Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Pondok Pesantren As-Syafaah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Bentuk data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan dan dokumen pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap menurut teori Miles, Huberman dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia analisis kualitas dan kuantitas, (2) pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui rekrutmen, program pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan pembentukan budaya pesantren; (3) evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dititikberatkan pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab. The aim is to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resource development at As-syafaah Islamic boarding school. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The form of data in this study is primary and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Data analysis is carried out in several steps according to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's theory, which are data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and validation). The results show that (1) analysis of human resource development needs quality and quantity analysis, (2) implementation of human resource development is carried out through recruitment, education, and training programs, and the formation of Islamic boarding school culture; (3) evaluation of human resource development is emphasized on changing attitudes and behaviors in carrying out roles and responsibilities.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perbedaan pandangan Clifford Geertz dan Mark R. Woodward tentang keberagamaan orang Jawa. Kedua pandangan ini menjadi rujukan bagi para intelektual yang mendalami kajian tentang agama (Islam) di masyarakat Jawa. Geertz mengkategorikan kelompok agama dalam masyarakat Jawa (Abangan, Santri, dan Priyayi) berdasarkan penelitiannya di Mojokuto (Pare, Kediri, Jawa Timur). Sementara itu, Mark R. Woodward meneliti keberagamaan orang Jawa di Yogyakarta. Woodward menganggap Yogyakarta sebagai pusat budaya masyarakat Jawa dan dianggap mampu mengkolaborasikan Islam dan budaya lokal. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Geertz menilai bahwa keberagamaan orang Jawa terkait dengan ketaatan dan ketidaktaatan. Sementara itu, Woodward melihat keberagamanan ini sebagai salah satu bentuk tafsir terhadap Islam oleh masyarakat Jawa.. This article examines the different views of Clifford Geertz and Mark R. Woodward about Javanese religiousness. Both of their studies, even today, have become references for intellectuals who study religion (Islam) in Javanese society. Geertz categorized the religious groups in Javanese culture (Abangan, Santri, and Priyayi). Geertz's (the 1950s) view have based on his research in Modjokuto (Pare, Kediri, East Java). Meanwhile, Mark R. Woodward researched Javanese religiousness in Yogyakarta (the 1980s). Woodward observed Yogyakarta as the cultural center of Javanese society. It is considered capable of collaborating between Islam and local culture. The article concludes that Geertz assessed that Javanese religiousness was related to religious obedience and disobedience. Meanwhile, Woodward sees this diversity as a type of interpretation of Islam by the Javanese community.

Abstract

Peningkatan usia harapan hidup penduduk menyebabkan jumlah penduduk lanjut usia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Lansia adalah individu yang mengalami proses penuaan sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit. Berbagai kondisi pada masa lanjut usia khususnya  status gizi  mungkin menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan kesehatan mental. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah  lansia yang tinggal panti werdha UPT. Tresna Werdha Jember. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling.  Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  metode observasi,  dokumentasi dan  angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat,  bivariat dan multivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat simpulkan : (1). Tidak ditemukan kaitan status gizi dan  tingkat depresi. Artinya status gizi lansia tidak  berpengaruh  terhadap tingkat depresi pada lansia atau sebaliknya (2) Hasil uji statistik menggunakan regresi logistic berganda  menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden (jenis kelamin, umur, agama,  status pernikahan,  status gizi) tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat depresi, namun terdapat dua karakteristik yang berpengaruh pada tingkat  depresi pada lansia yaitu pendidikan dan kepemilikan penyakit. Kesimpulannya, tidak ada kaitan status gizi dan  tingkat depresi. The increase in life expectancy of the population causes the number of older adults to continue to increase from year to year. Elderly individuals experience an aging process, so they are susceptible to disease. Various conditions in old age, especially nutritional status, may be associated with mental health. The research approach used is quantitative, with a cross-sectional design. The study population is the elderly who live in the UPT Tresna Werdha Jember nursing home. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data collection instrument in this study used the method of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate, and multivariate using the SPSS program. The results of this study can be concluded: (1). There was no association between nutritional status and depression level. This means that the nutritional status of the elderly has no impact on the level of depression in the elderly. (2) The results of statistical tests using multiple logistic regression indicate that the characteristics of the respondent (gender, age, religion, marital status, nutritional status) do not affect the level of depression. Still, two characteristics influence the level of depression in the elderly: education and disease. The conclusion is there was no association between nutritional status and depression level.

Abstract

Sebagai tokoh yang memiliki nama besar, Abu Yusuf memiliki karya fenomenal dalam bidang pajak, yaitu kitab Al-Kharaj. Kitab yang ditulis atas permintaan Khalifah Harun Ar-Rasyid ini digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pengelolaan pajak. Sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam penerimaan negara, pajak seharusnya tidak mendzolimi masyarakat dari besaran presentasenya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah penulisan kitab Al-Kharaj  dan isi kitabnya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga untuk mengetahui konsep pajak yang ditulis Abu Yusuf dan utilitasnya dengan ekonomi saat ini.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metodologi pemikiran tokoh yang dilacak dari sikap, tulisan atau pun tanggapan pada suatu kasus fenomena yang terjadi pada masa itu. Untuk mengetahui latar belakang pemikiran Abu Yusuf tidak bisa mengesampingkan beberapa faktor yang ada, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang menjadi pemicunya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemikiran Abu Yusuf tentang pajak menjadi salah satu konsep yang dilaksanakan hingga saat ini. Konsepnya dipakai dan diaplikasikan dalam menentukan presentase penerimaan pajak oleh negara. Konsep Al-Kharaj digunakan dalam sektor penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), bea cukai. As a well-known figure, Abu Yusuf has written a phenomenal work in taxation studies, al-Kharaj. This book, written at the request of Caliph Harun ar-Rashid, is used as a guide in tax management efforts. As one of the critical sectors of state revenue, taxes should not deceive the public from their percentage. The article aims to find out the context of Al-Kharaj and its contents. Therefore, this study seeks to reveal the thoughts of Abu Yusuf and his background, which were traced through his attitudes, writings, and responses to a case that occurred at that time. In addition, the paper is also to find out the tax concept initiated by Abu Yusuf and its practice in economic conditions today. This study found that Abu Yusuf's thought about taxes is one of the concepts still used today. This concept is applied in determining the percentage of tax revenue by the state. The Al-Kharaj concept is also used in the land and building tax (PBB) and customs revenue sectors.

Abstract

Qira’ah Sab’ah jika dikaitkan dengan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, maka sangat erat kaitannya. Jadi dengan adanya maqam-maqam Qira’ah Sab’ah, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dapat dilantunkan dengan berbagai macam lagu. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan bimbingan khusus diharapkan dapat membawa peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada maqom Qiro’ah Sab’ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dikarenakan penelitian bersifat induktif, berdasarkan pembelajaran tertentu dan kemudian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran serupa. Penyampaian maqam Qiro’ah Sab’ah. Dalam pelatihan tilawah, penyampaian Qiro’ah Sab’ah dilakukan oleh pelatih tilawah melalui proses latihan rutinan tilawah. Usaha untuk mempermudah menghafal maqam Qiro’ah Sab’ah yang diajarkan sebelumnya, maka peserta mencatat dengan menggaris bawahi ayat al-Qur’an dan ditulis jenis maqam yang digunakan disamping ayat al-Qur’an tersebut, kemudian mereka juga merekam suara lantunan ayat al-Qur’an yang disampaikan oleh pelatih tilawah. Pelaksanaan olah vokal pada pelatihan olah vokal, yakni dengan dibentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil terlebih dahulu, kemudian mereka menjawab jenis dari kelompok terkait maqom yang diujikan oleh pelatih. Terkait metode demonstrasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan tilawah diawali dengan latihan melantunkan ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan berbagai macam maqom qiro’ah sab’ah baru kemudian peserta tilawah menirukan ayat al-Qur’an yang dilantunkan oleh pelatih dengan menggunakan maqom Qiro’ah Sab’ah.  Qira'ah Sab'ah, if it is related to the verses of the Al-Qur'an, is very closely related. So with the existence of maqam-maqam Qira'ah Sab'ah, the poetry of the Al-Qur'an can be sung with various kinds of songs. With special training and guidance, it is hoped that it can increase participants' understanding of maqom Qiro'ah Sab'ah. The approach is qualitative because the research is inductive, based on specific learning, and can be used in similar education. In tilawah training, the delivery of Qiro'ah Sab'ah is carried out by the recitation trainer through the process of practicing the recitation routine. To make it easier to memorize the maqam Qiro'ah Sab'ah that was taught previously, the participants took notes by underlining the verses of the Koran and writing the type of maqam used in addition to the verses of the Koran. Then they also recorded the sound of the chanting of the verse al. -The Qur'an conveyed by the recitation coach. The implementation of vocal processing in vocal training, namely by forming small groups first, then they answer the types of groups related to the maqom tested by the trainer. Regarding the demonstration method used in recitation training, it begins with the practice of chanting the verses of the Koran using various kinds of maqom qiro'ah sab'ah; then, the recitation participants mimic the verses of the Qur'an chanted by the trainer using the maqom Qiro'ah Sab'ah.

Abstract

Kajian tentang dinamika dan kiprah politik kiai selalu menarik untuk terus dikaji dari berbagai sudut pandang berbeda. Pada kontestasi Pilpres 2019, beberapa kiai NU struktural maupun non struktural di Jember terlibat aktif dalam memenangkan pasangan calon no urut 1, Jokowi dan Ma’ruf Amin. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap makna politik dalam perpsektif kiai NU Jember, serta motivasi dan bentuk keterlibatan mereka dalam kontestasi politik praktis (Pilpres 2019). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Secara operasional penggalian data dalam peneilitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan yang sudah ditetapkan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan setelah itu dianalisa melalui dua tahap, yaitu selama proses pengumpulan data di lapangan dan setelah data tersebut terkumpul dengan langkah; 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Mayoritas kiai NU Jember memaknai politik sebagai perjuangan untuk mewujudkan kemashlahatan umat. Politik juga dimaknai dengan upaya untuk menjaga aqidah umat dari faham atau ideologi yang berseberangan dengan NU. 2) Ada dua motivasi yang mendorong keterlibatan kiai NU Jember dalam politik praktis, yaitu orientasi dakwah dan orientasi ideologis. 3) Bentuk keterlibatan kiai NU dalam politik praktis (Pilpres 2019) di Kabupaten Jember dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, diantaranya memberikan dukungan melalui edaran/maklumat, konsolidasi sesama kiai dan instruksi secara langsung kepada para santri, wali santri, dewan guru/asatidz, alumni dan simpatisan pesantren. The dynamics and political work of the Kiai are always interesting to be studied from various points of view. In the 2019 presidential election contest, several structural and non-structural NU Kiai in Jember were actively involved in winning candidate pair number 1, Jokowi and Ma'ruf Amin. This research intends to reveal the political meaning from the perspective of the Kiai NU Jember, as well as their motives and forms of involvement in practical political contestation (Pilpres 2019). This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Operationally the data mining in this research was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with the informants assigned, and documentation. The data obtained after that were analyzed in two stages, namely during the data collection process in the field and after the data was collected by steps; 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusion. The results of this study indicate that 1) Most NU Jember Kiai interpret politics as a struggle to achieve the benefit of the people. Politics is also interpreted as an effort to protect the aqidah of the people from opposing ideologies or ideologies. 2) two motivations encourage the involvement of the Jember NU Kiai in practical politics, namely dakwah orientation and ideological orientation. 3) The form of involvement of NU Kiai in practical politics (2019 Presidential Election) in Jember Regency is carried out in several ways, including providing support through circulars/announcements, consolidation of fellow Kiai, and direct instruction to students, guardians of santri, a board of teachers/asatidz, alumni and pesantren sympathizers.

Abstract

Usaha budidaya ikan lele saat ini semakin variatif. sejalan dengan kemajuan zaman dan teknologi, prinsipnya cenderung menggunakan lahan seminimal mungkin agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Dalam praktiknya, ada model jual beli bibit lele yang menggunakan timbangan. Penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode observasi untuk melihat fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode analisis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan Penelitian untuk megetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele sistem timbangan dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele yang terjadi di Dusun Tawang ini jika dilihat dari segi ketauhidan sebenarnya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli. Dalam kaitannnya dengan etika bisnis islampun tidak ada pelanggaran berat. Namun dalam prosesnya masih ada kecurangan yang dilakukan pembeli yaitu menimbang dengan tidak adil. Selebihnya sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam. Catfish farming is currently increasingly varied. In line with the advancement of times and technology, the principle tends to use as little land as possible to get maximum results. In practice, there is a model for selling catfish seeds that use scales. This research uses qualitative and observational methods to see the facts in the field. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive research analysis method. The research objective was to find out how to practice selling catfish seeds with a weighing system from the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. The study's results revealed that the practice of buying and selling catfish seeds that occurred in Tawang, when viewed from the standpoint of monotheism, fulfilled the pillars and requirements of purchasing and selling. About Islamic business ethics, it is not heavy. However, in the process, buyers still commit fraud, namely weighing unfairly. The rest is by Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer is a service that provide services for organizing all the activities relating to the need in a marriage. This business appears because of the opportunities of modern life who want speed, convenience, and practicality separately troubleshooting time deficiency urban communities. This research is motivated by the many people who use the wedding organizer to hold the wedding. Therefore, this study tried to see how the service system in UD. Santoso wedding organizer is already in line with Business Ethics Islam or not. From this background, the issue to be addressed is how the service system in UD. Santoso wedding organizer as well as whether the service system implemented by UD.Santoso it conforms with the Business Ethics Islam or not. The theory used in this study is one of them according to the "Sinambela," which explains what is meant by the service and "Napitupulu." Meanwhile, to collect data through interviews and secondary data such as internet assistance and journals. The results of this study indicate that this UD has run the service system. Santoso uses the principle of honesty and openness. This means that no shift caused one of the injured parties between the service provider and tenant services. On the other hand, the service system is implemented by the UD in terms of Islamic Business Ethics. Santoso conforms to the principles of Islamic Business Ethics.

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan aset yang paling berharga dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan SDM yang bersedia ikut andil melebihi in-role pekerjaan mereka, dengan kata lain SDM tersebut menampilkan perilaku extra-role atau disebut organizational citizenship behavior. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mendorong terjadinya OCB diantaranya motivasi kerja dan Budaya Organisasi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di Bank Jatim Syariah Kantor Cabang Kediri dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu Blitar. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kuantitatif Deskriptif, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini, hasil kategorisasi variabe, seluruh variabel penelitian diperoleh kategori sedang. Hasil dari persamaan regresi Y = 0,160 + 0,436X1 + 0,501X2. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,748. Hasil dari uji parsial X1 terhadap Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (7,566 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji parsial X2 dengan Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (6,104 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,673. maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X2 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (69,653 > 3,21) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Serta, hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,760, maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. The quality of human resources is the most valuable asset in maintaining a company's survival. Therefore, HR is needed and willing to take part beyond their in-role work; in other words, these HR display extra-role behavior or are called organizational citizenship behavior. Several factors encourage OCB, including work motivation and organizational culture. The problem in this study is whether work motivation and organizational culture affect employees' organizational citizenship behavior in Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch Office and Blitar Sub-Branch Office. The population and research sample amounted to 47 people. The method used is descriptive quantitative, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient determination. From the variable categorization, all of the research variables were obtained in the moderate category. Results of regression equation Y = 0.160 + 0.436X1 + 0.501X2. The result of the correlation coefficient test of Work Motivation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 0.748. The result of the partial test, work motivation against organizational citizenship behavior, shows that tcount> ttable (7.566> 2.013) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05, then there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the partial test, organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior, show tcount> ttable (6.104> 2.013) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05. As a result, the correlation coefficient test of organizational culture to organizational citizenship behavior is 0.673. then there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. The simultaneous test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (69.653> 3.21) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05. And The result of coefficient determination shows a value of 0.760, then concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable.

Abstract

Tranformasi atau merubah bentuk Perguruan  Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) dari Sekolah Tinggi ke  Institut atau dari Institut ke Universitas bukan merupakan pekerjaan yang mudah. Apalagi yang dirubah bentuknya adalah Perguruan  Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN). 8 (delapan) STAIN bersiap alih status menjadi IAIN, dan 9 (sembilan) IAIN menjadi UIN, termasuk di dalamnya IAIN Jember menjadi Universitas Islam Negeri KH. Achmad Shidiq (UIN Khas) Jember. Naskah  ini mengulas tentang peran alumni (Khususnya Alumni  S3 IAIN Jember) pada proses tranformasi status dari Insitut menjadi Universitas. Penelitian  ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis bagaimana proses tranformasi IAIN Jember  menjadi UIN Khas Jember sebagai  wujud local wisdom (kearifan lokal), (2) untuk mengetahui  peran almuni UIN Khas Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan   diskriptif kualititatif, yaitu penelitian engan memahami fenomena secara holistik secara alamiah. Sumber penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang berbasis kajian teoritis, referensi serta literatur ilmiah lainnyaHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Nilai local wisdom dalam proses tranformasi IAIN Jember  menjadi UIN Khas Jember, meliputi:  penghargaan sejarah, penegasan faham keagamaan, dan penegasan azas bagi UIN Khas Jember. (2) Peran almuni UIN Khas  Jember sebagai katalisator, kontributor, public opinion, dan mover networking bagi pengembangan dan kemajuan UIN Khas Jember. The organizational transformation of Islamic universities and colleges is not an easy task. Moreover, the change is under the state's authority, namely the National Islamic Religious College ("State Islamic Religious College/PTKIN). Eight State Islamic colleges (STAIN) are preparing to become State Islamic Institute (IAIN), and nine IAIN become State Islamic University (UIN), including IAIN Jember to become UIN KH. Achmad Shidiq (UIN KHAS) Jember. This manuscript discusses the role of graduates (especially S-3 graduates of IAIN Jember) in the organizational transformation process from the State Islamic Institute to the State Islamic University. This study aims to: (1) analyze how the process of transforming IAIN Jember into UIN KHAS Jember is included in local wisdom; and (2) to find out the progress of the graduates of UIN Khas Jember. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to understand the phenomenon holistically naturally. This method is library research based on theoretical studies, references, and other scientific literature. The results of this study are: (1) The value of local wisdom in the organizational transformation process of IAIN Jember into UIN KHAS Jember is historical appreciation, affirmation of religious ideology, and affirmation of principles for UIN KHAS Jember. (2) The graduates of UIN KHAS Jember act as catalysts, contributors, public opinion makers, and movers of networking for the development of UIN KHAS Jember.
