. The implications of these strategies are evident in the improvement of employee discipline and motivation. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Mulak Seframe Subdistrict Office, Lahat Regency. The aim of the research is to analyze how the Civil Servant Control Function is implemented at the Mulak Seframe Subdistrict Office, Lahat Regency. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The existing controls at the Mulak Seframe Subdistrict Office, Lahat Regency, have generally been implemented well, such as: 1). Control of activities to be carried out by employees. The process of controlling activities or work programs has been implemented by determining who will carry out the activity and how the activity will be carried out and where the activity will be carried out. 2). Control over the process of determining the limits of what employees will do by determining the expected results. In this control, employees know the limits of what can be done with the aim of getting results as expected. 3). Control in determining direction so that all activities run according to targets. In this control, employees in carrying out their activities have a direction and goals or targets that have been determined by the leadership. 4). Control in determining the organizational structure and division of tasks for each employee. Employees are given tasks in accordance with their main duties and functions.

Abstract

This research was conducted as an effort to realize the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISDUKCAPIL) of Lahat Regency and the community towards orderly Population Administration in order to create public awareness in making KIA (Child Identity Cards). The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research aims to understand, examine and describe the results of research findings regarding the quality of KIA services at the Lahat Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. In service practice, the skills and credibility of employees in responding to public complaints are quite good. The established service procedures are easy to understand and not complicated. However, several facilities, infrastructure and information required are not adequate and meet good service standards as well as information media regarding the requirements for submitting KIA and Population Documents by the community in order to simplify the process of creating population documents in order to improve the quality of service and community satisfaction. The quality of service based on research is quite good and the public is aware that they must have KIA according to the child's domicile, the service is appropriate and fast, assurance or trust can be seen from the safety and comfort of the community in providing services, this means that socialization regarding KIA to the community has been conveyed well.
