Abstract

This research was conducted as an effort to realize the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISDUKCAPIL) of Lahat Regency and the community towards orderly Population Administration in order to create public awareness in making KIA (Child Identity Cards). The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research aims to understand, examine and describe the results of research findings regarding the quality of KIA services at the Lahat Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. In service practice, the skills and credibility of employees in responding to public complaints are quite good. The established service procedures are easy to understand and not complicated. However, several facilities, infrastructure and information required are not adequate and meet good service standards as well as information media regarding the requirements for submitting KIA and Population Documents by the community in order to simplify the process of creating population documents in order to improve the quality of service and community satisfaction. The quality of service based on research is quite good and the public is aware that they must have KIA according to the child's domicile, the service is appropriate and fast, assurance or trust can be seen from the safety and comfort of the community in providing services, this means that socialization regarding KIA to the community has been conveyed well.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of leadership in improving employee performance at the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Department of Lahat Regency. The research method involves interviews with key informants in the organization. The interview results revealed that effective leadership has a significant impact on three main aspects: organizational culture, employee motivation, and work environment. These findings are supported by a recent literature review. This research shows that leadership plays an important role in forming an organizational culture that supports employee performance. Effective leaders are able to promote values that create an environment where employees feel motivated, have a sense of trust, and are ready to contribute optimally. In the context of government organizations, transformational leadership, leader support, and constructive feedback are key factors that influence employee performance. In conclusion, this research confirms the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance at the Lahat Regency PUPR Service. To achieve optimal performance, organizations need to invest in effective leadership development and promote a supportive organizational culture. The practical implication is that effective leadership is the key to achieving organizational goals and maximizing human resource potential. Keywords: Leadership, Employee Performance, PUPR Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of company size and liquidity on financial performance. This study uses a sample of insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The approach taken in this study is an associative approach and the type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study is insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling so that 16 insurance companies are obtained as samples. The data analysis techniques in this study used classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, T tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests with the help of SPSS For windows software version 25. The results of this study show that company size does not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Company size and liquidity together do not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Direct Marketing and Personal Selling partially and simultaneously influence Customer Retention of the L.300 FD car (Case Study at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lahat). The sample in this study was 60 respondents. The sampling method used by the researcher was Incidental Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using the SPSS application and produces a regression equation Y = 4.546 + 0.634 X1 + 0.254 X2. The results of this study obtained Direct Marketing and Personal Selling have a significant partial effect on Customer Retention of the L.300 FD car (Case Study at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lahat). Direct Marketing and Personal Selling have a significant simultaneous effect on Customer Retention of the L.300 FD car (Case Study at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lahat).

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of strategic decision making, business performance, and employee development on the adoption of Big Data technology in HR within a FinTech company based in Jakarta. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), data were collected through an online survey administered to employees involved in HR management. The results reveal significant positive relationships between strategic decision making, business performance, employee development, and the adoption of Big Data technology in HR. Specifically, strategic decision making and employee development are found to positively influence the adoption of Big Data technology in HR, while business performance is positively associated with both strategic decision making and employee development. These findings underscore the importance of strategic HR practices and investments in employee development for leveraging Big Data technology effectively in HR management. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors driving the adoption of Big Data technology in HR and provides practical implications for HR practitioners and organizational leaders.
