Abstract

PT X is a pharmaceutical company that produces Sucralfate, an important pharmaceutical product requiring an efficient production process to meet market demand. This study aims to identify and address bottlenecks in the Sucralfate production line using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Activity Mapping (PAM), and Waste Assessment Model (WAM) techniques. The Current State Map analysis reveals significant bottlenecks in the change over and documentation processes, primarily due to numerous Non-Value Added (NVA) activities. WAM identifies the primary waste as waiting, with a percentage of 26.30%, contributing to delays and increased lead time in production. To address these issues, several improvement suggestions have been formulated. For the dispensing stage, the implementation of an automated measurement system with integrated digital scales is proposed to enhance efficiency and accuracy. For the filling stage, it is recommended to replace the nozzle and add components to the hopper cap to reduce setup and repair time. The mixing process will also be optimized by adding an additional mixing tank and implementing batch campaigns to reduce waiting time between processes. Additionally, improvements to the documentation system by transitioning to a digital ERP-integrated system are proposed to accelerate QC verification and reduce waiting time. Although the Future State Map has not yet demonstrated a significant reduction in inventory or lead time, it is anticipated that the proposed improvements will significantly reduce NVA activities, leading to a positive impact on inventory reduction and increased efficiency in the Sucralfate production line at PT X.

Abstract

The issuance of certificates of sea rights is a complex legal issue because it involves aspects of agrarian law and international maritime law. In the context of agrarian law in Indonesia, the recognition of rights to sea areas does not yet have an explicit legal basis like land rights. Meanwhile, international maritime law, especially through the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), regulates state jurisdiction over waters, including the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf, but does not specifically discuss private ownership of the sea. This study uses a qualitative method with a juridical-normative approach to analyze the unclear regulations regarding sea rights in Indonesia and how international legal principles can provide direction for their development. The results of the study show that the disharmony between national law and international law creates legal uncertainty for individuals or entities claiming sea rights. In addition, the policy of issuing sea rights certificates requires a clearer legal framework so as not to conflict with the principles of sustainable marine resource management. Therefore, policy recommendations are needed to align national regulations with international standards to ensure legal certainty and protection of public interests and the marine environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Take Over in the sale and purchase of houses on credit in Home Ownership Credit, to determine the legal consequences of the implementation of Take Over Home Ownership Credit underhand, and to resolve the settlement of legal problems that occur if Take Over in the sale and purchase of houses on credit is carried out underhand. An ideal agreement that is expected to run and become a trust that will be held by each party. However, in certain conditions, it is often found that the agreement cannot run as it should, so what is done is a shortcut by transferring rights to the object of Home Ownership Credit, namely the house, which is carried out underhand by the debtor to another party before the Home Ownership Credit is paid off without the knowledge of the bank or known to the public as over credit. The implementation mechanism of Take Over Home Ownership Credit normatively does not require a very long time, simply by the customer coming to the bank bringing the requirements that have been determined by the Bank, then after the requirements are approved by the Bank, the application only takes two weeks. And the bank will process the documents before a notary and notarially with the party who will receive the Home Ownership Credit from the applicant. Based on this, the problem that will be studied is the debtor transfer process (Take Over), and what are the legal consequences of the debtor transfer carried out underhand and legal efforts to resolve the problems that arise afterwards. The research conducted is a type of normative legal research. Sources of legal materials include primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Legal materials obtained in the study were collected through literature studies. The conclusions obtained from the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out are: the agreement between the customer and the Bank, Take Over home ownership credit underhand, and the settlement of the legal consequences of buying and selling a house through Take Over underhand.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the New SIGA (Sistem Informasi Keluarga) application in Kotawaringin Timur Regency, focusing on its effectiveness in collecting, processing, and reporting family data. The evaluation framework is based on three key dimensions: input, process, and output. The findings indicate that while human resources and funding are relatively sufficient, the system's optimization is hindered by unequal training opportunities, inadequate facilities, and the absence of local policy support. The process evaluation reveals the lack of measurable annual targets and limited internet access in remote areas, which negatively affect real-time data reporting. Furthermore, monitoring and evaluation are conducted infrequently and without meaningful feedback, leading to suboptimal system performance. Although data reporting reached 95%, it still falls short of complete synchronization with field data. This research highlights the need for systemic improvements in training, infrastructure, and policy integration to enhance the functionality of New SIGA.

Abstract

Turtles are one of the living fossils whose population conditions are currently in a worrying state. Several factors that threaten the turtle population include illegal trade, water pollution, global climate change, and fishing activities. TCEC is a non-governmental institution that has a turtle rescue program as a conservation effort. TCEC has rescued turtles from various threats. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of threats, types of threatened turtles, the number of turtles rescued and the appropriate medical actions in efforts to rescue and rehabilitate turtles carried out by TCEC. Turtle rescue data was inventoried from 2015 - April 2025. Data analysis carried out included the number, types of turtles rescued and the types of threats for each year. This data can provide an overview of the background and context that are important for understanding cases of turtle rescue from various threats encountered by TCEC. The number of turtles successfully rescued by TCEC was 287. The number of turtles rescued from the threat of bycatch was 4 individuals, stranded as many as 43 individuals and from illegal trade as many as 238 individuals. Each rescued turtle will receive medical treatment appropriate to the turtle's condition from a veterinarian and after its condition has recovered, it will be released into its habitat. Illegal trade is still a very big threat to the turtle population. These results indicate that turtle conservation stakeholders must continue to run campaigns related to the eradication of turtle trade and educate the public to raise awareness to stop consuming turtles.
