Abstract

This study report discusses the documentation for the admission procedure of students or college students On the Job Training (OJT) at Batam Aero Technic. The background in taking this research topic is due to the irregularity of the admission procedures for students or On Job Training (OJT) college students at Batam Aero Technic. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedure for accepting students or college students On the Job Training (OJT). This research used a descriptive method and the data collection method was conducted by interview method and documentation method. The result of this study is an overview or documentation that is poured through a flowchart regarding the stages of student admission procedures or On the Job Training (OJT) for college students at Batam Aero Technic.

Abstract

This study discusses compliance audits of work instructions on the Welding Polaris process at Manufacturing Industries. This study aims to determine the level of operator compliance with work instructions in the Polaris Welding process. This study uses descriptive methods and data collection through interviews, documentation, observation, and document inspection. The results of this study found discrepancies between work instructions and work practices in the field, namely when loading material was not carried out one by one, and not checking consistently whether the filter cap and baseplate were aligned. In addition, the lack of supervision and strict sanctions by the authorities prevent operators from following work instructions properly. However, overall operator compliance was stated to be very effective with an ICQ tabulation percentage of 86.7%.

Abstract

This final project discusses the mechanism of procurement of goods, especially the expenditure of consumables for practice at SMK Negeri 6 Batam, starting from submitting a budget plan to the process of spending on goods. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of wasted spending, to find out the causes of incomplete supporting documents and to make Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for procurement of goods. In this study, the authors used the method of data collection interviews, documentation and observation. For the data analysis method using descriptive data analysis method supported by qualitative data. Given this research requires exposure and analysis of events that occurred during the procurement process.

Abstract

This study report discusses the procedures for preparing container checks and making standard operating procedures, especially in checking customer order criteria at PT Kepri Depo Logistik. The background of this writing is the frequent return of containers by customers due to non-compliance with ordering criteria, checks that are still carried out sober and supported by repair processes that have not run well while the company does not have clear procedures related to the ordering and checking system. The purpose of this study is to find solutions to problems that occur in companies related to checking and ordering activities that have not been effective and efficient. This study used Descriptive Method. The results suggest that companies should make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding ordering and checking activities in which a list of container criteria checks can be made into a written format before being sent to customers.

Abstract

The government made regulations regarding income tax incentives for income tax article 21 as outlined in PMK No.110/PMK.03/2020, this is the impact of covid 19. COVID (Coronavirus Disease) 19 is a virus that causes respiratory infections in humans from the common cold to serious illnesses. Since the Covid-19 outbreak found in Wuhan, China in 2019 has affected the economy of the entire world, including Indonesia. Therefore, the government made a new regulation regarding income tax incentives for article 21 income tax. The author conducted research using a descriptive method so that the results obtained were data on PT Sanipak Indonesia employees who received article 21 income tax incentives and data on PT Sanipak Indonesia employees who did not receive article 21 income tax incentives. A total of 445 employees who did not receive article 21 income tax incentives. Employees who do not receive income tax incentives article 21 are mostly because they do not have an NPWP.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures for Receivables Collection at PT. XYZ and knowing the obstacles and delivering. solutions and suggestions for PT. XYS receivable collection procedures. The research method uses qualitative descriptive analysis supported by data collection from observation, documentation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is the Champion method. The results of Champion's research stated that the Standard Operating Procedures were declared effective by the billing department with a percentage of 91.67%. However, there are still obstacles in the receivables collection process, namely the cash collection process carried out by the collector team is not completed. For this reason, the author advises companies to consider adding collector staff and collaborating with cash payment outlets.

Abstract

This study looks into the analysis of multimodal in covid-19 advertisements. Multimodal commercials for covid-19 are being analyzed in this study to determine their ideational and linguistic content and to see how these aspects interact. The study used a qualitative approach. The data was obtained from YouTube and then screen shotted to create five pictures. Cheong's study employs Halliday theory to detect language function while identifying visual element usage (GSP). The findings revealed that there are visual and linguistic elements in the covid-19 commercial that symbolize the GSP process. Leads, Display, Primary Announcements, Secondary Announcements, Call and Visit, and Tag are the specific terms. Material Process, Actors, Circumstances, and Goals are the linguistic components of ideational function.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of a person's beliefs, risks, benefits, and income on interest in using e-payment, especially for Politeknik Negeri Batam students. This is quantitative research that uses non-probability sampling and collects respondent data using a Google Drive form, which will then be processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The population of this research is active Politeknik Negeri Batam students who have used online payment methods or e-payments, with a total of 97 samples. The results of the tests carried out in this research show that trust has a negative effect and does not have a significant effect on a person's interest in using e-payment. Risk has a positive and significant effect on a person's interest in using e-payments. Benefits have a positive and significant influence on a person's interest in using e-payment. Income has a positive and significant effect on a person's interest in using e-payments.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is one of the important aspects that the millennial generation needs to have because it is related to organizational effectiveness. This research is aimed at finding out the magnitude of the influence that job satisfaction has on OCB through the mediation of resilience. Respondents were 100 millennial workers in Indonesia where the sample was selected using convenience sampling. This research is quantitative cause and effect using the PLS SEM data analysis method. Data collection was carried out using a Google form which was distributed via various social media such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook. The research results found that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on resilience. Resilience also has a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has no direct effect on OCB. Resilience fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. This research contributes to increasing OCB through increasing job satisfaction and resilience in millennial workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

The increase in digital money transactions in 2021 indicates that the trend of digital transactions is increasingly widespread in Indonesia, besides that the trend of digital transactions is a way of changing people's shopping behavior, which previously went offline to online shopping through various marketplaces. The purpose of this study is to prove if the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and internet anxiety affect behavior intention. Then the author's sample set refers to the number of all 15 indicators x 7 = 105 samples. Then the sample in this study was set at 100 samples. Accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique uses primary data (in the form of a questionnaire) using Google Forms which is distributed offline and online and uses the necessary secondary data such as interviews, literature studies, and related agencies.  The results of the study prove that the hypothesis test between Performance Expectancy on Behavior Intention, it turns out that the hypothesis is rejected, the hypothesis test between Effort Expectancy on Behavior Intention, it turns out that the hypothesis is rejected, the hypothesis test between Social Influence on Behavior Intention, it turns out that the hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis test between Anxiety Internet Behavior Intention, it turns out that the hypothesis is accepted
