Abstract

This study examines the compliance of online credit transactions, specifically the Pay Later feature, with Islamic law according to various Islamic jurists (Imam Madzhab). While many Muslims engage in business transactions, they often overlook Islamic principles, focusing on individual profits. The Pay Later system, which allows consumers to purchase items and defer payment, is scrutinized for its alignment with Islamic concepts such as Istijrar. Scholars argue that transactions where the total price is unknown until payment are impermissible. Although services like Shopee Pay Later meet several Islamic contractual criteria, they face criticism for potential riba (usury) due to additional charges. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing literature from books, journals, and Islamic texts, and concludes that while Pay Later transactions can meet Islamic requirements, their permissibility remains debated.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' characters and unlocking their potential. At the secondary level, factors influencing student achievement are of paramount concern. Academic success hinges not only on internal factors like study habits but also on external factors such as the learning environment. This study aims to assess how study habits and the learning environment impact student achievement at MTs Darul Hikmah Langkap Burneh Bangkalan. Employing a quantitative approach with regression analysis, the research encompassed all students at the school, with a randomly stratified sample of 30 participants. Analysis involved descriptive statistics and regression techniques, revealing that strong study habits significantly correlate with higher academic performance. Moreover, a conducive learning environment and positive social interactions also contribute positively to academic success. These insights are expected to inform the development of more effective educational initiatives

Abstract

Komunikasi dan hubungan baik antar anggota keluarga adalah hal yang selalu berdampingan. Sebuah keluarga yang mampu mencapai komunikasi efektif antar anggota keluarga maka akan tercipta hubungan yang baik pula antara mereka, begitu pula sebaliknya jika komunikasi tidak efektif maka akan menciptakan keretakan dalam hubungan keluarga. Komunikasi efektif dalam keluarga adalah salah satu kunci menuju keluarga yang kekal dan abadi. Tips menumbuhkan komunikasi efektif di dalam keluarga, yaitu: Meluangkan waktu; Menciptakan kesempatan untuk berkomunikasi bersama satu sama lain; Berlibur dan berkegiatan bersama; Konsistensi waktu berkumpul dan berkomunikasi bersama; Mengadakan agenda rapat keluarga; Berkomunikasi saat berada di kendaraan; dan Memberikan kasih sayang dengan pujian dan hadiah. Kegiatan konseling keluarga ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah forum diskusi terkait permasalahan dalam keluarga terkhusus dalam hal komunikasi keluarga serta menjadi pecut bagi masyarakat untuk membangun komunikasi efektif dan terbuka dalam keluarga. Alhamdulillah pada kegiatan konseling ini pada Hari Senin, 28 Oktober 2024 telah diikuti oleh 18 ummahat wali murid TK Thaybah Surabaya. Konseling dilaksanakan di Masjid Thaybah Surabaya yang berada di satu kawasan dengan TK Thaybah. Metode yang digunakan pemateri adalah metode ceramah kemudian membuka forum diskusi bersmama ummahat guna mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi dalam komunikasi keluarga. Dari kegiatan konseling ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa membangun komunikasi efektif dan terbuka dalam keluarga adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting demi terciptanya keluarga yang harmonis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penguasaan ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof merupakan keterampilan mendasar bagi santri dalam memahami teks-teks keislaman, salah satunya melalui Kitab Al-Jurumiyah yang menjadi rujukan utama dalam pembelajaran gramatikal bahasa Arab di pesantren. Namun, banyak santri yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami isi kitab tersebut secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Mojokerto, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode pembelajaran Kitab Al-Jurumiyah serta urgensinya dalam mendukung pemahaman santri terhadap ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof.Kegiatan ini melibatkan santri di Madrasah Diniyah dengan metode pelaksanaan berupa ceramah dan praktik pembelajaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh program telah terlaksana dengan baik, dan santri menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan bimbingan baca Kitab Al-Jurumiyah, sehingga program ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan pesantren. Keberhasilan program ini juga didukung oleh kolaborasi yang baik antara tim pengabdian dan santri. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menjadi sarana motivasi bagi santri dalam meningkatkan minat belajar ilmu Nahwu dan Shorof. Pengabdian ini turut mempererat hubungan silaturrahmi serta meningkatkan ketakwaan kepada Allah SWT. Program ini juga berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap struktur gramatikal bahasa Arab melalui Kitab Al-Jurumiyah.Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di pesantren. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di pesantren. Kata Kunci: kemampuan membaca, kitab kuning, kitab al-jurumiyah, santri ABSTRACT The mastery of Nahwu and Shorof is a fundamental skill for students in understanding Islamic texts, one of which is through the Al-Jurumiyah book, which serves as a primary reference in learning Arabic grammar in Islamic boarding schools. However, many students still face difficulties in reading and comprehending the content of this book systematically. Therefore, this community service program was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Mojokerto, with the aim of analyzing the implementation of the teaching methods for the Al-Jurumiyah book and its urgency in supporting students' understanding of Nahwu and Shorof. This program involved students from the Madrasah Diniyah, utilizing lecture and practice methods. The results of the community service show that the entire program was successfully implemented, and students demonstrated a high level of interest in the Al-Jurumiyah reading guidance activities, indicating that the program met the needs of the pesantren. The success of the program was also supported by good collaboration between the service team and the students. Additionally, this activity served as a means of motivating students to enhance their interest in learning Nahwu and Shorof. The program also strengthened social relationships and increased devotion to Allah SWT. Furthermore, it contributed positively to improving students' understanding of Arabic grammar through the Al-Jurumiyah book.It is hoped that this community service program can be sustained to support the improvement of learning quality in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The deterioration of the family economy is the main problem in fulfilling children's rights in the world of education, thus giving birth to a vulnerable community which results in a large number of school dropouts (ATS). In addition, as a result of weak family understanding, also supported by economic problems against the fulfillment of the child's right to education, causing loss of access in providing children's education services that affect the child's enthusiasm and ethos to learn, especially in orphans who are a vulnerable group that should receive handling and rescue efforts, because it causes the right to education and the right to children's welfare neglected so that the role and involvement of the community is needed through cooperation and partnership models. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out with a qualitative approach the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method is a sustainable empowerment method based on the assets, strengths, and potentials of the Community by looking at the aspects of capacity, associations, and existing institutions or institutions by mobilizing the capabilities of all resources, skills, and community experience as the main foothold to improve the quality of life in various aspects in Community. Community Service through this model is a solution to solving problems in society related to the fulfillment of the right to education and welfare for children which is part of the form of community involvement in helping the Government which is trying to make efforts to build social welfare and overcome economic downturns, the widespread number of children dropping out of school and cutting other social problems in the future as a result of low levels of education in vulnerable communities, this is so that social justice can be realized for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is an effort to build student character by providing students with opportunities to gain knowledge through direct experience. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Independent Curriculum in improving the environmentally caring character of students at MINU Waru 1. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can improve students' environmentally conscious character with the existence of recycling project activities and teacher strategies that are implemented can bring about changes in students' mindsets towards items that can pollute the environment, and increase students' awareness of the environment around them. The conclusion in this study, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge through direct experience so that it can improve students' environmentally conscious character.

Abstract

Choosing a life partner is an important decision in a Muslim's life and must be made with consideration of Islamic teachings. In a pesantren environment, the relationship between santri and kiai plays a crucial role in this decision-making process, where the kiai serves not only as a teacher but also as a respected spiritual figure. This study aims to explore the influence of students’ devotion to their kiai in selecting a life partner at the Pesantren Habib Sholeh bin Alawi al-Haddad in Kubu Raya. The research employs a qualitative methodology using a case study approach, involving observations and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that kiai emphasizes the importance of kafa’ah, or equality, in terms of religion, wealth, and behavior as criteria for choosing a life partner, with a strong emphasis on religious compatibility as the primary factor. Additionally, students demonstrate their devotion by following the kiai’s guidance, even when it may differ from their personal preferences. This research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of partner selection in pesantren contexts, highlighting the unique relationship between students and kiai as a foundation for family values.

Abstract

This study discusses how the role of teacher role models is applied in forming noble morals (akhlakul karimah) in students at the Al-Qur'an Darul Qur'an Walkutub Islamic Boarding School, Geger Bangkalan. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study evaluates how teachers provide examples and their influence on the formation of students' character. The findings of the study revealed that teacher role models are manifested through various aspects, such as the use of polite language, good behavior, and actions that reflect Islamic teachings. Teachers consistently apply moral values ​​in their daily interactions with students. Factors that support this success include the consistency of teacher attitudes and a supportive pesantren atmosphere. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced include the low discipline of some students and negative influences from outside the pesantren environment. As a recommendation, this study suggests ongoing teacher training, the implementation of a technology-based evaluation system, and strengthening cooperation with families and communities to maximize the process of forming students' akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the capacity of mosque zakat management through training intervention of Madrasah Amil Zakat in Gempol sub-district, Pasuruan district. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was applied in the research by involving all participants consisting of mosque takmir in all stages, from problem identification to evaluation. The results of the service showed: an increase of about 82% in the competence of takmir in preparing digital-based zakat reports, using a standardized recording system in 67% of the assisted mosques and many mosque takmir obtained amil zakat decision letters from LAZISNU as a form of legality for zakat management. The findings contribute to the development of a community-based empowerment model by validating the effectiveness of the PAR approach in the context of Sharia financial literacy and providing an implementation framework for a short training course that is applicable to local scale zakat institutions. Challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and resistance to change are critical notes for program replication in other areas.

Abstract

Humans as living beings were created by Allah SWT as complementary social beings, living in pairs in the world. As part of paired life, human beings undergo the process of marriage to continue offspring and ensure the continuity of future generations. The purpose of marriage itself is as a form of perfection of human worship in the long run. The marriage formed by a married couple aims to create a lasting and happy family, based on law and religion based on the Almighty God. The application of a marriage agreement agreed upon by a married couple aims to build a harmonious relationship and prevent future conflicts. One form of marital agreement regulated in positive law in Indonesia is regarding taklik talak. A marriage agreement that is often applied is the regulation of joint property in marriage, which is stated in Article 29 of Law Number 1 Year 1974 jo Law Number 16 Year 2019 concerning Marriage. In Islam, the arrangement for making a marriage agreement must follow the provisions stipulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law. The method used in this research is normative research.
