Abstract

The market is a part of life that is needed by humans whose development is adjusted to the customs of customary norms in a certain area. so that the market becomes a means of economic activity that supports and facilitates the needs of the community. In a more modern sense a market is a mechanism that allows supply and demand both in a physical and non-physical sense. Traditional markets have always been known as a unique market among the community in meeting household needs and also have an important role in advancing economic growth in Indonesia. Because it can open business opportunities by involving the livelihoods of the community it also has an advantage in competing naturally. With goods sold, merchants can be bargained by the buyer, so that the price that occurs is the agreement of the seller and the buyer. Traditional markets are usually carried out with management without modern technological devices and they have more middle and lower class traders who are scattered, both in villages, small cities and big cities with an average operating period from dawn to noon or evening. The results of this research show the independent variables consisting of Price (X1), Quality (X2), Physical Environment (X3). to the dependent variable, namely consumer loyalty (Y), the R value of 0.656 or 65.6%, that is, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is unidirectional and strong. Meanwhile, R squared or the determinant of R is 0.430 or 4.30% simultaneously, while the rest (100% -56.6% = 34.4%) is influenced by other factors examined in this study.Keywords : Price; Quality; Physical Environment.

Abstract

Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a plan to develop a business in the food sector. Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a problem about whether its business development plan can provide feasibility for the company's future development. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a food business development plan with research limitations on the assessment of market and financial aspects. The objects in the interviews and questionnaires are business owners and residents around the place of business. Data on the market aspect is analyzed using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) method and the financial aspects using the Net Present Value (NPV) Method, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Method and the Payback Period (PBP) Method. The results of the research on the Market Aspect show that the Mbok Semah Restaurant has Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that have been analyzed and the risk impact is well anticipated. In the Financial Aspect, the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) Method show that cash funds that have been collected from year to year if assessed at their current state with a positive value at the end of year 5 of IDR 29,577,421, -, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) ) shows the ability of the company's efforts to provide an annual average return / dividend of 20.494% and the Payback Period (PBP) method shows the company's ability to return all investment costs is 4 years and 8 months. Based on the results of the financial analysis, it shows that all the eligibility criteria have been financially fulfilled, so that business development is feasible to be carried out under normal conditions.Keywords: Business Feasibility; PBP; NPV; IRR; SWOT

Abstract

The growing consumer interest in the halal sector, especially tourism, is accompanied by the awareness of tourists in choosing tourist destinations that have implemented sharia principles. Opportunities like this should be immediately followed up by tourism managers because they relate to the marketing strategies they have to do. Travelers who have had a satisfying travel experience will voluntarily revisit these tourist destinations and will recommend them to friends, relatives, and colleagues. That way, the tourism manager must meet the needs of tourists so that they are satisfied and foster interest in revisiting these tourist destinations. This research is a quantitative research by conducting a survey using 180 samples, namely tourists on the Banyuwangi Syariah Beach. The analysis tool used is Warp-PLS 3.0. The results found are that it is known that tourist satisfaction mediates the full influence of the attributes of halal tourism on the interest in revisiting.  Keywords : Islamic Attributes of Destination, Interest in Revisiting, Tourist Satisfaction, Halal Tourism.

Abstract

 This research was conducted at the Rame Wiyung Market Food Court. The objective of this research is to find out how much influence creativity and innovation have on entrepreneurship of the Rame Wiyung market food court. This research is a quantitative correlational type that uses three variables, namely the variable creativity (X1), innovation (X2), entrepreneurship (Y), and the validity test of the data used is validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing using simple regression test, namely the analysis. compare the value of t table and t count and multiple regression test whose analysis compares between F count with F table. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews.The results of the adjusted R2 regression (Coefficient of Determination) are explained by the independent variable (X), namely creativity (X1) and innovation (X2) of 92.5%, while the remaining 7.5% is explained by other factors that are not hypothesized or other variables not included in the study. Keywords: Creativity; Innovation; Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a means of overcoming unemployment. Most entrepreneurial activities are also very helpful for businesses in meeting the needs of the community at large. Fostering young entrepreneurs can be one way to help the economy and foster an entrepreneurial spirit as a way out to reduce unemployment because youth are expected to become educated youth entrepreneurs who are able to start their own businesses. To develop a business, entrepreneurs must carry out strategies in full, such as executing targeted marketing and management strategies.The formulation of the problem in this research is: How to analyze youth entrepreneurship development strategies in realizing independent entrepreneurs in the members of the Al Kautsar Farmers and Fishermen Cooperative in Gresikcabang Jati Agung, and what are the implications of youth entrepreneurship development strategies for members of Al Kautsar Gresik Farmers and Fishermen Cooperatives in East Java in an effort to create entrepreneurs. independent family economic resilience. The purpose of this study is to analyze and analyze the development strategy of young entrepreneurs in realizing independent entrepreneurs in the members of the Al Kautsar Gresik Farmers and Fishermen Cooperative in East Java and to see and implement youth entrepreneurship development strategies for the members of the Al Kautsar GresikJ awa Timur Farmers and Fishermen Cooperative in an effort creating independent entrepreneurs to family economic resilience.This research is a field research (field research) using a qualitative descriptive method. The research data collection uses, documentation observation, interviews, questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it can be denied that the youth entrepreneurship development strategy at the Al Kautsar Gresik Farmers and Fishermen Cooperative, East Java, has not been said to be independent, because entrepreneurs are still afraid to take risks. In carrying out the marketing strategy carried out by entrepreneurs, it is not optimal and lack of management ability becomes an obstacle in realizing independent entrepreneurs. The implications of youth entrepreneurship development strategies in realizing independent entrepreneurs against family economic resilience are said to be sufficient and resilient in meeting daily needs. Constraints in realizing independent entrepreneurs have implications for the economic resilience of the families of youth entrepreneurs in the Al Kautsar Gresik Farmers and Fishermen Cooperative, East Java and also has implications for the development of their business.Keywords: Business strategy; Independent Entrepreneurship; Family Economic Resilience.

Abstract

Pengertian dari perilaku konsumen adalah tindakan-tindakan individu yang secara langsungterlibat dalam usaha memperoleh dan menggunkakan barang-barang dan jasa ekonomis, termasuk proses pengambilan keputusan yang mendahului dan menentukan tindakan-tindakan tersebut. Kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya peran konsumen, sehingga masalah konsumen mendapat perhatian khusus, dan perusahaan berusaha untuk dapat mencapai serta memuaskan konsumen atau pasar sasarannya.Perilaku konsumen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, baik faktor intern maupun ekstern, yang keduanya sangat berpengaruh pada konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian suatu produk.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap konsumen terhadap faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian dan pemesanan di Toko Roti Pioneer Surabaya serta mengetahui faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh pada konsumen di antara keempat faktor pembelian yang ada (harga, kelengkapan jenis kue, cita rasa kue, dan pelayanan).Pada pelaksanakan penelitian ini, penulis memberikan kuesioner kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 orang, di mana keseluruhan responden adalah konsumen dari toko roti Pioneer Surabaya . Dalam kuesioner tersebut responden diberikan pertanyaan dan pilihan jawaban beserta alasannya, yang meliputi karakteristik konsumen, variabel pembelian yang paling berpengaruh, serta frekuensi konsumen dalam melakukan pemesanan kue taart dan pembelian produk-produk toko roti Pioneer Surabaya.Dari hasil survey responden, penulis dapat mengambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa variabel pembelian yang ada pada toko roti Pioneer Surabaya sudah baik, yang berarti konsumen mampu menerima, kecuali pada pelayanan wiraniaga dari toko roti Pioneer Surabaya. Sebagian besar dari responden berpendapat bahwa pelayanan dari wiraniaga toko roti Pioneer Surabaya tidak baik, dalam arti kurang ramah kepada konsumen / pelanggan. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai kritik dan masukan bagi toko roti Pioneer Surabaya unuk memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusianya, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada konsumen / pelanggan.Penulis juga memberikan bebrapa saran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi toko roti Pioneer Surabaya dalam menghadapai persaingan usaha sejenis yang semakin ketat, khususnya di kota Surabaya.Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk Pada Toko Roti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Untuk mengetahui bagainama Balai Latihan Kerja dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan penangulangan pengangguran. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana ekonomi islam terhadap balai latihan kerja. Latar bealakang penelitian ini adalah Perkembangan ekonomi dan perdagangan, telah memacu perubahan struktur ekonomi dan industri yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sumber daya manusianya. Standart dan kualitas tenaga kerja pun perlu dipertimbangkan, baik dari jenis maupun kualifikasinya yang cenderung pada kompetensi yang semakin tinggi agar mampu bersaing di pasar nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Kota Surabaya saat ini menghadapi banyak masalah ketenagakerjaan yang sangat kompleks. Jumlah pengangguran secara akumulatif terus meningkat secara tajam, sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah lulusan pendidikan sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Knowing the influence of investment motivation on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students. (2) To know the influence of investment knowledge on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students. (3) Knowing the influence of investment motivation and investment investment knowledge on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOSstudents.The research design is quantitative. The population in this study is the Student Program Strata 1 Accounting Program, FE UNYOS and has passed the course of Portfolio Theory. The sample in this research is 100 students. Data collection in this study using questionnaire method. The test of the instrument was analyzed by using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumptions, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Investment motivation has an effect on the interest of investing in capital market in FE UNY OSstudents, evidenced by probability value of 0.000 <0,05. (2) Investment knowledge has an effect on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students proved with probability value equal to 0,000 <0,05. (3) The motivation and knowledge of investment simultaneously affect the interest of investing in the capital markets of FE UNYOS students, as evidenced by Fhitung of 227,363 and the probability of 0.000. (4) The independent variables together affect the dependent variable by the remaining 82.4% by 17.6% influenced by other variables.Keywords :   Investment Knowledge; Investment Motivation; Investment Interest in Capital Market.
