<![CDATA[Cosmetic products are beauty products such as skincare or make up which are made from a mixture of chemicals and are generally used to beautify a person. Halal lifestyle has now become a trend in society causing the demand for halal products, for example cosmetic products to increase rapidly. In Indonesia, halal labeling or halal certification is carried out by the MUI after various checks have been carried out. The research objective is to see how the Muslim community views cosmetic products that meet halal requirements. The research method used is field research where the main focus of this research is to find out public perceptions of halal cosmetic products that occur in the field. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews. While secondary data is obtained from literature sources that are relevant to the research discussed, both from books, journals and other sources that support this research. The results of the study show that there is a positive response from the community regarding halal cosmetic products. The perception that is most often conveyed is that cosmetic products that have received halal status can already be ascertained that their substance content is safe and their benefits can be guaranteed because they have received an MUI halal certificate and passed the BPOM test.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Reza Salon Wedding Organization service business in Kolaka Regency, (2) The effect of price perceptions on customer satisfaction in the Reza Salon Wedding Organization service business in Kolaka Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 2843 people with a sample of 351 Reza Salon customers in this study. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the constructs of service quality variables on customer satisfaction in the Reza Salon Wedding Organization service business in Kolaka Regency. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the constructs of service quality variables on customer satisfaction in the Reza Salon Wedding Organization service business in Kolaka Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the determination of the selling price using the cost plus pricing method at UD Bintang Kejora. This type of research uses case research which is selected based on the formulation of the problem and research objectives. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity technique used is source triangulation.The results of the study show that UD Bintang Kejora in determining the cost of production is still not in its entirety, such as not including maintenance costs and depreciation of equipment used in the production process. Therefore, researchers calculate the cost of production using the full costing method and determining the selling price of the cost-plus pricing method to help companies get the appropriate profit. The cost of production using the full costing method is Rp. 44,455. The profit obtained by adding a margin of 35% of the cost of production is Rp. 15,559. In order to obtain a selling price using the cost-plus pricing method of Rp. 60,014. The results of the calculation of determining the selling price with this method can help UD Bintang Kejora in getting the desired profit.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine simultaneously and partially the variables, namely Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at SDN Harapan Jaya North Bekasi in Bekasi City. This research was conducted at SDN I, II, and III Harapan Jaya, North Bekasi, Bekasi City. In this study, a quantitative approach was used and data analysis was used, namely the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) versionThe population in this study were all teachers of SDN I, II dan III Harapan Jaya North Bekasi Bekasi City, totaling 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially the work environment has a significant and significant effect on teacher performance. Work Discipline has a partial and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Work Environment and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Teacher Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[In the current era of globalization, there is intense competition in the business world. Business actors are required to create competitive advantages based on the quality of service and atmosphere in their businesses and strive to provide consumer satisfaction to face business competition. This research aims to determine the results of the influence of service quality, store atmosphere, and consumer satisfaction at Cafe MP in Brenggolo Village. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this research is the accidental sampling method. The number of samples in this research was 85 consumers. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that Service Quality has a significant (partial) influence on consumer satisfaction, the result value is 8.222 and the significance value is 0.025 <0.05. Store Atmosphere has a significant (partial) influence on consumer satisfaction, a result value of 9.622 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and Store Atmosphere influence (simultaneously) on consumer satisfaction at MP Cafe in Brenggolo Village, the f test value is 97.549 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of financial statement reports based on the application of accounting based on SAK EMKM at Umkm Aceh Hidroponik Medang Ara Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the application of recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from Umkm Aceh Hidroponik. The data collection technique in this study uses interview and documentation techniques and the analysis technique used is using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on data analysis, the results showed that Umkm Aceh Hidroponik has implemented accounting but the recording of financial statements carried out is still manual and very simple and its application has not followed the provisions in SAK EMKM. The financial statements prepared by Umkm Aceh Hidroponik are only in the form of an income statement while the statement of financial position and notes to the financial statements do not exist. The obstacle that causes Umkm Aceh Hydroponics not to be implemented is that they do not know and understand the preparation of business financial reports based on the Micro, Small, Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM).]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology in the financial sector plays a crucial role in human life, as evidenced by the widespread use of electronic money. The advent of cashless payments, such as QRIS, can enhance financial management for businesses and contribute to their success. This research aims to compare the income of MSMEs before and after implementing QRIS in their operations. The sample size used in this study consists of 35 MSMEs at To’Pao Art Market, selected through saturation sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the Paired t-Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in MSMEs' income before and after the adoption of QRIS. This is supported by the Paired t-Test, which yielded a significance value (α) of less than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05). The average income before using QRIS was 20.77, whereas after implementing QRIS, there was an increase in the average income to 21.60. Based on the results of the paired t-test, it can be concluded that the use of QRIS has a positive impact on MSMEs' income."]]>

<![CDATA[The population and at the same time being the sample in this study are the debtors of Bank BRI Unit Bolu. Then the sampling to obtain information about the objects of this research is by means of homogeneous sampling in which the elements of the population studied have properties that are relatively uniform to one another. The samples taken in this study were 50 debtors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach in the form of questionnaires to debtors about credit granting procedures. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are data percentage, data reduction, and data descriptive. The results showed that from the 5C assessment at Bank BRI Unit Bolu, it could be concluded that the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) was fully in accordance with the standards set by Bank BRI Unit Bolu, which can be seen from the results of the questionnaire obtained from 50 customers who were at a percentage value of 70% - 100%.]]>
