Abstract

This research aims to test whether earnings per Share and Return On Assets influence the Company Value of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period partially or simultaneously. The research method used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the financial report data of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for 2011-2022. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 program. The research results show that EPS partially does not significantly influence company value. Likewise, Return On Assets partially does not have a significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously, earnings per Share and Return On Assets do not significantly affect Company Value at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period. The coefficient of determination shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.277 or 27.7% of the variation in Company value, which can be explained by independent variables, namely Earning Per Share and Return On Assets, the remaining, around 72.3% of the variation in Company value is influenced by factors- other factors not included in the regression model

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Parametrik Presisi Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Parametrik Presisi Tangerang, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample of 65 respondents. The research results show that motivation and discipline have a significant influence on the performance of PT. Parametrik Presisi Tangerang employees. Motivation and discipline together contribute 49.8% to employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended for companies to ensure that motivation is met and provide good discipline to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Ampera Branch, South Jakarta. The method was quantitative, with a sampling technique using saturated sampling, resulting in 75 respondents. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline also has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline significantly affect employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 7.274 + 0.402X1 + 0.438X2. The coefficient of determination reached 65.3%, while other factors influenced the remaining 34.7%.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of the physical work environment and career development on employee performance at CV. Ide Creative Printing Tangerang Selatan. The research uses a quantitative approach for all CV employees. South Tangerang Creative Printing Idea, totaling 60 people, was used as the research population. Data collection methods include observation, literature study, and use of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using various statistical tests, such as Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Pearson Correlation, Determination, Simple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The analysis results show that the physical work environment and career development significantly influence employee performance at CV. Ide Creative Printing Tangerang Selatan. The multiple linear regression value shows the positive contribution of these two variables to employee performance, with a contribution of 67.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 32.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and Country of Origin on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphone products, with product quality as an intervening variable. Data collection was carried out in South Tangerang during February 2024 using the Simple Random Sampling method with 125 respondents. Analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The research results show that lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on consumer preferences and purchasing decisions regarding Samsung smartphone products. Brand Image also has a positive and significant influence on the perception of Samsung product quality, where product quality acts as a mediator between Brand Image and purchasing decisions. However, the country of origin of the product does not have a significant influence on consumer preferences and purchasing decisions. This shows that factors such as Brand Image, Lifestyle and Product Quality are more dominant in shaping consumer purchasing decisions regarding Samsung products.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of school principal leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of vocational school teachers in cluster 3 of South Tangerang City. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and carried out on 154 teachers. Data analysis in this research used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used was the census method and the data testing techniques used in this research included validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. Test classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that the principal's leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance and work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze interest in investing in mutual funds using an applicationfintech: determinants and their impact on mutual fund purchasing decisions as well as to test the influence of motivation and knowledge on interest in investing in mutual funds and their impact on mutual fund purchasing decisions as well as finding out the most dominant variables. The population in this study were respondents who used the applicationfintech mutual funds. Samples are determined by techniquePurposive Sampling, with 130 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the SPSS programfor windows 23.0. The research results show that there is a simultaneous or partial influence of motivation and knowledge on interest in investing in mutual funds, there is a simultaneous or partial influence of motivation and knowledge on mutual fund purchasing decisions, and there is an influence of interest in investing in mutual funds on mutual fund purchasing decisions. Based on the partial test results, it can be seen that motivation has the greatest influence on interest in investing in mutual funds and knowledge has the greatest influence on mutual fund purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This scientific writing aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production in Ruwang Coffee House using method full costing and variables costing. Determining the cost of production is very important in determining competitive prices, so that the business can compete in the market and can increase business income. The data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observation. Interviews were conducted directly with business owners. This research uses quantitative data and the data used is primary data, where the data was obtained directly by Ruwang Coffee House. The data obtained includes the number of sales, raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. From the research that has been carried out, the author concludes that the calculation of the cost of production uses the method full costing has a greater value when compared to using the variable method costing, this is due to the method full costing charge all costs overhead factory, method full costing better to use than using the variable method costing.

Abstract

In typical Indonesian dialogues or casual speech (cakap), particles are commonly used. The dynamics of the Role-Playing Game (RPG) Honkai: Star Rail are closely tied to character interactions, particularly through dialogues that include yes-no questions. This study aims to identify Indonesian discourse particles in the translation of English yes/no questions in the RPG Honkai: Star Rail. The researcher finds that there are thirteen (13) units or 69% of Indonesian discourse particles found in the translation of English yes/no questions. The discourse particles ya are the most frequent. This particle is 9 units, meanwhile, kan and dong are 3 units or 23% and 1 unit or 8% respectively. Since RPGs are a medium for delivering a variety of languages, it would be beneficial for other researchers to explore language use in RPGs further.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The research population includes all employees of the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia, totaling 60 individuals. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25.00 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. The research also found that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. The results show that there is a positive and significant joint influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia.
