Abstract

A trading company can be defined as an organization that carries out business activities by purchasing goods from other companies and then selling them back to the public. Inventory is merchandise that is purchased and then stored for sale in the company's normal operations so that the company can pay more attention to inventory. Inventory is highly susceptible to damage and theft. Internal control also aims to protect company assets and also ensure that information regarding company inventory can be trusted. With internal control analysis, it is hoped that companies will be able to determine inventory more effectively and adequately. With effective internal control, it is hoped that they can minimize the risk of errors and fraud in merchandise inventory and if errors and fraud occur they can be immediately identified and resolved. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the internal control system at UD Nina Usman, which plays a role in supporting the company's internal control of inventory, and to find out how well the company carries out internal inventory control. The data used is primary data. The method used was observation and interviews to obtain information from the U.D Nina Usman gas station. The results of this research indicate that the inventory system at the U.D Nina Usman gas station is in accordance with an adequate internal control system using the COSO (Committee of Sparing Organizations of Tradeway) method.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the health level of Bank Permata. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The variables used are Risk Profile which is measured by the NPL and LDR ratio, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is measured through self-assessment results, Earnings which is measured through the ROA ratio, and Capital which is measured through the CAR ratio. PT Bank Permata was included in composite rating category 1, which reflects the bank's very healthy condition, so it is considered very capable of facing significant negative influences from changes in business conditions and other external factors. Calculations based on the risk profile using the NPL and LDR ratios show a healthy category. The Good Corporate Governance (GCG) assessment is included in the very healthy category. Earnings assessment using the ROA ratio is stated in the quite healthy category. And for the assessment based on Capital using the CAR ratio, it is stated in the very healthy category.

Abstract

A website can be interpreted as a document stored on a web server that has a certain type and topic. Websites consist of two types, namely static and dynamic websites. A static website is a website where users cannot change the content of the website directly using a browser. Meanwhile, in a dynamic web, the interactions that occur between users and servers are very complex. One can change the content of a particular page by using a browser. This website application was built with the PHP, CSS, HTML and JavaScript programming languages using the Codeigniter 3.0.6 and Bootstrap 3.3.6 framework. This application was created to make it easier for an employee to get a CV. Filadephia Tirta Perkasa in applying for leave and permission. The research method used is the Waterfall method which consists of planning and needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, installation and maintenance stages. The application is divided into two designs, namely an application for administrators and an application for employees. Based on the implementation and results of trials carried out, it shows that this application can run well and can display all pages.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to find out and to analyze the impact of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Price Perception partially and simultaneously to the purchasing decision of Aqua, the brand of bottled mineral water. Primary data is used as the method of analyzing. The testing phases are done by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient determination test. The data is taken by using questionnaire, and the valid data gained in this research is 100 respondents who are the consumers of Aqua. The method of sampling used in this research is non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The instrument used in conducting the tests is SPSS 25 version The results showed that the variables of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Price Perception had a simultaneous and partial impact on the purchasing decision of bottled mineral water, Aqua. And the variable that has dominant impact on the purchasing decision of bottled mineral water, Aqua, is the Product Quality variable.

Abstract

In recent years, video streaming services have received positive responses. They have language settings for their services, respectively. In video streaming services, subscribers can choose their preferred languages. Those who choose Indonesian can find the interface in Indonesian. The researcher decides to conduct a comparative analysis of the translation meaning of film genres between two streaming video services. The result is that there are similarities and a difference in the translation meaning of film genres. The similarities include six pairs of translation conveying the conceptual meaning. Meanwhile, the difference is found in one pair of translations conveying different types of meaning: one is reflective meaning, and the other is conceptual meaning. Hence, this research is expected to enrich the translation analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial reports of PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk and PT Kian Santang Muliatama Tbk for 2021 and 2022. The analysis focuses on contribution margin, break even point, margin of safety, profit planning, operating leverage and shut down point. Data collection methods include library research. The research results show an increase in the profitability of both companies from 2021 to 2022. The analysis provides in-depth insight into the companies' financial and operational performance. It can be concluded that PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk has a better contribution margin, break even point and maximum profit than PT Kian Santang Muliatama Tbk. However, PT Kian Santang Muliatama Tbk has more efficient operating leverage. Overall, the analysis shows better financial and operational performance of PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk in 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional Indonesian drink inherited from our ancestors. The existence of herbal medicine, which has been a culture passed down from generation to generation for a long time, is not only used as a means of treatment but can be used for other benefits such as body care or related to matters of a metaphysical nature. Little cultural information about herbal medicine has been found or conveyed. Herbal medicine is holistic, safe to consume, and has many benefits for those who regularly consume it. Two hundred respondents were involved in this research's data collection process. The family's most important role is the main factor in preserving herbal medicine. Introducing herbal medicine early will foster a concern for cultural heritage later. Apart from family, the social environment is also essential in its implementation. This research aims to determine the existence of herbal medicine among Generation Z regarding elements related to ensuring that herbal medicine remains sustainable and maintained. This research uses qualitative methods using data sources, journals, and reference documents. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and question and answer. The results of the research show that (1) family social culture and social environment are still relatively low, (2) sensory factors are still a feature of herbal medicine, and (3) lack of information and basic knowledge about the history of herbal medicine. jamu. (4) There are no additional subjects about herbal medicine in schools, (5) Lack of introduction of herbal medicine at the upper-class level as a treat in star hotels. (6) The current Café Jamu business model lacks a clean, hygienic, modern presentation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Korea Wave/Hallyu (Korean Wave) and Event Marketing (Marketing Events) on Purchase Decisions for Seventeen merchandise among followers of the X @caratstalk account. The method used is quantitative. A total of 96 people were used as respondents in the research. Data analysis uses regression with SPSS 25.0 as an analysis tool. The results of this research show that the Korean Wave has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The t hypothesis test proves this, obtained count> table or (3.067 > 1.985). And Event Marketing influences purchasing decisions. The value of count proves this> table (5.650 > 1.985). Korea Wave and Event Marketing have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by Fcount > Ftable or (58.432 > 3.09)

Abstract

The involvement of innovative tourism technology in life, especially in tourism activities, plays a vital role in the process. Tourists use smart tourism technology devices to determine the destinations they want to visit. In line with this, tourists who utilize innovative tourism technology will have an impressive travel experience. All experiences tourists gain will later be expressed in images to immortalize their journey or positive comments or comments on innovative tourism technology media. These positive reviews indicate tourist satisfaction, where tourists get more results than expected. Tourists' satisfaction with innovative tourism technology and impressive experiences opens up opportunities for them to consistently use smart tourism technology devices and become more in-depth with information about areas they want to revisit or visit. This research aims to determine the influence of intelligent tourism technology and memorable tourism experiences on tourist loyalty, which is mediated by tourist satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach through questionnaire instruments. The number of respondents used as data sources was 200 using the Probability Sample technique. This research uses Exploratory (Correlational Study), which aims to investigate a phenomenon that occurs or has yet to be explained well before. Data processing in this research used SEM PLS 4.0. The research results show that Smart Tourism Technology has yet to be proven to influence Tourist Satisfaction significantly. In contrast, a Memorable Tourism Experience is proven to influence Tourist Satisfaction significantly, and Tourist Satisfaction significantly influences Tourist Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants of financial distress in wholesale and retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In this research, financial distress is measured by Zscore, profitability is measured by Return on Assets, liquidity is measured by Current Assets, Debt measures leverage to Assets Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover measures activity. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The sample for this research was 29 companies obtained based on a purposive sampling technique with a five-year research period of 5 years, so the observation data totalled 145. The statistical analysis used is a linear regression analysis of panel data with time lag using the Eviews 10—Tektik program panel data linear regression estimation using the Fixed Effect Model. The coefficient test results show that profitability hurts financial distress, liquidity does not affect financial distress, leverage hurts negatively, and activity positively affects financial distress.
