Abstract

This study aims to determine how the use of Entertainment Education as instructional communication strategies applied in non-formal education in order to increasing the confidence of the learners. The method used in this study is qualitative method. The results of the data that obtained from in-depth interviews with informants then analyzed using Miles and Hubberman data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to give contribution to instructional communication studies especially with the uses of relational approach where the learners not only as receivers but also as a sources of informations at the end creates shared meanings with teachers in educational process. This is shown at the results of this study that indicate SKR teachers only act as fasilitator whereas the learners are more active to contribute to the point they freely suggest the content of study for the following weeks and choose the class as they want.

Abstract

Iklan Rabbani yang berjudul “Pria Yang Salah atau Wanitanya Yang Bodoh” merupakan salah satu iklan yang menuai pro dan kontra dikalangan netizen akibat pesan yang disampaikannya. Akibat hal tersebut peneliti melakukan analisis wacana iklan menggunakan Teknik analisis model Van Dijk untuk membongkar makna yang tersembunyi di dalamnya. Analisis ini terdiri atas tiga bagian, yaitu teks, kognisi sosial dan analisis sosial. Pada teks iklan memenuhi ketiga persyaratan struktur. Pada kognisi sosial diperlihatkan perspektif pembuat iklan melihat fenomena penyebab terjadinya pelecehan seksual. Terakhir, analisis sosial menjelaskan keberpihakan pembuat iklan terhadap suatu kelompok.

Abstract

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Pancasila industrial relations system in resolving labor disturbances in Indonesia, which aims to find out whether the Pancasila industrial relations system is implemented in resolving labor disturbances in Indonesia. The research conducted by researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. Theoretical data collection techniques through library studies in research. Researchers read several written references from journals, articles, books, etc., with the aim of producing a strong theoretical basis for analysis. In qualitative research carried out by researchers, several stages are required in analyzing the data, including; First, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this research show that based on local values in Indonesian society and the history of industrial relations, Indonesia has its own government system called Pancasila Industrial Relations (HIP). However, the position of Pancasila Industrial Relations in Indonesia is currently considered to have not played its maximum role because there are still many problems regarding industrial relations that have arisen and have not been resolved. There are still many factors that trigger conflicts that often occur among workers, namely related to workers' rights, where there are various kinds of problems, including; wages and benefits, working conditions, termination of employment rights (PHK), collective protection, and discrimination in employment.

Abstract

Radio Suara Indah Persada FM is a local radio station in Banyuasin since 2008. The presence of Radio Suara Indah Persada FM as a local radio that is able to maintain the existence of radio and its local language until now is not easy. There are many external and internal factors that affect the existence of Suara Indah Persada FM radio. This makes Radio Suara Indah Persada FM must have strategies in order to continue to maintain its existence, by always maintaining the Banyuasin regional language. Through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin (RTB) program, which received a KPI award as the best cultural Feature category in 2014. This research aims to find out what are the factors that affect the existence of radio and local languages in the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, and to find out how the strategies carried out by Radio Suara Indah Persada FM in maintaining the existence of local languages through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, using Dimmick and Rothenbuhler's media ecology theory, they argue that to maintain its existence, the media needs three main sources of existence, namely capital (advertising revenue), type of content (type of media content) and type of audience (type of target audience). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documents related to the research. The results showed that the factors that influence the existence of radio and local languages come from supporting factors and internal and external inhibiting factors. Radio Suara Indah Persada FM in maintaining the existence of radio and local languages through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, namely: 1) Carry out planning, production and purchase of programs, execution and supervision of the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program. 2) conducting segmentation, targeting, and posiotoning in capturing the audience market on Rampai Talang Banyuasin. 3) Marketing strategy in marketing Rampai Talang Banyuasin program.

Abstract

This research is entitled Semiotic Analysis of Family Communication Representation in the Horrific-Ngeri Savory Film. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Semiotic Analysis of Family Communication Representation in the Horrific-Ngeri Sedap Film is. The theory used to explore this research is the theory of semiotics. The object of his research is the Horrifying-Horrifying Film. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with Roland Barthes' model of semiotic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are several scenes depicting representations of family communication.

Abstract

This research examines the perceptions of street vendors in Laman Boenda Tanjungpinang City as stated in the Tanjung Pinang City Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2018 regarding public order. The existence of street vendors in Laman Boenda, Tanjungpinang City is considered to be the cause of traffic jams and destroying the beauty of the city. The aim of this research is to describe how street vendors responded after the government policy regarding public order regarding street vendors. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses literature study techniques which refer to various other sources of information, such as journals, books and other literature reviews. The results of this research show that the response of street vendors to government policy in Laman Boenda, Tanjungpinang City is that there is hidden resistance and covert resistance. The form of hidden resistance that is carried out is that they continue to sell and pay dowries for sales stalls. Meanwhile, the form of open resistance is refusing relocation and holding demonstrations.

Abstract

Developments in labor law can have a significant impact on realizing harmonious industrial relations. The relationship between the development of labor law and efforts to create harmonious industrial relations from the Protection of Workers' Rights, the development of labor law which aims to protect workers' rights, such as the right to fair wages, reasonable working hours, leave, and the right to organize, can create fairness and certainty in the workplace, reducing the potential for conflict. By paying attention to the continuous development of labor law, the government and employers can create a more stable, fair and harmonious work environment. Compliance with applicable laws can be a strong basis for building positive and sustainable industrial relations. The government has an interest in establishing wage policies, on the one hand, to ensure a decent standard of living for workers/laborers of their families, increase productivity and increase people's purchasing power, on the other hand, wage policies must be able to stimulate investment to encourage economic growth and expand employment opportunities. , and able to withstand the rate of inflation. In research regarding industrial relations collaboration in the Riau Islands (Kepri), qualitative research methods can be used. This research can be carried out by referring to regulations and policies related to industrial relations in Indonesia, such as Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes in order to realize harmonious industrial relations. The conclusion from collaboration between government, employers and trade unions with the development of labor law is that the involvement of all these parties plays an important role in creating harmonious and sustainable industrial relations.

Abstract

The background is a comprehensive application which summarizes various information and data such as the efforts made by the South Sumatra Provincial Government for regional and community progress, population and employment, agriculture, plantations, population, as well as detailed information regarding the condition of South Sumatra. So this research analyzes "Communication and Informatics Strategies in Increasing People's Needs for News Through the South Sumatra Simata Application. With the aim of the research to find out communication and informatics strategies in increasing the public's need for news through the Simata Sumsel application. The research methodology uses qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, editing and documentation. The results of the research are a comprehensive application which summarizes various information and data such as the efforts that have been made by the South Sumatra Provincial Government for the progress of the region and society, the population and all the prospective needs of the community to detailed information regarding the condition of South Sumatra from the sub-district to district and city levels at this time. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of degradation of character values ​​that is currently occurring, the impact of which has an impact on decreasing the value of one's love for one's homeland. The fading character of love for one's country, one of which is proven by the existence of students who are currently more than foreign cultures entering this nation, such as music groups from Europe, Korea (K-pop), like television dramas (K-drama). , movie, K-mode. The aim of this research is to determine the cultivation of the values ​​of love for the country through extracurricular activities based on local wisdom in Reog Ponorogo at SMA 3 Jember. This research uses qualitative research with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. These results show that there are character values ​​of love for the country contained in the reog extracurricular at SMA 3 Jember, including the character of heroism, heroism, tough personality, good morals, discipline, love of local arts and preserving local culture.
