Abstract

Archives have a broad role for organizations. That is why it needs to be published. Archive publication is an effort to reach the public. Virtual exhibitions is one of the outreach efforts that can be done during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze one of the archival outreach programs at the Gadjah Mada University Archives. Some things that are analyzed are the process of virtual exhibition activities, contents, and the factors that influence the visit to the official UGM Archives page. Through a case study approach, this study seeks to describe some things analyzed. The results showed that the virtual exhibition process was carried out systematically and continuously, content coverage is quite diverse, and the factors that influence a visit to the official UGM Archives page can be identified.

Abstract

This study discusses about using records in Rukun Tetangga (RT) or neighborhood organization. Three sub-main issues discussed about public perception of records, records management and using records for RT’s activities, neighborhood organization is a community customary institution under the sub-district or village. The act of Republic of Indonesia number 6 year 2014 concerning Villages states that the RT is in charge of assisting village governance and a partner in empowering village communities. This study uses a qualitative method because it is able to examine more deeply the subject matter and information. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research focus was RT 18/RW 04, Desa Legok, Kecamatan Legok, Kabupaten Tangerang. The results show that the perception of the residents of RT 18/RW 04 about records is good, but it is followed by the lack of officer’s capability in managing records. It is also because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure, the capacity of human resources, and no standard in managing records. RT 18/RW 04 has valuable primary records as in administrative, financial, legal and can be used as secondary records. In the end, the application of records in RT 18/RW 04 are suitable for being a basis in decision making, public accountability, presenting the information about high-level government policies, and straighten up hoax.

Abstract

Damage or loss of vital records is one of the impacts that occurred after the disaster that occurred in Indonesia. In this paper, it will be recommended an online application procurement called ARVIGADAS (Smart Family's Vital Archive Application), an application that serves to store the results of the media transfer of the family's vital archive. The procurement of this application aims to prevent one of the problems that occur due to loss or damage to the family's vital archive, namely land disputes due to loss or damage to land certificates as proof of land ownership. The procurement of applications and the transfer of archive media is carried out based on the existing legal archives.

Abstract

ANRI telah melakukan uji coba penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI semenjak tahun 2020 dan setahun kemudian ANRI menetapkan Instruksi Kepala ANRI Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI) di Lingkungan ANRI yang berisikan perintah kepada seluruh pegawai di lingkungan ANRI wajib melaksanakan penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI. Keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI di lingkungan ANRI menjadi tolok ukur penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI di instansi lain, karena ANRI menjadi aktor utama dalam implementasi aplikasi SRIKANDI. Untuk itu diperlukan evaluasi terhadap penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI tersebut dan hal inilah yang diangkat oleh penulis dalam penelitian kali ini. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa tinjauan pustaka, kuesioner dan interview dari 68 orang sample yang diambil sesuai dengan model Krejcie-Morgan. berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan Metode SUS (System Usability Scale) nilai rata-rata yang didapat adalah 53,17 atau sudah dapat diterima oleh pengguna sebagai sarana pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Kata Kunci: Arsip Elektronik, SPBE, Metode SUS.

Abstract

e-Archive or electronic archive is an archive that is stored and processed in a format where only a computer or electronic device can process it. In the making of e-Archives, researchers apply forms of memory processing which includes information (encoding), storage (storage), and information retrieval (retrieval stage). In this research, researchers used descriptive and literature study methods. Researchers found by using the combination of memory processing analogy and information processing theory, the centralization of e-Archive can help the community and government in the process of managing family’s important document. However, there are also some weaknesses that must be considered in it’s implementation.

Abstract

The high number of neglectful phenomena in social distancing to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Indonesia is an example of how distant our nation from memories when we experienced something similar, namely the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. This paper describes the benefits of archives in facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Those benefits are inseparable from the special ability of the archives to provide communication between humans beyond generations. The archives that recorded disaster events could be the references for disaster management and assets for mitigation. Likewise, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred during the massive development of information and communication technology that tore apart time and place barriers, archives needed to move globally to present their benefits in tackling the pandemic. This paper was arranged using qualitative research methods and historical approaches.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of active archive filing system at the Faculties in IPB University. This research was a descriptive research using qualitative approach. The informants of this research were archive managers at the faculties in IPB University. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that: 1) 75% of archive managers at the Faculties in IPB University had already understand the filing, 2) 53.2% of archive managers at the Faculties in IPB University had not carried out filing in accordance with the applicable archiving principles, due to the limited facilities and infrastructure, 3) 54.2% of archive managers at the Faculties in IPB University had realized that active archives must be stored properly, because it will make it easier for depreciation. To make each work unit to carry out filing properly, it is necessary to provide technical guidance for archive managers as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study discusses the death of workers in the Mataram ditch construction during the Japanese occupation era as represented by 6 graves in Barongan Hamlet, Banyurejo Village, Kapanewon Tempel, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Province. A sad story that is not recorded in the history of Yogyakarta or the history of sewer construction, but becomes part of the collective memory of the community. Early research on the Mataram ditch, which mostly focused on the palace and Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX as the center of the story, eliminates this kind of story. Inevitably, the construction of sewers has been narrated without problems and has succeeded in boosting the welfare of farmers. The story outside of this big narrative will be offered from this research.

Abstract

The background of this writing is so that the Indonesian people know that there has been a change in the process of describing static archives from using a description card to using an application. In this study, data collection techniques were used utilizing library research which has the aim of obtaining primary and secondary data so that it is expected to clarify various things found in the study. In addition, this research uses an archive research method called content study, which is a research methodology that utilizes a set of procedures to conclude the archives. In this study, an analytical method with content analysis techniques was used to understand this research. In the development of digital technology, there have been many paradigm shifts. One of the paradigm shifts is the change from static archive description cards to the use of E-Pengolahan applications.

Abstract

A pre-government hospital is a government-owned health service institution that provides complete individual health services. When Indonesia was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Covid-19 referral government hospital (Covid-19 RGH) became the foremost institution in treating patients who were victims of Covid-19. The ineffective implementation of government policies in preventing the spread of Covid-19 and the low level of public compliance have resulted in the number of Covid-19 cases continuing to increase and the number of victims requiring hospital treatment has also increased. This condition has an impact on the increasing number of medical records of Covid-19 patients (Covid-19 PMR) that must be managed by the Covid-19 RGH. In the midst of public concern about the Covid-19 pandemic, there is also concern over the potential misuse of the Covid-19 PMR as data/privacy information for hospital patients. This research on the Accessibility of the Covid-19 PMR at Government Hospitals in Archival Perspective aims to examine the accessibility of the Covid-19 PMR as a confidentialrecords. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods sourced from the literature (document research). The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the security classification system and records access as a guide to records access with the protection of the Covid-19 RMP at the Covid-19 RGH.
