Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is important to apply to hospital staff. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of psychological capital and affective commitment on OCB. Respondents were 196 officers from two hospitals in Indonesia. The sampling method uses stratified random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data was processed with the help of Jamovi 2.3.28 software. The research results found that psychological capital and affective commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB both partially and simultaneously. Hospital management can increase the voluntary behavior of its staff in working beyond formal rules by increasing psychological capital such as self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience. Factors that increase affective commitment also need to be implemented so that officers' OCB increases, followed by better service provided. Future researchers can limit the study population to certain areas and combine private and government hospitals to obtain greater generalization. Future researchers can add other variables such as work motivation and job satisfaction to the simultaneous and partial effects.

Abstract

Background: The millennial generation has the characteristic that they do not feel tied to their work. The lack of work engagement of the millennial generation can cause them to be less satisfied with their jobs. Meanwhile, employee job satisfaction is important for every company because it can have an impact on individual and organizational performance. Objective: This research aims to determine the influence of altruism and work engagement on job satisfaction of the millennial generation. Method: Respondents were 100 millennial workers born between 1981 and 1996. The research instrument is an online questionnaire using a Likert scale with five answer choices. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling was chosen as the data analysis method. Results: Altruism and work engagement each have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: This research contributes to efforts to increase job satisfaction of the millennial generation through factors such as altruism and work engagement. Further research can be limited to certain industries or sectors to see the consistency of research results.AbstrakLatar Belakang: Generasi milenial memiliki karakteristik yaitu tidak merasa terikat dengan pekerjaanya. Kurangnya keterikatan kerja dari generasi milenial dapat menyebabkan mereka kurang puas dengan pekerjaanya. Sementara itu kepuasan kerja karyawan penting untuk dimiliki setiap perusahaan karena dapat berdampak terhadap kinerja  individu maupun organisasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh altruism dan work engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja generasi milenial. Metode: Responden ialah 100 pekerja milenial yang lahir antara tahun 1981 sampai 1996.  Metode pengambilan sampel dipilih secara convenience sampling dan termasuk ke dalam kategori non probability sampling. Data diperoleh melalui googleform dengan yang disebar melalui whatsapp, linkedin, dan facebook. PLS SEM dipilih sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil: Altruism dan work engagement masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja generasi milenial melalui faktor-faktor seperti altruism dan work engagement. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dibatasi pada industri atau sektor tertentu guna melihat konsistensi hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Rendahnya kepuasan kerja perawat dapat mengurangi kinerja perawat, mengurangi komitmen perawat serta berdampak pada organisasi yang memperkerjakan perawat tersebut. Penelitian ini ditujukan guna melihat dampak motivasi intrinsik, dukungan rekan kerja, work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat RS Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang. Desain kuantitatif kausalitas dipakai dalam penelitian. Responden ialah 91 perawat. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dukungan rekan kerja ditemukan tidak berdampak terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance guna memediasi pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja yang tidak signifikan.

Abstract

In the dynamic world of capital markets, companies do not only focus on their financial performance. Company size and dividend policy are also critical elements in shaping investor perceptions and driving share prices. This research has the main objective of investigating and analyzing how financial performance, company size, and dividend policy can jointly contribute to the optimization of a company's share price. This research uses a statistical analysis approach by collecting and analyzing financial data and company shares. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The total research population was 88 companies, while the total research sample was 20 companies. This approach allows research to identify and quantify the statistical significance of each observed relationship. The research results show that strong financial performance, optimal company size, and appropriate dividend policy have a positive impact on increasing company share prices. This means that companies that succeed in managing these factors well tend to have better stock performance in the capital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari Intellectual Capital dan Leverage terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT Akasha Wira International Tbk periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan PT Akasha Wira International Tbk periode 2016-2020. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Intellectual Capital, Leverage dan Profitabilitas, uji deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasl uji t (parsial) diperoleh dampak Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, dampak Laverage berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Hasil uji F (simultan), Intellectual Capital dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is one of the important aspects that the millennial generation needs to have because it is related to organizational effectiveness. This research is aimed at finding out the magnitude of the influence that job satisfaction has on OCB through the mediation of resilience. Respondents were 100 millennial workers in Indonesia where the sample was selected using convenience sampling. This research is quantitative cause and effect using the PLS SEM data analysis method. Data collection was carried out using a Google form which was distributed via various social media such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook. The research results found that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on resilience. Resilience also has a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has no direct effect on OCB. Resilience fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. This research contributes to increasing OCB through increasing job satisfaction and resilience in millennial workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana learning agility dan kepuasan kerja berdampak terhadap work engagement. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 41 orang pengemudi ojek online Grab di DKI Jakarta. Accidental sampling dipilih dalam penentuan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan PLS_SEM. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa learning agility berdampak positif terhadap work engagement. Kepuasan kerja berdampak positif terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengaruh learning agility terhadap work engagement pada sampel pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah sampel pada pengemudi ojek online seperti gojek, maxim, indriver, shopee.

Abstract

The millennial generation has its own characteristics compared to other generations. Millennials tend not to feel connected to their work. The research aims to determine the influence that dimensions of psychological empowerment such as meaning, competence, self-determination and impact have on the affective commitment of millennial workers. Respondents were 100 millennial workers in Indonesia who were selected using convenience sampling. Respondents were born between 1981 and 1996. The data analysis method used was PLS SEM. The research results found that the dimensions of meaning and impact had a positive effect on affective commitment, while competence and self-determination had no effect on affective commitment. This research contributes to increasing affective commitment through psychological empowerment among millennial workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan 59 responden teknik dalam penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel,hal ini dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relative kecil kurang dari 100, untuk diambil datanya melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan serangkaian Teknik analisis data yang meliputi analisis statistic deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Skala pengukuran instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala likert. berdasarkan penelitian dengan hasil perhitungan SPSS versi 25 yaitu Berdasakan pada hasil perhitungan UJI t dengan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (7,355 > 1,672) Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai P value < sig 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara parsial antara X1 terhadap Y berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan UJI F (simultan) dengan diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (160,323 > 2,77), hal ini juga diperkuat dengan p value < sig 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Y.
