Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pelita Air Service. In the aviation industry, which requires high standards of safety, punctuality, and service quality, employee performance plays a crucial role in supporting organizational success. Organizational culture and work discipline are considered important factors that shape employee behavior and influence the quality of work outcomes. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT Pelita Air Service working in the Operation Control Center (OCC), Ground Operations, and Maintenance divisions, totaling 83 employees. A total sampling technique was applied, in which the entire population was used as research respondents. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. The results of this study are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the extent to which organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance at PT Pelita Air Service. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for company management in formulating effective human resource management policies to improve employee performance and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse agricultural financing in Pringgasela Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, and to analyse how financing is viewed from an Islamic perspective. This study is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants for this study were selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The data validity checking technique used by the author in this study was triangulation, and the data analysis method used was the interactive Miles and Huberman method, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that there are two types of agricultural financing carried out by farmers, namely financing with their own capital and financing using capital from middlemen or collectors (borrowing or Qardh). Financing with own capital involves having other businesses besides farming that are used as sources of income to finance farming needs, such as grain trading, rice milling, and drying businesses. Meanwhile, financing from middlemen takes the form of loans of money. Loans in the form of money provided by investors or middlemen do not incur additional charges or interest, but middlemen only reap profits when harvest time arrives because they are the ones who sell the farmers' crops, allowing them to determine the prices paid to farmers. Both types of financing are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2023–2024 period. The study employs secondary data obtained from the annual reports and financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2023–2024 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 52 companies over two years of observation, yielding a total of 104 firm-year observations. Data analysis is conducted using a quantitative approach with SPSS version 26, applying panel data regression analysis. The results indicate that the audit committee does not have a positive effect on financial performance, while the board of commissioners has a significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, managerial ownership does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Flight delays are a critical issue in the aviation industry, often directly impacting passenger experience and satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the quality of delay handling (covering aspects such as communication, responsiveness, and facility support) and the quality of compensation (compliance with regulations, timeliness, and relevance) influence the level of passenger satisfaction at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport (HLP). The research focuses on commercial flight passengers who have experienced delays at the airport as the study's respondents. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to 400 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, including partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (f-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: (1) the quality of delay handling has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction (sig. 0.000); (2) the quality of compensation has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction (sig. 0.000); (3) both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction (sig. 0.000); and (4) the coefficient of determination is 81.9%, indicating that the quality of delay handling and compensation together influence passenger satisfaction by 81.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Lampung Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of BPKAD Central Lampung Regency, with a total of 41 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. Hypothesis testing was performed using t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that communication and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, communication and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.803 indicates that 80.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by communication and job satisfaction, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Job satisfaction is identified as the most dominant variable affecting employee performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for improving employee performance in local government institutions.

Abstract

Employee performance is a strategic factor in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, yet suboptimal performance is still found at PT. Golden IB. This condition is suspected to be influenced by factors such as work motivation and employee self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was all 80 employees of PT. Golden IB, and the sampling technique used saturated sampling to sample the entire population. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Golden IB. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening employee motivation and self-efficacy as a strategic effort to improve organizational performance..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of holistic experience on patient attachment and patient loyalty among inpatients, as well as to examine the mediating role of patient attachment in the relationship between holistic experience and inpatient loyalty at Mutiara Bunda Tulang Bawang Hospital. The level of inpatient loyalty and the factors influencing it have not been empirically and systematically identified, particularly those related to holistic patient experience and patient attachment, as well as the mediating role of patient attachment. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method to examine the relationships among the variables. The research sample consists of 312 inpatients selected through purposive sampling, with data collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that holistic experience has a positive and significant effect on patient attachment and also directly enhances patient loyalty. Patient attachment is found to have a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty and serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between holistic experience and patient loyalty. Furthermore, patient attachment demonstrates a more dominant influence on patient loyalty compared to holistic experience. Therefore, hospital management should integrate holistic patient experience, including physical comfort, emotional support, and quality interactions, into service policies and healthcare staff development to strengthen patient attachment and sustainably enhance patient loyalty.

Abstract

Improving employee performance is a crucial factor in supporting the effectiveness and quality of public services, particularly at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. Optimal employee performance contributes to the achievement of organizational goals and enhances public trust in government institutions. The problem addressed in this study is the need to optimize leadership style, work environment, and work motivation management in order to improve employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. This research employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. The population consisted of 40 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, meaning all employees were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of statistical software. The results indicate that partially, leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have an effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence employee performance. Among the variables, work motivation has the most dominant effect on employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that institutional leaders enhance leadership quality, create a conducive work environment, and strengthen employee motivation to achieve sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

This research is a qualitatife descriptive study that aims to determine the role of BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera through murabahah financing in an effort to strengthen the economy of MSMEs. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study it was conclude that The role given by BMT was seen from capital and guidance. Capital plays a role in strengthening the economy of MSMEs, while the guidance given by BMT to members is not maximal because it is only seen from the monthly installments of members. Murabahah financing plays a role in strengthening the economy of MSMEs seen from the development of businesses characterized by the amount of income, profits, and labor. Also seen from welfare which is marked by the fulfillment of basic, additional, and educational needs.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of share prices of companies in the cement sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), focusing on internal and external factors during the period 2020–2024. The internal factors analysed include the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and company age (AGE), while external factors include interest rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The research method used is a quantitative approach based on secondary data sourced from the IDX, companies' annual financial reports, and statistical data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research sample includes six cement sub-sector companies determined through purposive sampling, resulting in 120 quarterly panel data observations. The assessment was conducted using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) selected from the Chow test and Hausman test, supported by classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study reveal that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Individually, CR has a positive and significant effect, while AGE has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, DER and interest rates produce an insignificant negative relationship, and GDP has a positive but insignificant effect. This study reveals that the movement of cement sub-sector stock prices can be explained by the interaction of internal and external factors, with liquidity and company age as the main determinants in conditions of overcapacity and macroeconomic uncertainty.
