Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin menguji dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja (X) dan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana populasinya adalah sebagian karyawan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Bangkalan dan  dalam  penelitian  ini sejumlah 32 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik sampling yang tidak memberikan peluang bagi seluruh anggota populasi dimana penetuan sampel pada sebagian anggota populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik melalui uji T, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan regresi linier sederhana.     Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (2.063 ? 1,694) dan nilai  signifikan lebih  kecil dari 0.05  (0.0478  ?  0.05). Sedangkan   hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.124 ini berati kontribusi variabel independen (kepuasan kerja) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 1,24%  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98.76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. This study examines the influence of job satisfaction (X) on the performance of employees (Y) at Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study was 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a statistical test through T-test, coefficient of determination (R2), and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T-test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than the t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.124 means that the contribution of the independent variable (job satisfaction) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 1.24%, while other variables outside the research model influence the remaining 98.76%.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VI  pada pembelajaran Matematika materi konsep lingkaran. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan hasil belajar Matematika masih rendah salah satunya adalah masih kurangnya penggunaan bahan ajar yang menarik dan menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas bahan ajar Matematika e-modul interaktif berbasis android untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep lingkaran kelas VI Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Demak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan tes tetulis. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan purpose sampling. Analisis data meliputi deskripsi data, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian adalah bahan ajar Matematika  e-modul interaktif berbasis android cukup efektif  untuk  meningkatkan pemahaman konsep lingkaran kelas VI  tentang konsep lingkaran  dengan nilai t-hitung 30,926  sedangkan t-tabel sebesar 1,9765   maka t-hitung >  t-tabel atau 30.926   >  1,9765. The background of the problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of sixth-grade students in learning mathematics Circle concept material. The factors that cause the learning outcomes of Mathematics are still low one of them is the lack of use of interesting teaching materials that support the learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of android-based Interactive E-module mathematics teaching materials to improve understanding of the concept of the circle in the sixth grade of Elementary School in the Demak District. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, and written test. Research instruments in the form of tests. This study was conducted with the purpose of sampling. Data analysis includes data description, prerequisite analysis test, and hypothesis test using a t-test. The results of the survey are teaching materials mathematics Interactive E-module based on android is quite effective to improve the understanding of the concept of the circle of Class VI on the concept of a circle with a value of t-count of 30.926 while the t-table of 1.9765 then t-count > t-table or 30,926 > 1.9765.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode reward dan punishment dalam peningkatan kosa kata bahasa Inggris serta menggali informasi mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan metode reward dan punishment. Metode penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati bahwa penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Inggris peserta didik meningkat. Selain itu tingkat keyakinan dan kepuasan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran semakin baik. Praktik pemberian reward dan punishment disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Reward berupa hadiah kerajinan tangan, pujian, dan nilai. Sedangkan punishment berupa pengulangan materi dan tidak mendapatkan hadiah. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah menumbuhkan rasa kompetitif dan memotivasi belajar secara maksimal. Sedangkan kekurangan dari metode ini berupa biaya yang harus disiapkan untuk memberikan hadiah serta terfokuskan pada siswa yang aktif saja, sebaliknya menjadi beban bagi siswa yang malas dan memiliki mental yang lemah. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the reward and punishment method in increasing English vocabulary and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the reward and punishment method. The research method in this study is descriptive. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out data collection techniques. The results of this study found that mastery of English vocabulary increased. In addition, the level of confidence and student satisfaction in the learning process is improving. The practice of giving rewards and punishments is adjusted to the needs of students. Tips are in the form of handicraft gifts, praise, and grades. At the same time, discipline is in the form of repetition of material and not getting a prize. The advantage of this method is that it fosters a sense of competitiveness and motivates maximum learning. While the drawbacks of this method are in the form of costs that must be prepared for gifts and focus on only active students, on the contrary, it becomes a burden for lazy students with a weak mentality.

Abstract

Manusia adalah makluk sosial yang tidak mungkin bisa hidup tanpa bantuan orang lain. Karena itu, ia hidup bermasyarakat dan mengembangkan kebudayaan serta peradaban untuku kepentingan bersama. Maka pernikahan merupakan jalan dalam bersosialisasi dengan manusia lainnya. Akan tetapi jika pernikahan dihadapkan pada masalah perbedaan terutama perbedaan agama maka hal ini menjadi rumit untuk menjalankan roda kehidupan kedepan. Sebab, jika sudah memiliki anak maka hal ini dapat menimbulkan kegoncangan pada diri anak. Ia akan ragu untuk memilih antara agama ayah atau ibunya. Islam sangat jelas sekali dalam mengatur hal ini. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini, bermaksud untuk mengungkap hasil dari pada pernikahan beda agama tersebut, yaitu dampak Pernikahan antar agama bagi kelangsungan pendidikan anak desa Wonorejo Kabupaten Situbondo. Dari studi penelitian yang ada terungkap bahwa Pernikahan antar agama bagaimanapun tetap merugikan, terlebih bila dipandang dari sudut pedagogis, sebab secara tidak langsung berarti sudah mempersiapkan lingkungan yang kurang baik bagi kedua belah pihak (pasangan dan keluarganya masing-masing) serta bagi kelangsungan pendidikan anak-anaknya. Social creatures are humans who cannot possibly live without the help of others. Therefore, he lives in society and develops culture and civilization for the common good. So marriage is a way of socializing with other humans. However, if marriage is faced with the problem of differences, especially religious differences, it becomes complicated to run the wheel of life in the future. Because if you already have children, this can cause shock in the child. He will hesitate to choose between the religion of his father or mother. Islam is prominent in regulating this. This descriptive qualitative research intends to reveal the results of interfaith marriage, namely the impact of interreligious marriage on the continuity of education for the children of Wonorejo village, Situbondo City. From existing research studies, it is revealed that interfaith marriages are still detrimental, especially when viewed from a pedagogical point of view, because it indirectly means that they have prepared an unfavorable environment for both parties (spouse and their respective families) as well as for the continuity of children's education—his son.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pembelajaran Fikih menggunakan metode demonstrasi sebagai alternatif pengajaran dimasa pandemi Covid-­19. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini berdasarkan pada Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai wujud dari program kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik dari rumah (KKN DR) IAIN Kediri yang dilakukan secara virtual dan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Bentuk kegiatan ini bermacam­-macam diantaranya adalah kampanye media sosial dan pengajaran. Kampanye media sosial digunakan sebagai bentuk edukasi masyarakat tentang Covid-19 sedangkan pengajaran merupakan bentuk nyata kepedulian tentang pendidikan di masa pandemi. Kegiatan penerapan pembelajaran pada materi Fikih menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Ngronggo kepada anak-anak TPQ al-Hikmah ang bertujuan memberikan alternatif di masa pembelajaran agama di masa pandemi. Hasil dari pengabdian tersebut menunjukkan respon positif, dimana anak-anak dapat menerima pembelajaran Fikih dan mendemonstrasikan agar dapat membantu mereka untuk belajar pendidikan agama Islam dengan lebih mudah dan bermakna. This community service aims to introduce Fiqh learning using the demonstration method as alternative teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service is based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This community service is a manifestation of the Thematic Real Work Lecture from home (KKN DR) IAIN Kediri program, which is carried out virtually and considers the applicable health protocols. These activities take various forms, including social media campaigns and teaching. Social media campaigns are used as a form of public education about Covid-19, while teaching is a natural form of concern about education during the pandemic. Implementing learning on Fiqh material using the demonstration method was carried out in Ngronggo Village for TPQ al-Hikmah children to provide an alternative to religious understanding during the pandemic. The results of this service show a positive response, where children can receive Fiqh learning and demonstrate so that it can help them to learn Islamic religious education more efficiently and meaningfully.

Abstract

Good Arabic learning cannot be separated from the method applied. The curriculum used at MAUDU has already applied K-13, but in fact many some teachers use the classical model. Therefore, a teaching model is necessary that can bring students not only able to answer questions, but also can understand the lessons much better. They can apply the material in their daily lives, analyze and evaluate what has/have been done. This model is known as HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). This study tries to explain the HOTS system and its relation to Arabic literacy and to innovate the development of HOTS-based materials towards innovative learning. In this study, a descriptive approach, an analytical approach, and a critical approach were used. The results achieved in this study are the innovation of developing HOTS-based Arabic learning which includes several stages, they are basic competency analysis (KD), indicator analysis, student characteristics analysis, formulating learning objectives, material analysis, developing strategies, and learning activities, developing learning tools, developing assessments, linking the principles of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills), and Revising all aspects and steps of learning development. Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang baik tidak terlepas dari metode yang digunakan. Kurukulum pembelajaran yang digunakan di MAUDU sudah menggunakan K-13, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya banyak yang menggunakan model klasik. Karena itu diperlukan model pengajaran yang dapat membawa siswa tidak hanya sekedar dapat menjawab pertanyaan, tetapi siswa dapat memahami dengan lebih baik, menerapkan materi dalam kesehariannnya, juga dapat menganalisis dan mengevaluasi apa yang telah dikerjakan. Model tersebut dikenal dengan HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan system HOTS dan kaitannya dengan literasi Bahasa Arab dan membuat inovasi pengembangan materi berbasis HOTS menuju pembelajaran yang inovatif. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan deskriptif, pendekatan analisis, dan pendekatan kritis. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Inovasi pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis HOTS yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kompetensi dasar (KD), analisis indikator, analisis karakteristik peserta didik, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, analisis materi, mengembangkan strategi, dan kegiatan pembelajaran, mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, mengembangkan penilaian, mengkaitkan prinsip HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills), dan Merevisi semua aspek dan langkah pengembangan pembelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusung judul tentang “Peran Guru dalam Pendidikan Karakter Anak pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Kampungbaru, Tanjunganom, Nganjuk”. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni dapat mengembangkan serta menanamkan pendidikan karakter kepada anak yakng saat ini semakin hari semakin memudar karena terkikis oleh peradapan zaman yang samakin maju. Penanaman pendidikan karakter kepada anak diharapkan untuk dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai yang positif dan dapat membentuk kepribadian anak menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwasanya perilaku atau tindakan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang akan menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbel “Smart House”memberikan hasil yang baik untuk membentuk kepribadian anak secara permanen. This research carries the title “The Role of Teachers in Children's Character Education During the Pandemic Covid-19 in the Village Kampungbaru, Tanjunganom, Nagnjuk”. This study aims to develop and instill character education in children who are currently fading due to being eroded by an increasingly advanced civilization. Investing character education in children is expected to be able to develop positive values ​​and can shape the child's personality for the better. This study uses a qualitative approach with research methods Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). In the implementation of this research, it was found that behavior or actions that are carried out continuously and are carried out repeatedly will produce good results. Tutors carry out character education. “Smart House” give good results to shape the child's personality permanently.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan pada anak dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana upaya pencegahan serta implementasinya berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dikarenakan faktor ketidaksiapan orangtua dalam situasi ini, faktor krisis ekonomi, serta dikarenakan faktor pendidikan yang dilakukan di rumah. Dan tulisan ini juga memberikan solusi pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan cara kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan peneliti di Desa Brengkok. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to prevent and implement it based on law number 35 of 2014. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the type of field research that uses an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study found that the factors that caused violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic were due to the unpreparedness of parents in this situation, the economic crisis, and the education factor carried out at home. And this article also provides a solution to prevent violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic using socialization activities carried out by researchers in Brengkok Village.

Selain itu banyak lembaga keuangan yang juga terkena dampak dari pandemi covid-19 salah satunya adalah lembaga asuransi syariah. Lembaga asuransi syariah di kota Kediri yang terdampak dari pandemic ini adalah PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Branch Kediri. Dimasa pandemi covid-19 keluhan yang diterima PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Branch  Kediri meningkat dari tahun 2018 dan 2019 terhitung sebanyak 30% nasabah melakukan keluhan, yang di dominasi oleh keluhan mengenai kesulitan pembayaran premi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Strategi customer service PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Branch  Kediri dalam menghadapi keluhan nasabah sebelum dan selama masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang digunakan adalah (1) permohonan maaf; (2) empati; (3) kecepatan dalam penanganan keluhan; (4) kewajaran atau keadilan dalam memecahkan masalah dan keluhan (5) memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen untuk menghubungi perusahaan; (6) adanya sistem jemput bola saat nasabah tidak bisa datang ke kantor karena pandemi covid-19; (7) penggunaan media digital untuk sistem pembayaran premi dan pengajuan klaim; (8) restrukturisasi guna pembayaran premi.   Indonesian people are currently facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Conditions have a significant impact on people's lives and the economy. In addition, many financial institutions are also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is sharia insurance institutions. The sharia insurance institution in the city of Kediri affected by this pandemic is PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri branch. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the complaints were received by PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri branch increased from 2018 and 2019, accounting for 30% of customers making a complaint, which was dominated by complaints about difficulties in paying premiums. This study aims to determine: The customer service strategy of PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri branch deals with customer complaints before and during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the strategies used were (1) apology; (2) empathy; (3) speed in handling complaints; (4) fairness or fairness in solving problems and complaints (5) making it easy for consumers to contact the company; (6) the existence of a ball pick-up system when customers cannot come to the office due to the covid-19 pandemic; (7) use of digital media for premium payment systems and claim submissions; (8) restructuring for premium payment.

Abstract

This research entitled “Examining Students’ Awareness and Behavior in Dealing with Virtual Learning Environment” intended to investigate the students’ awareness and behavior in dealing with the virtual learning environment. This research answered two questions; what is the students’ awareness of the virtual learning environment, and what is the students’ behavior in dealing with the virtual learning environment. This is survey research. The data was collected through a set of questionnaires spread through Google form using the link through the WhatsApp group. One hundred eighty-six students participated as respondents. The data of the responses were presented in bar and pie diagrams and explained descriptively to comprehensively reveal the students' awareness and behavior. The result said that related to the language and instruction of the lecturer in online learning; it seems that most students do not understand. More than half (58%) of the respondents neither agree nor disagree. Yet, 62% of the respondents agree that sharing applications (Google Classroom/WhatsApp Group), Virtual online learning (Zoom/Skype/Google meet), and Streaming audio (pre- recorder lecture) are valuable tools for learning online classes. Then about the online platform used in virtual learning, 49.5% agreed that Google Classroom or WhatsApp Group are more chosen than Zoom/Skype/Google meet. For all categories, the highest response is about internet connection. Most of the students agreed that internet connection is a problem. It reached 63.8%. About accessing the material, the highest response said that they had time to access the material and knew how to access it. While about the students’ behavior, many agreed that virtual/online learning can improcouldtheir confidence and self-discipline. But here, the percentage is not more than fifty. It is only 42.7% and 42.2%. Then, 45.9% of them neither agreed nor disagreed about online learning being more enjoyable, followed by disagreement in 27%. In the statement about easiness in interactions with classmates and lecturers, the highest percentage is disputed; it reached 38.9% and was followed by neither agree nor disagree. It means having interaction with lecturers and friends online is not as easy as in offline meetings.
