Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, organizational commitment and work supervision on the performance of Penta Medica Clinic employees. The number of samples used was 38 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out using a 5 point Likert scale questionnaire. The research objects are workload, organizational commitment, work supervision and employee performance. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Rapid business development, especially in the tourism sector today, encourages companies or organizations to optimize their resources to face competition. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work placement on employee performance at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. This research was conducted at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali which is located at Seminyak Beach, Jl. Kayu Aya, Seminyak, Kuta, Bali. The objects of research at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali are work discipline (X1), work motivation (X2), work placement (X3) and employee performance (Y). The population in this study were all employees of The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, totaling 60 employees. Sampling of this study using saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation, and work placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, this means that the more disciplined employees will improve performance.

Abstract

Spirit at work is a term used to describe the activities that are aimed to boast the productivity at work, there are some factors that play important rule such as: communication between team and team leader, compensation and safe and secure working environtment.The porpuse of this study is to find out whether or not those factors (comunication, compensation, and secure working environment) can improve significantly the spirit at work of Airport Services and Hospitality Officer at Bali I Gusti Ngurah Rai Internasional Airport. The result of the study shows that communication (X1) gives positif and significant impactto the spirit at work of the employee (Y), compensation (X2)gives positif and significant impact tothe spirit at work of the employee (Y), safe and secure working environment (X3) gives positif and significant impact to the spirit at work at the employee (Y).

Abstract

The best performance requires directed management of human resources through various kind of policies that can adjust the common interests between the employees and company. This research aims to recognize the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and work communication on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana, totaling 35 people. The sampling of this research used is the technique of samping jenuh, so that the number of samples in this research were 35 employees. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The work communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a person's perspective, both positive and negative, about their job. Job satisfaction arises when the employee feels happy because he feels that he has completed an important job and feels that his work is appreciated. Increasing job satisfaction can be seen from organizational culture, leadership style, and empowerment. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and empowerment on job satisfaction at the Bali-Penida River Basin. The population of this study were 139 employees of the Bali-Penida River Basin Center. The sample of this study was 103 respondents who were determined by the Slovin technique. Data collection was done through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Bali-Penida River Basin. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Bali-Penida River Basin Center. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Bali-Penida River Basin Center.

Abstract

There are many factors that encourage and are taken into consideration by consumers in terms of consumer buying interest which is always changing and is more likely to follow developing trends. Social media users such as Instagram, Facebook and Tokopedia are places where iPhone smartphone products are used to display their products on the internet. This research aims to determine the influence of leather products, price perceptions and social media marketing on interest in purchasing smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The population in this study is iPhone smartphone product users in Marga District, Tabanan Regency, the number of which is not known for certain. The technique used by the research in selecting the sample was nonprobability sampling, so the number of samples used was 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. Social marketing media has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a condition in which employees reflect pleasure at work. Job satisfaction of each employee is different. The more aspects of work that are in accordance with the wishes of the individual, the higher the level of satisfaction felt and if employee job satisfaction is considered, the employee will work to the best of his ability to obtain what is expected at work. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of organizational culture, working conditions, and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The research population was employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit, the sample was determined using the slovin formula and the results were 85 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, working conditions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study is 40.5%. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that can affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) is important in achieving the goals of a company with good human resources in the company, it will increase employee work productivity. Work productivity has an important role in achieving the goals of acompany. Based on the results of initial observations, the problems that exist at theHotel Fivelements Retreat Bali are violations of discipline during working hours which can be seen from the percentage of employee attendance. Lack of selection benefits, organizational commitment and work discipline. This research was conducted at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali using a population and sample of 30 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows the benefits of selection, organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali so that the better the selection of employees, organizational commitment, and work discipline of employees within the company, the higher the work productivity of employees at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali.

Abstract

Work motivation an encouragement or process that is carried out to move someone so that their behavior can be directed at real efforts so that goals can be achieved, to produce good and quality performance. Human resources are needed who have work motivation, work discipline, and a supportive work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the South Denpasar District Office The population used in this study were employees in the South Denpasar District Office. The sample payment method used is a saturated sample with a total of 41 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. This study also carried out descriptive statistical analysis and classical assumption tests which included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assumption tests and used hypothesis testing including the F test, coefficient of determination test and t test. The results showed that the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, appreciation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency. Independent variables include work discipline, rewards and work environment. The dependent variable includes employee performance. The research population is a civil servant company (PNS). The samples obtained in this study were 54 employees who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, appreciation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency.
