Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis Using the Market Value Added (MVA) Method at PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk. This research aims to determine financial performance using the Market Value Added (MVA) method at PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk. The object of this research is the financial performance of PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques in this research, namely the financial reports of PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk. The results of this research conclude that calculating the market value of shares, calculating the book value of shares, and calculating Market Value Added (MVA) fluctuates from year to year. The MVA value shows a negative value from 2019-2022. This indicates that PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk cannot create added value and cannot maximize its income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency. The object in this study is Employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the hypothesis of this study using SPSS application version 26. The population in this study is permanent employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency as many as 103 respondents. This research shows that Workload and Work Environment do not affect together. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.269 or 26.9% was obtained. The Job Satisfaction variable can be explained by the Workload and Work Environment variables while the remaining 73.1% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty at Logikaa Caffee House. Data were collected by Questionnaire and Documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively with multiple linear regression. The sample used in this study consistof 95 respondents. T table (1.985), shows that product quality has no effect on consumer loyalty and Price Test Results on consumer loyalty T count (4.118 > T table (1.985), shows that product quality has no effect on consumer loyalty, price has an effect on consumer loyalty The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 16.610 with an F table of 1.985 showing that product quality and price influence consumer loyalty simultaneously.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a government policy in 2021 to increase the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate by 11% starting on April 1 2022. In this policy, CV. Harko Jaya Offset is a business actor in the printing and trading sector of paper and plastic. As a Party subject to VAT when selling and purchasing goods. This research aims to determine the effect of increasing the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate on sales. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis with analytical tools, calculating Value Added Tax (VAT) rates of 10% and 11%, calculating the amount of tax paid, calculating sales volume and calculating the increase/decrease in sales volume. The results of this research show that there is no influence on product sales from the increase in the Value Added Tax rate, because the company still uses the same selling price. It can be proven from the calculation results that sales volume increased by 58.19%. The results of this analysis are different from research from (Putri, 2022), (Djufri, 2022) and (Wibowo, 2021) which show that an increase in the Value Added Tax rate has an effect on declining sales. Suggestions on CV. Harko Jaya continues to use the same selling price for all products in each sale to maintain sales volume in the event of an increase in the VAT rate. And it is hoped that future researchers will be able to develop their research, one of which is on selling prices after VAT.

Abstract

This article aims to review and attempt to inform about the concept of service quality management, value and customer loyalty. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand value service quality management and customer loyalty management requires several important things, namely a). For service quality management the values that need to be considered are: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, b). For loyalty management that needs to be considered, namely: Becoming a regular customer, Buying between product lines, Referring to others and Commitment to the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to: influence Perceived Value, Price and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty for Nike Shoes. The sample in this study consisted of 110 respondents who had purchased and used Nike shoes for at least 3 years. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The test uses the SPSS v.25 analysis tool by conducting multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) to find out how perceived value, price and product quality influence customer loyalty among Nike shoe users

Abstract

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals

Abstract

Public services are government activities for the community. Public services try to create comfort for the community. This article discusses various public service innovations at the Population and Civil Registry Service. Updates on public services from the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Office, such as updates to Child Identity Card (KIA) Services, Moling E-KTP which is available in villages, children's playrooms, lataxi rooms. This research uses a qualitative method that collects data from the internet and describes how innovation develops from the development of public services at the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. The aim of this research is to find out what public service innovations exist in the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil. The research results show that if technology develops in society, then public services must be accompanied by technical developments. With these various innovations, it is hoped that the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service can serve the people of Batu Bara well.

Abstract

PT Wijaya Karya Industri Manufaktur is a company engaged in the automotive industry in Indonesia. The products created by PT WIMA are Gesits G1 and Gesits Raya electric motorcycles. The company must have an effective and efficient strategy to offer and sell Gesits electric motorbikes in Indonesia. The purpose of this MAGANG REPORT is to find out the implementation of marketing strategies implemented by PT WIMA. This internship final project research uses a qualitative method, namely by interviewing and collecting data from several parties involved in PT.WIMA's marketing. From the results that have been obtained, PT.WIMA must carry out a 4P marketing strategy such as conducting more widespread promotions, expanding the dealer network and authorized workshops, PT.WIMA must carry out a price slashing strategy, PT.WIMA must improve service to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of Servant Leadership, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Climate, Knowledge Management and Organizational Development on Performance at Private Higher Education in the LLDikti III region. This study uses quantitative, in this research method is a survey method, which is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers from private universities in the LLDikti III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with SEM (Sctructual Equation Modeling) based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study state that SL influences EM, SL influences EC, SL influences KM, SL influences OD, EM influences EC, EC influences KM, KM influences OD, SL influences college performance, EM influences college performance, EC influences college performance , KM does not affect college performance and OD does not affect college performance.
