<![CDATA[Abstract Arabic is one of the many languages in the world as the language of the Qur'an and Hadith which is the source of Islamic law so that without understanding it we will find it difficult to understand and understand the contents of the Qur'an and Hadith, therefore the language Arabic is a compulsory subject studied in Islamic educational institutions from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to Islamic High School levels. In the process of learning Arabic, obstacles always exist, these obstacles cause many difficulties for female students in learning Arabic, both internal and external factors. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of the research show that firstly, there is a lack of motivation within the female students to learn Arabic, secondly, it is difficult for students to read and understand the meaning of each Arabic vocabulary word, thirdly, the teacher's delivery method is too monotonous, namely only using the lecture method and only using learning media. using books so that female students feel uninterested in learning Arabic more deeply.]]>

<![CDATA[In every age there will appear scholars who always guard the religion of Allah from enemies of religion who want to destroy and mislead Muslims from the teachings of their true religion, and among the scholars who continue to guard the religion of Allah with their works is Habib Abu Bakr al-Adni Al-Masyhur. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Intellectual Biography of Habib Abu Bakr al-Adni Al-Masyhur. This study uses qualitative research methodology through literature review from primary sources in the form of the works of Habib Abu Bakr al-Adni Al-Masyhur and his Disciples. and secondary sources relevant to this theme. The results showed that Habib Abu Bakr al-Adni Al-Masyhur was one of the Islamic intellectuals who maintained dynamism and revived religious moderation through his intellectual works.]]>

<![CDATA[The practice of collaboration in the Earn Money Maker Application in the Capcut application is a collaboration carried out between the leader agency and the Capcut creator in the Capcut agency program. The problem in this research is how the cooperative practices in the Earn Money Maker Application in the Capcut application are carried out by the leaders and creators. Then the aim of this research is how Islamic law reviews the practice of cooperation in the Earn Money Maker Application in the Capcut application. The type of research used is field research with qualitative descriptive methods and using an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation are then analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this research are a review of Islamic law regarding cooperation practices in the Earn Money Making Application in the Capcut application, including cooperation in the form of syirkah abdan. There are several things that happen that are not in accordance with the pillars and requirements of syirkah abdan. Namely aqidain (contracting parties) who do not meet the requirements.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia, as a multicultural country with various ethnicities, religions and races, faces challenges in maintaining tolerance amidst differences of opinion. The Ministry of Religion prioritizes religious moderation to understand and apply religious teachings in a balanced manner. In the digital era, social media plays an important role in disseminating information. This article discusses the concept of religious moderation and strategies for implementing it in digital media. The aim of the research is to reduce extremism and promote tolerance through religious moderation. The research method uses a mixed approach with digital content analysis and interviews. The research results show that the Ministry of Religion actively promotes religious moderation through educational content on platforms such as YouTube. In conclusion, religious moderation in digital media can strengthen tolerance and harmony in society if supported by good strategy and implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[The digital age is an absolute requirement that presents both benefits and challenges. It has a direct impact on all aspect of modern life, including Muslim lives, as well as social and individual behavior. The optimal Muslim personality profile for navigating modern society and daily life in the digital age is addressed by this research. Using library research methodologies, a descriptive-qualitative methodology was used to perform this study. The results showed that 1) the Muslim personality is formed by the mechanism of balancing the role of the personality structure between the sharpness of reason (al-aql), the gentleness of the heart (al-qalb), and the control of lust (al-nafs) in the Muslim soul; 2) the ideal Muslim personality in the digital era is a person who integrates zikr (remembrance), fikr (thinking), ilm (knowledge), and 'amal (charity) in daily life; and 3) the implementation of the ideal Muslim personality produces individual piety and social piety, which are needed in building a harmonious and serene digital society, both as individuals and members of society.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic da'wah in Papua has high urgency considering that this region is one of the areas with a minority Muslim population in Indonesia. One of the figures who has an important role in Islamic propagation in Papua is Habib Mundzir Al-Musawa, he has made a significant contribution to the spread of Islamic values in the Papua region, which is known for its cultural diversity. This research aims to examine the history of Habib Mundzir Al-Musawa's preaching in Papua, as well as analyzing his role in building the Muslim community in the region. Using a historical-qualitative approach, this research examines various written sources, interviews with local religious figures, and observations of the development of da'wah in Papua. The research results show that Habib Mundzir Al-Musawa plays an important role in building communication between religious communities, introducing peaceful Islamic teachings, and developing community-based preaching networks. Through lectures, knowledge assemblies and cultural approaches, he succeeded in bringing Islam closer to the Papuan people without eliminating local wisdom. Apart from that, his preaching also had an impact on the economic and social development of Muslims in Papua, especially in the aspects of education and welfare of the Muslim community. Thus, Habib Mundzir's role in preaching Islam in Papua does not only have a religious dimension but also a social and cultural one. This research provides new insight into inclusive da'wah strategies and the importance of a culturally based approach in spreading Islam in regions with high diversity such as Papua.]]>

<![CDATA[Child custody (Hadhanah) is a crucial issue in Islamic law, particularly when a mother with custody remarries. Differences in scholars' opinions and the varying decisions of religious courts in Indonesia highlight the need for an in-depth analysis through the perspective of maqashid syariah. This study aims to examine child custody for remarried mothers by emphasizing the protection of life (hifz an-nafs), lineage (hifz an-nasl), and child welfare. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research and comparative analysis of scholars' views and court rulings. The findings indicate that custody decisions should not solely rely on classical legal texts but must also consider the child's well-being. This study contributes by providing a more comprehensive understanding of child custody in Islam and offering recommendations for policymakers and legal practitioners to apply maqashid syariah principles in custody cases, ensuring decisions prioritize the best interests of the child.]]>
