Abstract

The Manggisan embankment market is a traditional market where the people conduct daily buying and selling transactions. Conducting business activities does not deny the existence of fraud caused by a lack of awareness and knowledge in doing business based on Islamic business ethics. Every market player must be aware of applying business ethics values. Syari’ah business ethics is a moral reference as part of Islamic forms of Akhlaqul Karimah in muamalah. Islamic business ethics is based on monotheism, honesty, justice (balance), and kindness (ihsan). In conducting business activities, Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali emphasized always being guided by Islamic business ethics because by doing so, a Muslim doing his business will get two advantages, namely the world and the hereafter. The formulation of the problem from this study is how the behavior of the vegetable traders' ethics in the embankment Manggisan market. And how the behavior of greengrocer business ethics in the market of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali’s embankment perspective. This research is a type of (field research) using empirical juridical methods. These methods collect data using observation, interviews, and documentation of the behavior of business ethics of vegetable traders in business activities. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that, in general, the vegetable traders in the Manggisan embankment market have applied business ethics behavior in their business activities. Including starting a business by reading basmalah, not reducing scales, and not taking very much profit, even though, in reality, they do not understand that what they are doing is part of the theory of business ethics. But there are still traders who sometimes are rude to buyers due to having personal problems with their families; this is considered to have violated Islamic business ethics. One of the principles that a Muslim trader must possess is to be good so that what is done will provide benefits to others so that the business carried out does not only benefit themselves but also benefits others.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang program penanggulangan narkotika dan obat-obatan berbahaya (narkoba) di Surabaya. Kebijakan sosial ini diimplementasikan oleh Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Surabaya sepanjang tahun 2019. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di dalamnya adalah amanat dari Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 Rencana Aksi Nasional Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika dan Prekursor Narkotika (P4GN) Tahun 2018-2019. Ada banyak kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, di antaranya, sosialisasi pencegahan narkoba dan tes urine bagi para pegawai atau petugas di lingkup Pemkot Surabaya dan siswa-siswi sekolah negeri maupun swasta. Tujuan dari program ini adalah mencegah atau mengurangi penyebaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba di Surabaya, yang tergolong kota besar di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi salah satu primadona para bandar narkoba. Secara umum, selain diemban Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, tugas P4GN di Surabaya merupakan tugas kolektif seluruh instansi publik, termasuk kepolisian, Tentara Nasional Indonesia, dan Badan Narkotika Nasional Surabaya. Juga tugas segenap elemen masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana program penanggulangan narkoba ini dijalankan di masyarakat oleh Pemkot Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan melihat bagaimana implementasi kebijakan ini dilaksanakan. Pengumpulan data memakai teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pembuatan kesimpulan. Teori yang dipakai adalah dasar-dasar kebijakan publik, yang dihubungkan dengan konsep pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) dan konsep kemaslahatan umat yang digariskan ajaran Islam. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan, program penanggulangan narkoba Pemkot Surabaya memiliki kesesuaian dengan pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan dan semangat menumbuhkan kemaslahatan umat. This article discusses the narcotics and dangerous drugs countermeasures program in Surabaya. This social policy was implemented by the people's Welfare Section (Kesra) of the Surabaya City Government throughout 2019. The activities in it are mandated by Presidential Instruction (Inpres) number 6 of the 2018 National Action Plan for the Prevention and Eradication of abuse and illicit circulation of narcotics and Narcotics precursors (P4GN) in 2018-2019. Many activities have been carried out, including socialization of drug prevention and urine tests for employees or officers in the scope of the Surabaya city government and public and private school students. The purpose of this program is to prevent or reduce the spread and abuse of drugs in Surabaya, which is classified as a major city in Indonesia, so it has become one of the leading destinations for drug dealers. In general, in addition to being carried out by the Surabaya city government, the task of P4GN in Surabaya is the collective task of all public agencies, including the police, the Indonesian National Army, and the Surabaya National Narcotics Agency. Also, the study of all elements of society. This article discusses how the Drug Control program is run in the community by the Surabaya city government. The method used is descriptive qualitative by looking at how this policy is implemented—data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion making. The theory used is the basics of Public Policy, which is associated with the concept of sustainable social development of the United Nations (UN) and the concept of the benefit of the people outlined by the teachings of Islam. The results of this study indicate that the Surabaya city government's Drug Control program is sustainable social development and the spirit of growing the benefit of the people.

Abstract

Spending habits merupakan kebiasan mengeluarkan atau membelanjakan uang. Dari spending habits ini akan menimbulkan tingkat konsumsifitas yang tinggi dan berdampak buruk terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Pembelian barang yang dilakukan nelayan karena tuntutan gengsi, bukan menurut tuntutan kebutuhan yang sebenarnya, kecenderungan orang membeli barang bukan karena nilai manfaatnya tapi hanya sebuah citra berupa status sosial yang tinggi dengan memiliki barang-barang tertentu atau mengkonsumsi jasa mewah lainnya. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan berdasarkan pada: data yang muncul berwujud kata – kata dan bukan rangkaian angka. Serta dengan metode penelitian deskriptif artinya melukiskan variabel demi variabel, satu demi satu. Metode penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk: Mengumpulkan informasi aktual secara rinci yang melukiskan gejala yang ada, Mengidentifikasi masalah atau memeriksa kondisi dan praktek-praktek yang berlaku, Membuat perbandingan atauevaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Nelayan yang ada di Desa Kedungrejo masih tergolong nelayan tradisional. Alat yang dipakai oleh nelayan di Muncar masih menggunakan jaring, dimana alat tersebut merupakan alat yang ramah lingkungan. Terkait dengan spending habit, nelayan disana adalah konsumtif. Temuan penelitian ini, bahwa sebagian besar nelayan tidak memahami mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan keluarganya. Rata–rata nelayan dan keluarganya tidak memiliki tabungan. 85% dari sampel penelitian menyatakan sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, merencanakan pengalokasian keuangan dan tata cara menabung yang benar. Spending habits are the habit of spending or spending money. These spending habits will cause a high level of conductivity and adversely affect financial management. They are purchasing goods made by anglers because of the demands of prestige, not according to the demands of actual needs, the tendency of people to buy goods not because of the value of its benefits but only an image of high social status by owning certain goods or consuming other luxury services. At the same time, this type of research includes qualitative research based on: data that appears in the form of words and not a series of numbers. And descriptive research method means to describe the variable by variable, one after another. Descriptive research methods aim to: gather information in detail that describes existing symptoms, identify problems or examine conditions and applicable practices, and make comparisons or evaluations. Based on the results of the study, as follows: fishers in the village of Kedungrejo are still classified as traditional fishermen. Tools used by anglers in Muncar still use nets, where the device is environmentally friendly. Associated with spending habits, anglers there are consumptive. The findings of this study are that most fishers do not understand the mechanism of financial management of their families. The average fisherman and his family have no savings. 85% of the study sample stated that they need knowledge in financial management, financial planning allocation, and proper saving procedures.

Abstract

Paradigma lama dalam proses pembelajaran adalah pendidik mentransfer pengetahuan kepada peserta didik secara pasif. Kondisi pembelajaran yang demikian masih mendominasi proses pembelajaran pada sebagian besar lembaga pendidikan. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan keikutsertaan peserta didik secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kelompok-kelompok kecil kolaboratif. Temuan dalam penulisan ini bahwa implementasi pembelajaran Collaborative Learning  pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Ma’arif NU Tirto dan SMKN I Kedungwuni Pekalongan pada tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan menyusun Prota/Promes, Silabus dan RPP. Persiapan ini dilakukan pendidik sebelum pembelajaran dilaksanakan di dalam kelas. Tahap Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga langkah kegiatan; Pendahuluan, Inti dan Penutup. Pembagian kelompok yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pendahuluan perlu lebih memperhatikan keberagaman peserta didik, sekalipun pada kegiatan inti pelaksanaan keaktifan peserta didik tampak pada saat melakukan kolaborasi. Presentasi yang merupakan kegiatan penutup Collaborative Learning dilakukan dengan memberi masukan, usul, saran dan pendapat dari kelompok lain, kemudian pendidik menyampaikan revisi jawaban yang menyimpang dari materi yang dipelajari. Pelaksanaan evalusai sudah mengarah pada pembelajaran aktif dengan menggunakan evaluasi proses dan hasil. Peran aktif peserta didik dalam evalusi perlu dilibatkan khususnya yang terjadi di SMKN I Kedungwuni Pekalongan. The old paradigm in the learning process is that educators transfer knowledge to learners passively. Such learning conditions still dominate the learning process in most educational institutions. Overcoming these problems can be done by increasing the participation of students actively in the learning process through small collaborative groups. The findings in this paper are that the implementation of Collaborative Learning learning on Islamic education subjects at SMK MA'arif NU Tirto and SMKN I Kedungwuni Pekalongan at the preparatory stage is done by preparing Prota / Promes, syllabus, and lesson plan. Educators carry out this preparation before learning is carried out in the classroom. The implementation phase is carried out using three activity steps; introduction, core, and closing. The division of groups carried out in the preliminary activity needs to pay more attention to the diversity of students, even though the core activities of the implementation of the activeness of students appear at the time of collaboration. The presentation, which is the closing activity of Collaborative Learning, is done by giving input, suggestions, suggestions, and opinions from other groups. Educators submit revised answers that deviate from the material studied. The implementation of evaluation already leads to active learning by using the review of processes and results. The functional role of students in the assessment needs to be involved, especially in SMKN I Kedungwuni Pekalongan.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam baik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) maupun Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) dianggap lebih baik daripada SD umum karena berbagai alasan, salah satunya adalah karena anak merupakan investasi dunia akhirat. Dari pandangan dan persepsi orang tua tersebut, maka memilih memasukkan anaknya ke Madrasah maupun SDIT adalah salah satu pilihan yang tepat untuk mencetak dan membekali anak-anak sejak dini dengan bekal ilmu umum dan agama secara seimbang sejak dini. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun judul penelitian yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang reorientasi masyarakat Bondowoso dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk anak-anaknya. Faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi masyarakat Bondowoso dalam memilih MI At-Taqwa dan SD SDIT KIC Bondowoso yaitu : karena kedua lembaga tersebut mampu memberikan harapan positif kepada masyarakat terutama para orang tua dibidang keagamaan dan pengetahuan umum. Dibidang keagamaan berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter (baik moral ataupun kinerja), ubudiyahnya semakian baik dan pengetahuan agamanya meningkat. Sedangkan dibidang pengetahuan umum kedua lembaga ini mampu membuktikan kepada masyarakat kalau sekolah tersebut penuh dengan prestasi. Itulah kesan yang ditangkap masyarakat sehingga mereka tertarik menyekolahkan putra/putrinya di lemabaga ini. Islamic elementary education institutions, both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), are considered better than public elementary schools for various reasons, one of which is because children are an investment in the afterlife. From the views and perceptions of these parents, choosing to enter their children into Madrasah and SDIT is one of the right choices to print and equip children from an early age with general knowledge and religion in a balanced way from an early age. At the same time, the type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The title of the research that will be discussed in this study is about the reorientation of the Bondowoso community in choosing Islamic educational institutions for their children. The factors behind the Bondowoso community in determining MI At-Taqwa and SD SDIT KIC Bondowoso are: because both institutions can provide positive expectations to the community, especially parents in the field of religion and general knowledge. In the area of faith related to character education (both moral and performance), ubudiyahnya is getting better and increasing religious knowledge. While in the field of general knowledge, these two institutions can prove to the public that the school is full of achievements. That is the impression captured by the community so that they are interested in sending their sons/daughters to school in this institution.

Abstract

Penggunaan media elektronik perlu pengawasan dari orang tua dan guru. Seorang anak harus diarahkan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan keagamaan. Untuk menanggulangi dampat negatif dari penggunaan media elektronik, maka pendidikan aqidah akhlaq harus diajarkan dan diamalkan. Mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan agama Islam, secara substansial mata pelajaran Aqidah dan Akhlaq memiliki kontribusi dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mempraktekkan nilai-nilai keyakinan keagamaan (tauhid) dan akhlakqul karimah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tulisan ini meberikan kesimpulkan bahwa pendidikan aqidah akhlak memiliki peran yang sangat urgen dalam menanggulangi dampak negatif penggunaan media elektronik pada siswa MTs. Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember . The use of electronic media needs supervision from parents and teachers. A child should be directed to get a religious education. To overcome the negative impact of electronic media, aqidah akhlaq education must be taught and practiced. Aqidah Akhlaq subjects in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember are an integral part of Islamic religious education substantially, Aqidah and Akhlaq subjects have contributed to motivating students to practice the values of religious belief (Tawhid) and akhlakqul karimah in everyday life. This paper concludes that aqidah akhlak education has a vital role in overcoming the negative impact of the use of electronic media on MTs students Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember.

Abstract

Islamic education starting from the foundational and operational, can not be adequately solved. This condition draws attention among practitioners and managers of Islamic education to be neatly disentangled and can be found at the tip of the base. Therefore, this paper briefly aims to parse the problem through a transformative leadership approach based on social values. The significance of transformative leadership as a conceptual and transformational framework in the management of education through the roles and actions of a leader. Internalization of transformative leadership is expected to be a positive energy to influence individual social action in education. The transformative leadership is based on religious and prophetic values, just as the prophetic mission becomes the dominant force in managing Islamic education and legitimizing cultural power. Such power is the social role of the individual by inspiring, enlightening, empowering, inspiring without indoctrinating, awakening without harm, arousing without compelling, and inviting without reign, through morality in achieving the aims of the organization. Thus the portrait of transformative leadership must have the ability to influence individual actions and behavior through trait approach, behavior approach, power-influence approach, situational approach, and integrative approach.

Abstract

Dewasa ini dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan yang ber “label” Islam dihadapkan pada tuntutan masyarakat yang menghendaki agar perguruan tinggi mampu menghasilkan output yang benar-benar berkualitas tinggi. Lulusan yang dikehendaki selain menguasai ilmu pengetahuan, skill, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk kehidupan yang layak dan sejahtera, juga memiliki bekal pengetahuan agama, moral dan akhlak mulia, serta amal shaleh. Institute Zainul Hasan Genggong meupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang berkarakter kepesantrenan. secara visioneri merupakan lembaga yang berkarakter kepesantrenan. Bertekad mencetak sosok intelektual yangmemiliki kedalaman spiritual, keagungan akhlak, keluasan ilmu, dan profesional. Penguasaan dimensi profan yang terwakili dengan penguasaan iptek, dan dimensi sacral yang diwakili iman dan taqwa adalah suatu yang tidak bisa ditawar lagi. Pesantren yang merupakan sub kultur dari pendidikan nasional secara budaya memiliki nilai-nilai yang kuat untuk bisa diartikulasikan melalui iklim organisasi perguruan tinggi. Oleh karenanya keberadaan pesantren menjadi partner yang ideal bagi pemerintah untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sebagai basis bagi pelaksanaan transformasi sosial melalui penyediaan sumber daya manusia yang qualified dan berakhlakul karimah yang menekankan nilai-nilai religius moderat yang mencerminkan nilai Islam rahmatan lilalamin. Today the world of education, especially education with the” label " of Islam, is faced with the demands of the community who want universities to be able to produce genuinely high-quality output. Graduates who are desired, in addition to mastering the science, skills, and skills needed for a decent and prosperous life, also have a provision of religious knowledge, morals and noble character, and righteous deeds. Institute Zainul Hasan Genggong is an institution of higher education with the nature of kepesantrenan. Visionary is an institution with the spirit of kepesantrenan. They are determined to print an intellectual figure with spiritual depth, moral grandeur, breadth of knowledge, and professionalism. The mastery of the profane dimension represented by the ability of science and technology and the sacral size represented by faith and taqwa is something that cannot be bargained for. Pesantren, a sub-culture of National Education, has strong values to be articulated through the organizational climate of higher education. Therefore, the existence of pesantren becomes an ideal partner for the government to jointly improve the quality of education as a basis for the implementation of social transformation through the provision of qualified and moral human resources that emphasize moderate religious values that reflect the value of Islam rahmatan lilalamin.

Abstract

Teori-teori dalam kepemimpinan diantaranya adalah pendekatan karakter (Trait Approaches), pendekatan perilaku (Style Approaches), pendekatan kontingensi (Contingency Approaches), teori kepemimpinan transaksional an teori kepemimpinan transformasional. Selain itu, teori kontingensi yang dikemukakan oleh Fiedler, Yukl juga mengemukakan bahwa perilaku pemimpin dapat meningkatkan kinerja kelompok karna dapat mempengaruhi variable intervening (usaha dan kerja tim) yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja kelompok. Sedangkan Teori Vroom dan Yetton mengemukakan bahwa kepuasan dan prestasi disebabkan oleh perilaku bawahan yang pada gilirannya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku atasan, karakteristik dan faktor lingkungan. Theories in leadership include character approaches (Trait Approaches), behavioral approaches (Style Approaches), contingency Approaches, transactional leadership theories, and transformational leadership theories. In addition, the contingency theory proposed by Fiedler and Yukl also suggested that the behavior of leaders can improve group performance because it can affect the intervening variables (effort and teamwork) that can affect group performance. While the theory of Vroom and Yetton suggested that satisfaction and achievement are caused by subordinate behavior, which in turn is influenced by exemplary behavior, characteristics, and environmental factors.
