Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image variables, product variety and price fairness on purchasing decisions at Kopi Kenangan. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the brand image t test (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product innovation (X2) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price Fairness (X3) has a partially significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Promotion (X4) has a partially significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that brand image, product innovation and price fairness simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at Kopi Kenangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the consumer behavior of generation z towards the use of food delivery services in Percut Sei Tuan District. The methodology used in this study is the quantitative method. The independent variables in this study are perceptions of convenience, perceptions of usefulness, and religiosity. While the dependent variable is consumer behavior. The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling technique, which took respondents who were generation z aged between 15-24 as many as 100 respondents. The influence of perceptions of convenience, perceptions of usefulness, and religiosity contributed 58% to consumer behavior, the remaining 42% was explained by other variables outside this study. The results of the t-test concluded that the variables of perceptions of convenience and usefulness had a positive and significant effect on the consumer behavior of generation z in the use of food delivery services, while the variable of religiosity did not have a significant effect on the consumer behavior of generation z in the use of food delivery services in Percut Sei Tuan District. Based on the ANOVA test, the f-count obtained was 46.488, which is greater than the f-table, which is (2.699), it is concluded that the perception of convenience, perception of usefulness, and religiosity have a simultaneous effect on the consumer behavior of generation z towards the use of food delivery services in Percut Sei Tuan District.

Abstract

Rules in Islam such as Amm and Kash as well as Amr and Nahi are used to understand Islamic law. Where these rules are the basis of Ushul fiqih, which discusses the methodology of determining Islamic law. This study uses a literature research method to understand how these rules are used to understand amm and kash as well as amr and nahi in Ushul fiqih. This data is collected from various written sources such as books, journals, literature and scientific publications. The rule of 'amm and kash' is used to understand the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. "Amm means general rules and kash means special rules. " Therefore, these rules help determine the laws that apply in general and specifically in Islam. For example, the rule of "amm" can be used to understand verses that are generally applicable to all Muslims, while the rule of khash can be used to understand verses that apply specifically to certain situations. Amr and Nahi are used in understanding Islamic law. Amr means command and nahi means prohibition. These rules are crucial in determining which laws to follow or avoid in Islam. For example, amr can be used to understand the command to pray, and nahi can be used to understand the prohibition of adultery. The results of this study show that the rules of "Amm, Khash, Amr, and Nahi" are very important in enforcing Islamic law. An in-depth study of these rules will help to understand the meaning of sharia statements (Al-Quran and Hadith) more accurately and comprehensively. Misunderstandings in interpreting sharia provisions can be fatal. Therefore, understanding these rules is an important means of avoiding misinterpretation or misleading. This study will also enrich the treasures of Islamic science, especially in the field of Ushul fiqh and Islamic Law. Understanding these rules will help Muslims gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of their religious teachings and enable them to practice them more accurately and responsibly. Therefore, this research will help Muslims to face various situations and problems in daily life more wisely.

Abstract

One of the agencies formed by the government in handling social security is PT Jamsostek which has now changed to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan consists of Old Age Security (JHT), Death Security (JK), Work Accident Security (JKK), and Pension Security (JP). In submitting a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan claim itself, you can go through the official SSO website (E-claim), the BPJSTKU Mobile application, the Antrian.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id site, and you can come in person. In principle, the method for claiming BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security via E-claim or via the BPJSTKU Mobile application is not much different. After completing the requirements and documents, applicants only need to wait for the data verification schedule to the nearest BPJSTK office. And the method for disbursing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security can also be done offline or online. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for submitting claims to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security with the ease of accessing claims, namely by using the E-claim feature and the requirements that must be submitted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in submitting claims and how to disburse BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security funds in a structured manner. The results of this study are that there is convenience provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security in serving the claim system for participants by providing an E-claim system and the mechanism is quite easy to understand and access.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Sharia economic principles in export and import trade through a qualitative approach. Sharia principles such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, and maysir, as well as fairness and transparency in transactions, are examined in the context of international trade practices. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with traders, Sharia practitioners, and financial experts. The results show that despite challenges such as riba-free financing and currency fluctuation risks, Sharia-based solutions like salam contracts, murabahah, and wa’ad methods can help overcome these obstacles. This study highlights the potential of Sharia economics in fostering more ethical and sustainable international trade. With the growing global interest in ethical trade, Sharia principles have the potential to play a significant role in the future of international commerce.

Abstract

This researcher aims to explain the management of BUMDES in Rantau Badak Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency and the management of BUMDES from an Islamic economic perspective. This researcher uses a qualitative method, data collection techniques are obtained from observation, interviews and documentation related to this research. In this study, the researcher conducted interviews with the village head, the head of BUMDES and one of the people in Rantau Badak Village. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that the types of businesses studied are two types of businesses, namely drinking water depots and tent rentals. Both types of businesses are managed by BUMDES Rantau Badak Village. In the management of BUMDES, it has been able to improve the community's economy, for example by opening up employment opportunities, training community skills and expertise, but the error lies in the lack of public awareness because they do not utilize the facilities available at BUMDES. Then the management of BUMDES from an Islamic economic perspective in Rantau Badak Village has moved towards sharia, namely in the tent rental business and drinking water depot business because it is ta'awun which means helping each other and which is not sharia, namely in Brilink because it contains usury, and BUMDES has moved towards sharia

Abstract

In the background of this research problem, namely, operating costs have increased and working capital has decreased while net profit has increased, which should make high operating costs lower profits and lower working capital lower net profit. The occurrence of this phenomenon so researchers raised this issue.This study uses quantitative research methods and sampling using purposive sampling techniques with homogeneous sampling category criteria. The results of the research found from the three variables used that have an influence, namely operating profit has a significant effect on net profit with a value of 0.0000 and after being tested simultaneously operating profit also has a significant effect on net profit with a value of 0.0000 while working capital has no effect on net profit with a value of 0.1483. From the results of the study, the authors draw a conclusion that working capital does not always decrease will make net profit decrease. excess income is based on low operating profit and high working capital.

Abstract

The fashion industry is a dynamic and globally influential economic sector. As part of culture and personal expression, fashion not only meets the need for clothing but also reflects identity, social values, and societal aesthetic trends. A current trend is branded preloved fashion, often referred to as thrifting. This quantitative study uses primary data, with a sample of 86 consumers from Diviwearstore, using a purposive sampling method. Collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS(Statistical package for the social Science) version 20.

Abstract

This study aims to use financial indicators to determine the effect of regional gross domestic product on the performance of Sharia BPR in Lampung. This survey method uses a quantitative descriptive survey whether the performance of the Lampung BPR SYARIAH will be influenced by Lampung's economic growth between January 2020 to December 2021. The population and sample are all BPR SYARIAH registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and there are 11 BPR SYARIAH in the Lampung study area. So it can be said that the influence of KAP (X1) NPF (X2) ROA (X3) BOPO (X4) FDR (X5) CASH RATIO (X6) triggers the GRDP (Y). %, the remaining 1% is caused by other unavailable factors. The result of the f-test is known as the probability statistic F (0.017600). Because (0.05), it can be said that KAP, PAP, NPF, ROA, BOPO, FDR, and CASHRATIO together have a major influence on GRDP. And the partial significance test shows the value of Prob. KAP Ha1 was rejected because 0.05 < 0.0731, indicates a negative relationship, Prob value. NPF Ha2 is accepted because 0.0191 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. ROA Ha3 is accepted because 0.0681 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. BOPO Ha4 is rejected because 0.1055 < 0.05 indicates a negative relationship, Prob value. FDR Ha5 is accepted because 0.0398 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. CASHRASIO Ha6 is accepted because 0.0235 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy on customer decisions in choosing Islamic vehicle installments in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on several respondents in five major cities in Indonesia. The results showed that the level of Islamic financial literacy has a significant positive influence on customer preferences for choosing Islamic vehicle installments. Logistic regression analysis revealed that every one-point increase in the Islamic financial literacy score increases the odds of choosing Islamic vehicle installments by 4.9%. Demographic factors such as age, education, and income also have a significant influence. These findings highlight the importance of efforts to improve Islamic financial literacy as a strategy to encourage the adoption of Islamic financing products. Practical implications include the need for targeted education programs, improved product communication, and innovation in the development of competitive Islamic financing products.
