Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the digital marketing mix on consumer buying interest partially or simultaneously, and to identify the most dominant marketing mix variable on consumer buying interest in purchasing train tickets online through applications in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires at least once to users of the KAI Access application in Tulungagung Regency. The research data were tested with validation tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. With the help of SPSS 21, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. Partially, there are five variables that influence, namely price, place, people, process, and physical evidence, and two variables that have no effect, namely product and promotion. The digital marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer buying interest in the amount of 91.6%, and the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this survey. The digital marketing mix variable that is very dominant or often influences consumer buying interest is the process variable. Taken from the value of t arithmetic which has the largest value among other variables.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are the biggest pillar of the country's economy. This is in accordance with data that there are 64.2 million domestic MSME actors. However, during the pandemic, the Indonesian economy declined, including the income of MSME actors. This study aims to find out what changes have occurred during the pandemic to MSME actors. So, what are the implications of these changes? This study uses a sample of MSME actors in the Gelora Jaya field, Tritih Wetan Village. The results of this study, namely all MSME actors who were used as research samples, experienced a decrease in income of at least 50% for one year.

Abstract

This research takes the title “The Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap”, the formulation of the problem is whether Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment affect the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap? and the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. SRB Gunung Slamet Cilacap. This research method is a type of quantitative research using survey methods in obtaining the required data, namely by giving questionnaires to respondents at PT. SRB Gunung Slamet Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis and t-test (Partial Test). Results The conclusion based on the results of multiple linear regression equations obtained from the calculation of Y = 0.754 + 0.447 X1 + 0.353 X2 + 0.285 X3 is: The tcount value of the Organizational Commitment variable (X1) is greater than the ttable value (3.732 > 2.056). The tcount value of the Work Discipline variable (X2) is greater than the ttable value (2,431 > 2,056). The tcount value of the Non-Physical Work Environment (X3) variable is greater than the ttable value (2.718 > 2.056). Therefore, the three hypotheses affect the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap

Abstract

This research is entitled The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance at FE UNUGHA Cilacap. From the results of the author's observations and research, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and performance are two things that are interrelated with one another. In general, organizational culture and performance at FE UNUGHA still need improvement in various fields. Among them are the quality and effectiveness of the performance of each lecturer. Apart from that, in organizational culture, communication patterns between leaders and lecturers still need to be optimized.

Abstract

"Analysis of Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap". Problem Formulation: 1. Does compensation affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 2. Does the work environment affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 3. Does communication affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 4. Does supervision affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap. Research Objectives: 1. To analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 2. To analyze the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 3. To analyze the effect of communication on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap; 4. To analyze the effect of supervision on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap. This research is a case study using survey method. The data analysis technique uses Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, t-test. Compensation has an effect on employee job satisfaction; work environment affects employee job satisfaction; Communication has an effect on employee job satisfaction; Supervision affects the job satisfaction of employees of PT Tejo Lomanis Cilacap.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata mempunyai peranan penting dalam upaya pembangunan dan pengembangan suatu daerah. Bahkan pada beberapa daerah menunjukkan bahwa industri pariwisata mampu mendongkrak daerah tersebut dari keterbelakangan dan menjadikannya sebagai sumber pendapatan utama. Dampak dari adanya pariwisata yang menguntungkan seperti terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatnya pendapatan, dan meningkatnya keramaian. Sedangkan dampak yang merugikan seperti mahalnya harga barang-barang, rusaknya daerah sekitar dan melunturnya kebudayaan. Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) atau pengumpulan sumber-sumber yang berkaitan, yaitu penelitian yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara membaca sumber tertulis misalnya buku, kitab-kitab, jurnal-jurnal, atau yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya obyek wisata religi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan peningkatan ekonomi atau pengahasilan ini akan terasa cukup signifikan apabila ada moment-moment yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola pariwisata, dampak yang cukup signifikan lainya bagi kehidupan masyarakat sekitar makam adalah dapat terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan baru untuk warga di sekitar tempat wisata baik untuk keluarga maupun untuk orang lain.
