Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of income, knowledge, promotion, and gold prices on the investment decisions of bank partners in investing in gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Jambi City. The population used in this research consists of BSI partners who invest in gold in Jambi City, with a sample of 90 respondents. It can be concluded that the respondents in this study are predominantly female, totaling 63 respondents, while males amount to 27 respondents. Based on age, the majority are aged 30-39 years, with 40 respondents. In terms of education level, 70 respondents hold a bachelor's degree. Data collection techniques employed include questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all examined variables, both internal factors (income and knowledge) and external factors (promotion and gold prices), significantly influence gold investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.827 indicates that 82% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the variables studied. This research provides a broader understanding of the factors influencing gold investment decisions and suggests strategies for more effective promotion and better financial education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products among students at the Faculty Of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research result show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Brand image and Word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This thesis is intended to find out how the role of Islamic boarding schools in the development of entrepreneurship in students. As the goal is how it will affect if iwa enterpreneusrhip is applied to students. In this study, a qualitative approach method is used with a data collection method by conducting, observing, interviewing, and drawing conclusions. The results of drawing conclusions are as follows: (1) Al Inayah Islamic boarding school provides several business unit facilities as a practice for student development, although not all business units can be managed directly by students, but the entrepreneurial development carried out by the pesantren is quite ideal. Because pesantren has provided learning methods and the basics of entrepreneurship to students. (2) Students begin to be able to manage and capitalize on their own businesses, through the provision of entrepreneurship and vocational practices as a support for the Islamic spirit of entrepreneurship of students and of course under the supervision and direction of the management and the board of teachers of Islamic boarding schools. But not all pesantren business units can be used efficiently, because there are indeed several business units that specifically help students only if needed. (3) In its role, pesantren has provided balanced entrepreneurship provisions to students with pesantren backgrounds, of course, in providing knowledge about entrepreneurship, pesantren equipping religious knowledge as a guideline for Muslim entrepreneurs. In the form of pesantren training, it also holds seminars by bringing in experts or resource persons in entrepreneurship and the provision of BLK (Job Training Center) that can be participated by students.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments in Indonesia are occurring very rapidly, which has resulted in increasingly sophisticated facilities. One form of technology integration is in marketing practices using digital marketing strategies. The aim of this research is to conceptually examine digital marketing strategies through the Facebook Ads platform to increase competitiveness in the market. The type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data is primary and secondary data in the form of information from supervisors and team members, as well as theory and empirical findings from previous research obtained using literature studies. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the discussion states that digital marketing strategy is a form of marketing that emphasizes brand communication to be able to strengthen its competitiveness in the digital market and increase income significantly. Theoretically, digital marketing strategies through the social media platform Facebook Ads can not only influence brand satisfaction, but can also lead to increased brand trust and brand loyalty.

Abstract

TikTok Affiliate is a sales method by promoting a brand's product and then receiving a commission on the sales generated. The purpose of this research is to find out how to market fashion products using TikTok Affiliate. The findings of this study are expected to provide an insight into marketing strategies using TikTok Affiliate. The results of this survey are likely to have practical implications that will help marketing practitioners develop effective strategies to address the challenges in digital marketing, with the ultimate goal of increasing purchases of fashion products.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which the quality of village financial reports can be influenced by human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data collection, namely a questionnaire. The population in this study was 160. The sampling techniques used purposive sampling, so that 100 people were used. The data analysis techniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems partially influenced the quality of village financial reports.

Abstract

Melotot Geprek Chicken Shop which is located at Jl. Sk Syahbudin, Ruko Puri Mayang, Mayang Mangurai, Jambi city. This Geprek Chicken Shop not only provides Geprek Chicken, but also provides toppings such as omelettes, liver gizzards, quail eggs, tofu-tempeh, perkedel, fried petai and others. The phenomenon or event that can be felt directly by researchers is, the Geprek Melotot Chicken Shop with a simple and not luxurious building design, ordinary service, and product sales that only use a word of mouth strategy, resulting in a lack of turnover as expected and what has been achieved. planned. So the aim of this research is to find out what marketing strategies are to increase sales, what obstacles are faced and what are the solutions in dealing with marketing strategies. The discussion of this research is related to the theory of increasing sales, MSMEs, Marketing Strategy, Halal Labeling, and Constraints in MSME Development. This research is a type of Qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data sources and secondary data. The subjects of the research are Shop Owners and Consumers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by Toko Ayam Geprek Melotot in increasing sales is by using the 9P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, packaging), namely product strategy, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, and packaging.

Abstract

In 2019-2023, the average profitability in the banking sub-sector has increased and decreased. This study aims to analyse the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operating Cost of Operating Income on Profitability. The research methodology used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and www.bi.go.id. The population in this study are banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 22 (twentytwo) companies. Data analysis for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22 (twenty-two) programme. The results showed that Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio had no effect on Profitability, while Non Performing Loan and Operating Cost of Operating Income had a negative effect on Profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, product quality and service variables on purchasing decisions at Kaki Empat Petshop Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The population in this study were all consumers at Kaki Empat Petshop Kediri. The sample in this study was 244 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. From the results of the research, it shows that the work experience variable (X1 The t test results of the price variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality (X2) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service (X3) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that price, product quality and service have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kaki Empat Petshop Kediri. Suggestions for Kaki Empat Petshop Kediri are to maintain things that can improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development variables (X1), competency (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -0.915 + 0.472X1 + 0.394X2 + 0.947X3 and the t test results of the variables career development, competence, job satisfaction had a partially significant effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that career development, competence, job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
