Abstract

Work is a component in an organization. Jobs should be designed to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. The duties and responsibilities of each job determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities of those involved in the job to achieve goals, as reflected in the tasks performed. Therefore, job analysis is very important to determine the human resource needs of a company. Job analysis is needed so that managers know whether the performance of their human resources is in accordance with work procedures or not, and to know the elements that inhibit and encourage the progress of a job. Information is needed in order to understand the job and its requirements through job analysis. Apart from that, job analysis also has several specific objectives and also steps in carrying out job analysis. Job analysis has various types, namely traditional job analysis and also results-oriented job analysis and job classification. This journal is descriptive analysis. This method solves problems by describing and analyzing them, then finding solutions to the problem based on the results of the literature review. A variety of methods are used to collect information for job analysis, including interviews, questionnaires, observations, diaries, and a combination of methods. Interviews involve direct conversations with employees or potential candidates, observation means observing an individual performing their job duties, questionnaires require individuals to provide data about their work in their own words, and diaries involve employees describing their daily work activities in a log. . Combining methods is often more accurate in job analysis, because different techniques can provide a comprehensive picture of the job.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the management of financing for supporting operational costs in the administration of education at SMK Hasyim Asy'ari Tegalombo. Effective and efficient financial management is crucial to ensuring the continuity and quality of the educational process in schools. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The research participants consist of the school principal, treasurer, and administrative staff directly involved in school financial management. The results indicate that the management of supporting operational costs in the administration of education at SMK Hasyim Asy'ari implements School Based Management (SBM), which allows for autonomy in planning, managing, and supervising programs tailored to the school's needs. The use of funds is focused on enhancing educational services without any intervention or deductions from external parties. This management involves teachers and the school committee, adhering to the guidelines for preparing the School Budget Plan, professional fund management, and annual evaluations. The financing components at SMK Hasyim Asy'ari cover various aspects such as learning and extracurricular activities, improving the quality of educators and educational staff, participation in competitions, learning evaluations, provision of tools and learning media, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, additional income for non-permanent teachers and staff, school literacy activities, procurement of multimedia tools, character education reinforcement, and funding for activities not covered by regular school operational assistance funds. The final evaluation of Operational Support Costs for Providing Education implementation is conducted by the SMK Hasyim Asy'ari institution, involving the entire academic community of the school, including the general treasurer, assistant treasurer, and the principal as the policy decision-maker. With effective management, BPOPP can optimize the management of supporting operational costs and improve the quality of educational services at SMK Hasyim Asy'ari Tegalombo.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the marketing strategies implemented by the Wardah cosmetics brand in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews with Wardah management, market observations, and analysis of related documents. The findings show that Wardah has successfully implemented a marketing strategy that focuses on appropriate market segmentation, the use of social media and influencer marketing, as well as consistent product quality. By understanding Indonesian consumer preferences and utilizing digital platforms effectively, Wardah is able to strengthen its brand image and maintain its position as one of the market leaders in the halal beauty industry in Indonesia. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for other brands in similar industries as well as contribute to further understanding of marketing strategies in the Indonesian cosmetics market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze environmental degradation in urban populations in ASEAN Member States in 2007-2020. This study uses secondary data obtained from the World Bank website and World in Data. The data analysis method uses panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach and the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of data processing show that there are urban population variables that have a positive and significant effect on carbon dioxide emissions, then renewable energy consumption variables and electricity use have a negative and significant effect on carbon dioxide emissions. While the economic growth variable has no effect on carbon dioxide emissions.

Abstract

Pengeluaran pemerintah daerah dalam APBD tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2019 salah-satunya didominasi oleh pengeluaran belanja modal yang dimaksudkan untuk mendanai pembelian/pengadaan atau pembangunan aset tetap berwujud yang nilai manfaatnya lebih dari setahun untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum dan Kinerja Keuangan Provinsi Papua yang diukur melalui beberapa indikator kinerja antara lain rasio kemandirian keuangan, rasio efektivitas keuangan, dan rasio derajat desentralisasi terhadap belanja modal daerah di Provinsi Papua. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data untuk mendukung penelitian ini berasal dari Publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik mengenai Statistik Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi tahun 2014-2019 yang dipublikasikan pada laman resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang merupakan kombinasi antara data silang tempat (cross section) yaitu data 28 Kabupaten + 1 Kota Pada Provinsi Papua dan data runtut waktu (time series) yaitu data tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2019 dengan bantuan software E-Views 9.
