Abstract

Sistem informasi penjualan online adalah platform berbasis teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengelola dan memproses transaksi penjualan melalui internet. Sistem ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menjual produk atau layanan secara daring, mengelola pesanan pelanggan, serta memantau stok dan pengiriman barang secara efisien. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang efisien dan efektif dalam mendukung proses penjualan produk atau layanan melalui platform daring yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan transaksi, mulai dari pemrosesan pesanan, pembayaran, hingga pengiriman barang, dengan mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi penjualan online berbasis website ini menunjukkan terciptanya sebuah platform yang efisien dan user-friendly, yang memungkinkan proses transaksi jual beli secara daring berjalan dengan lancar dan aman. Website yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur-fitur utama yang mencakup manajemen produk, pemesanan, pembayaran, serta pelacakan pengiriman barang yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pengelolaan inventaris secara otomatis. Penggunaan desain antarmuka yang sederhana namun menarik memudahkan pelanggan dalam menavigasi situs, memilih produk, dan melakukan transaksi tanpa kesulitan. Hasil pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 25010, sistem berhasil mencapai skor sempurna 100% pada setiap karakteristik yang dievaluasi. Secara keseluruhan, sistem memenuhi seluruh standar kualitas ISO/IEC 25010 dengan sempurna, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini tidak hanya unggul dalam hal fungsionalitas, tetapi juga dalam aspek teknis dan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

Customer service is an integral part of a business that is responsible for providing service, support, and solutions to customers before, during, and after the purchase process. Selecting the best Customer Service is an important process in supporting a company's success in providing an exceptional customer experience. The main problems in assessing the best customer service are often related to subjectivity and gaps in data collection and analysis. Less clear or unstandardized assessment criteria can lead to bias, especially if the evaluation relies on the opinion of a particular individual without any supporting quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to apply the combination of EDAS method with Entropy Weighting in the selection process of the best customer service to produce an objective, transparent, and efficient scoring system by combining Entropy's ability to automatically determine the weight of criteria based on existing data, and using EDAS to evaluate and rank alternatives based on their distance from the average solution. Based on the ranking results in the best customer service alternative ranking, Andi occupies the first position with the highest score, which is 0.6017. In second place is Rina with a score of 0.5728, followed by Budi in third place with a score of 0.5053. Farhan is in fourth place with a score of 0.5. Furthermore, Siti took fifth place with a score of 0.4448, followed by Laila in sixth place with a score of 0.4172. Dewi is in seventh position with a score of 0.352, while Ahmad is in last position with the lowest score, which is 0.0928.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is a systematic process carried out by an organization to assess the contribution, ability, and achievement of individuals in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This process is not only aimed at identifying the best performers, but also to uncover potential employee development as well as areas for improvement. Employee performance evaluations often face challenges in ensuring the objectivity of the assessment, especially when relying on the subjective perception of the appraiser. Traditional methods often rely on the subjectivity of the assessor, which can result in less accurate or unfair evaluations. In addition, in organizations that have many employees with diverse backgrounds and tasks, consistent and comprehensive assessments are becoming increasingly difficult. The purpose of this study is to implement SPK based on the TOPSIS method to evaluate employee performance objectively and systematically, as well as to increase transparency and consistency in the employee performance evaluation process. The ranking results show the ranking of employee performance evaluation results based on the scores obtained by each candidate. Candidate AF ranked first with the highest score of 0.8471, followed by Candidate SR with a score of 0.7055 got second place. The third position was occupied by HA Candidate with a score of 0.4975. The results of this ranking provide an overview of each candidate's overall performance.

Abstract

A web application development platform is a framework or environment that provides tools, libraries, and features to simplify the process of creating a web-based application. Choosing a web application development platform is an important step that affects the success of an application development project. Each platform has its own advantages and disadvantages, such as scalability, ease of integration, security level, cost efficiency, and ease of use. However, without a systematic approach to evaluating and comparing these alternatives based on relevant criteria, the risk of choosing a suboptimal platform is increasing. The purpose of this research is to apply DSS in the selection of web application development platforms using the MOORA method which provides an objective and structured solution in choosing the platform that best suits the needs of web application development based on various criteria. By using the MOORA method, it is hoped that it can produce recommendations that are appropriate and acceptable to developers and stakeholders in the decision-making process. As a result of the calculation using the MOORA method, react ranks first with a final value of 0.4265, making it the best platform for web application development in this case. Angular follows in second place with a value of 0.4261, which indicates a performance that is almost on par with React. Laravel is ranked third with a value of 0.4142, followed by Django in fourth place with a value of 0.4095. Vue.js ranks fifth with a value of 0.3902, while Ruby on Rails is in last place with a value of 0.3756. The results of this ranking reflect the excellence of React in meeting the set criteria, followed by other alternatives that have strong performance in certain aspects.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers are educators who have a vital role in teaching technology-related skills and knowledge to students, with the aim of equipping them to face the digital era. One of the main problems is the use of traditional methods that are subjective or the lack of a data-driven decision support system, which can lead to biased selection results. As a result, the potential of teachers who are actually superior may not be well identified, which can have an impact on the overall quality of ICT learning. ICT teachers are often associated with the standardization of assessment criteria that are inconsistent or less objective, and the selection process often relies on personal assessments or opinions that can vary from one evaluator to another, resulting in decisions that are not always objective. The application of the SMART method in SPK to determine outstanding ICT teachers. This study uses a number of assessment criteria, such as pedagogical competence, mastery of ICT materials, innovation ability in learning, communication skills, and contribution to student achievement. The results show that the SMART method can accommodate the assessment systematically and objectively, providing the best teacher recommendations with high transparency. The ranking results show the performance of outstanding ICT teachers based on the total score obtained. Teacher E ranked first with the highest score of 0.9049, which reflects a very superior performance compared to other teachers. In second place, Teacher B got a score of 0.8096, showing a very good performance, although slightly below Teacher E. Teacher A was ranked third with a score of 0.5953, showing a fairly good performance but still far from the top two rankings.

Abstract

Choosing an e-commerce application is an important process for businesses to ensure that the chosen platform can optimally support their operational needs and marketing strategies. Choosing the right e-commerce app will help businesses improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and increase customer satisfaction, all of which contribute to long-term success. The main issues in the selection of e-commerce applications are often related to the suitability of features, cost, and system integration. The combination of the VIKOR and Rank Sum methods in MCDM can provide a more objective and comprehensive solution. The Rank Sum method is used to give weight to each criterion based on the existing ranking, while VIKOR helps to select the best alternative based on the evaluation of compromises between alternatives. This combination approach provides an advantage in dealing with problems involving many alternatives and complex criteria, with more detailed and fair solutions. The ranking results using the VIKOR method show that the E-Commerce Application 2 is the best alternative with a VIKOR index value of 0, which means that this application is the closest to the ideal solution and has the best performance in meeting the predetermined criteria. In second place, there is the E-Commerce Application 1 with a VIKOR index value of 0.69, which shows that although it is not as optimal as the E-Commerce 2 Application, this application is still an excellent choice based on the evaluation criteria. The E-Commerce 4 app came in third with a score of 0.934, slightly worse compared to the previous app, but still in the acceptable category.

Abstract

Choosing a travel agent is an important process for individuals or organizations in determining a travel service provider that can meet their needs with the best quality and competitive prices. Choosing a travel agent is a decision that affects the overall travel experience, whether for business or leisure. In this process, potential customers often face challenges in determining the best travel agent among the many options available. In addition, the presence of subjective reviews from other users and promotional ads that highlight certain advantages often add to the complexity of decision-making. In the face of the many options available, it is important to conduct an objective evaluation so that the decision taken is not only about cost, but also about the quality of service and the reputation of the service provider. The purpose of this study is to apply the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods in the process of selecting the best travel agent to provide recommendations for decision-makers in choosing the best travel agent based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, which integrates both weighting and analysis methods. The results of alternative ranking using a combination of ROC and GRA Agent G occupy the highest position with a value of 0.2525, showing the best performance compared to other alternatives. The second and third positions were filled by Agent A and Agent C, with values of 0.2013 and 0.1914, respectively, which also displayed significant performance.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is a number of materials or products stored by a company to support its business operations. This inventory can be in the form of raw materials, semi-finished goods, or finished goods that are ready to be sold to customers. Too much inventory can lead to high storage costs and the risk of goods becoming obsolete, while too little inventory can lead to production disruptions or lost sales opportunities. This research aims to optimize the inventory management system to achieve efficient stock control by applying the FIFO method, this research is expected to contribute to improving better inventory management, reducing losses, and supporting smarter decision-making in controlling stock of goods. The results of the test conducted using the Delone and McLean model, the Inventory Management System Optimization system with the FIFO Method obtained an excellent overall score. The 100% results for the System Quality, Usage, and Net Impact dimensions, show that this system is very effective, efficient, and has a positive impact on inventory management. However, there are areas that can be improved in Information Quality, Service Quality, and User Satisfaction, with scores of 80% each. This shows that while the tests show positive results, there is still some room for improvement in the presentation of information, technical support, and user interface to improve the overall experience.

Abstract

Effective employee onboarding is essential for the success of an organization because it can ensure that the company acquires quality human resources that are in line with the needs and culture of the company. Careful employee recruitment based on objective evaluation is key in creating a competent team and supporting the achievement of the company's goals. Problems in employee recruitment often arise due to a lack of an objective and transparent selection process, which can lead to improper selection of candidates. One of the main challenges is the presence of errors in judgment, which reduces the diversity and quality of the team formed. The purpose of the study is to combine the principles of multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT) with method based on the removal effects of criteria (MEREC) to improve the decision-making process in employee recruitment which can improve objectivity, accuracy, and efficiency in the recruitment process, as well as reduce possible errors in the assessment of candidates. The results of the employee acceptance ranking using a combination of MEREC and MAUT were obtained by Clara Wijaya occupying the first position with the highest score of 0.7606, followed by Farah Ramadhani with a score of 0.7525. The third position was filled by Andi Santoso with a score of 0.4874. These ratings provide an overview of each individual's performance or eligibility based on a specific assessment.

Abstract

Rancang bangun sistem booking online wedding organizer bertujuan untuk mempermudah pasangan pengantin dalam merencanakan pernikahan dengan menyediakan platform yang efisien dan terorganisir. Melalui sistem booking online, pasangan pengantin dapat mengakses informasi mengenai layanan yang tersedia, memilih paket yang sesuai dengan anggaran dan preferensi, serta melakukan pemesanan tanpa perlu bertatap muka langsung dengan pihak wedding organizer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem booking online wedding organizer berbasis mobile yang dapat mempermudah pasangan pengantin dalam merencanakan dan mengelola acara pernikahan mereka dengan lebih efisien. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing, aplikasi booking online wedding organizer berbasis mobile memperoleh nilai 100%, yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan. Setiap skenario pengujian, mulai dari registrasi pengguna, pencarian paket, pemesanan, pembayaran, hingga pengelolaan pemesanan oleh admin, berhasil dieksekusi tanpa kendala. Aplikasi juga mampu menangani input yang valid dan tidak valid dengan tepat, serta memberikan umpan balik yang sesuai kepada pengguna. Pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi siap untuk diluncurkan dengan performa optimal, memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lancar dan memuaskan.
