Abstract

. Teacher competence is one of the capital in carrying out teaching duties, based on the competence that teachers have, it can create interesting and fun learning conditions. Power point media is one of the media in the learning process that needs to be mastered by teachers in carrying out learning in the digital era. But not all teachers have the knowledge and skills to understand and use power point as a technology medium in the learning process. Awareness of the need for teachers for knowledge and skills in using power points requires stimulus from schools and other institutions in an effort to provide mentoring and motivational support for teachers to develop self-actualization. Through mentoring and motivational support activities, teachers have skills and even become more skilled in choosing and functioning power points according to the subject matter they teach, so that teachers are motivated to improve the performance of carrying out an effective and efficient learning process

Abstract

The Tuha Peut institution is located as an element of gampong government administration and has the authority to form gampong qanuns together with the Geuchik, so its main duties and functions are very important, besides having other authorities in accordance with Aceh's specialties, but its current existence is especially in Gampong Teungoh Pirak, Matangkuli District, North Aceh It is not yet optimal and seems too focused on administrative aspects only, many problems at the gampong level have not been regulated by qanuns, several gampong qanuns should immediately be prioritized as gampong legislative products to answer various urgent problems. In this regard, advocacy or mentoring activities are needed to create a Tuha Peut institution that is effective in carrying out its main tasks and functions so that they are carried out well in accordance with its capacity as a community representative for the benefit of the gampong community. For flexibility in activities, advocacy is carried out using a dialogic and consultation model. so that it will create an atmosphere full of familiarity to produce positive and constructive thinking without being patronizing..

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the market for planning the development of a tourism center in Mlokorejo Village, which is renowned for its appealing natural and cultural assets. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines qualitative and quantitative methods through surveys, in-depth interviews, and literature reviews. The primary findings reveal that Mlokorejo Village possesses significant natural attractions, including hills, terraced rice fields, and clear rivers, as well as rich cultural elements such as local traditions, traditional arts, and unique cuisine. Market segmentation identifies local, domestic, and international tourists as potential targets, each with different preferences ranging from nearby recreational activities to authentic cultural experiences. Current tourism trends indicate a growing interest in ecotourism and community-based tourism, which should be integrated into product development. The study also highlights that the existing infrastructure and facilities are insufficient, with improvements needed in accommodation, transportation, and public amenities. Furthermore, local community support and empowerment are crucial for the project's success, with training and active involvement being key components of the development strategy. In conclusion, with an integrated and data-driven approach, Mlokorejo Village has significant potential to become a successful tourist destination, offering substantial economic and social benefits to the local community while supporting cultural and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study discusses the empowerment of vegetable farmer groups through food product innovation in the form of spinach sticks as an economic improvement in Rejoso Kidul Village. This study aims to develop village assets in the form of spinach to improve the economy of the village community. The research method used is called (ABCD) Asset Based Community Development. The strategies that we implement with the community are Discovery (Finding Assets), Dream (Making Dreams), Design (Making Strategies), Define (Deciding on Actions), and Destiny (Monitoring and Evaluation). The results of community empowerment are conducting training in making spinach sticks with vegetable farmer mothers (small groups) in Rejoso Kidul Village.

Abstract

. Brabe Village, which is located in Maroon District, Probolinggo Regency, faces environmental problems that affect public health, including high stunting rates. The aim of this research is to identify the main problems related to environmental management, especially waste and sanitation, and propose solutions through educational programs and "healthy home" competitions. Improper waste management and the behavior of people who continue to throw away waste carelessly are the main causes of environmental pollution which worsens health conditions. This researcher involves the community in competition activities to increase awareness about the importance of environmental cleanliness and waste management. This program has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness and that waste processing can reduce stunting rates and infectious diseases such as dengue fever. The results demonstrate the importance of increasing community awareness and involvement to create healthier environments and support children's future health.

Abstract

Great Surabaya Cadres (KSH) play an important role in maintaining and creating a healthy environment in the village through various programs directed by the government. These programs include: PSN activities (eradication of mosquito nests), 5 pillar STBM, TOGA survey, waste sorting and posyandu. Apart from that, ongoing education is needed and the cadres have succeeded in increasing public awareness regarding the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment. The aim of this research is that KSH helps empower communities to actively participate in managing their own environment. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely collecting data or information based on facts in the field. The location of the research carried out was at RT 08 RW 03, Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya City. The research subject focuses on the women of the Great Surabaya Cadre (KSH) using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that KSH's efforts in creating a healthy environment have been successful and made the environment beautiful and radiant.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pelatihan merajut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan meningkatkan ekonomi perempuan di Desa Peniron, Kabupaten Kebumen. Pelatihan memanfaatkan potensi usaha rajut yang telah ada namun masih memiliki hambatan dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran. Solusi dan metode yang dilaksanakan adalah dengan pelatihan merajut untuk menambah keterampilan bagi perempuan sekaligus memperbanyak tenaga perajut dan membantu pemasaran produk melalui pemasaran langsung serta pemasaran digital. Pemasaran langsung dilaksanakan pada kegiatan EXPO KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Kabupaten Kebumen. Sedangkan pemasaran digital dilaksanakan melalui pembuatan konten unggahan sosial media, desain kemasan, dan pelatihan pengemasan. Pemasaran produk secara langsung terbukti efektif yang dibuktikan dengan terjualnya produk sebanyak 10 buah. Pemasaran digital dilakukan dengan pembuatan video konten promosi yang dapat diunggah di sosial media. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan desain kemasan yang menarik sebagai salah satu media promosi. Hasil tersebut membuktikan pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pelatihan merajut dapat meningkatkan ekonomi di Desa Peniron.

Abstract

Desa Bongki Lengkese merupakan salah satu desa di kecamatan Sinjai Timur yang menghasilkan jagung sebagai komoditas yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh warga. Sayangnya, limbah bonggol jagung yang tersisa hanya digunakan sebagai bahan bakar untuk memasak atau bahkan hanya dibuang saja. Padahal, bonggol jagung memiliki potensi besar untuk digunakan sebagai media tanam jamur jenggel. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi penumpukan limbah dan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola limbah. Adapun metode yang dilakukan, yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat serta praktik langsung cara pembuatan media tanam. Target dari program kerja ini adalah seluruh masyrakat desa khususnya anggota kelompok tani. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, yaitu adanya respon yang sangat positif dan antusias dari masyarakat karena pengetahuan baru dalam pemanfaatan bonggol jagung, serta hasil jamur janggel yang dipanen dapat menjadi peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat yang dapat diproduksi dengan mudah dan murah.

Abstract

The budgeting process at the urban village level is critical to ensure that public services are effective and budgets are spent accountably. This study aims to analyze the budgeting process in the Village of Rungkut Menanggal, Surabaya, focusing on the stages of budget planning, implementation, and accountability. Using a descriptive qualitative method and a case study approach, data was collected through interviews, and documents. The results showed that the budgeting process in the village of Rungkut Menanggal has run in accordance with established procedures. Each stage of budgeting is well implemented, from planning to reporting, which ensures transparency and accountability of budget use. In conclusion, budget management in this village shows high effectiveness and contributes positively to public services. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other urban villages in improving their budgeting and financial management processes.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kematian ibu dan bayi di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) bagi ibu hamil. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik responden, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan suami, dan kunjungan ANC di Desa Lalowosula, Kecamatan Ladongi, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi ibu hamil dalam kunjungan ANC dan untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam merancang intervensi yang efektif. Pengabdian ini merupakan studi deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan September 2024, dengan 20 ibu hamil sebagai responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengevaluasi pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan suami, dan penghasilan keluarga. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden serta variabel terkait. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 75% responden memiliki pengetahuan rendah tentang ANC, 85% memiliki sikap negatif, 70% dari keluarga berpenghasilan di bawah UMR, dan 70% tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari suami. Akibatnya, hanya 25% responden yang melakukan kunjungan ANC sesuai dengan rekomendasi.
