Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company’s internal and macroeconomic conditions on the ratio of dividend distribution, as well as knowing the conditions of coal companies on the IDX during the decline in coal prices. The weakening of the global economy has resulted in a decline in various commodity prices, including coal prices. Various studies were conducted to determine the factors that influence the poor condition of sectoral mining indices in these weakening conditions a few years ago. The coal subsector has the largest capitalization in the mining sector. Multiple regression models are used to analyze 55 samples from 11 coal subsector companies. The research period was carried out from 2013 to 2017. The results showed that return on assets, exchange rates, world oil prices had a positive and significant partial effect on the dividend payout ratio of the coal subsector. The implications of the findings are management of coal subsector company needs to pay attention to internal and external factors so that they can distribute dividends regularly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of health assessment indicators and the financial health condition of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This research used a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used for evaluating the level of financial health referred to the Decree of The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Kep- 100/MBU/2002. The data collection technique used was documentation studies sourced from the annual report of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) from 2018 through 2020. The results showed that the development of the indicator value of return on equity, return on investment, and cash ratio decreased, while the value of collection periods, the ratio of equity to total assets, and inventory turn over increased. This study also found the fluctuated value of the current ratio and total asset turnover. The financial health assessment in 2018 and 2019 had a healthy predicate. However, in 2020, it had an unhealthy financial health assessment predicate. Therefore, the company needs to have better financial performance to achieve good financial health conditions that will finally affect all stakeholders.

Abstract

Digital literacy training for women entrepreneurs Aisyiyah at the Surakarta Residency provides a series of activities in winning business competition during the pandemic. The purpose of this training to increase digital literacy, to provide knowledge and skills about basic concepts in product planning and marketing, including pricing, product life cycle, utilization of marketing channels and integrated marketing efficiency. The methods used in this training include in-depth interviews, discussions, practicals, and interactive counseling. This training provides by creating an online store and understanding the concept and understanding of building a competitive business and marketing. It is hoped that The Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School can add insight, ideas, and business opportunities effectively and overcome the obstacles and faced in running a business during the Covid-19 pandemic and also can develop their business so that they can increase their income and welfare and be able to become a sustainable business in the future.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang terjadi saat ini berdampak pada hilangnya jutaan pekerjaan lama dan munculnya pekerjaan-pekerjaan baru. Kondisi ini menyebabkan banyak calon tenaga kerja tidak memiliki kesiapan dalam persaingan mendapatkan pekerjaan-pekerjaan baru tersebut. Ditambah lagi dengan munculnya konsep Society 5.0 yang menuntut calon tenaga kerja menguasai kecakapan creativity, critical thinking, communication dan collaboration. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah organisasi pelajar IPNU IPPNU di Kecamatan Sawangan Kabupaten Magelang. Rendahnya kesiapan para pelajar yang tergabung dalam IPNU IPPNU dalam menghadapi persaingan kerja di masa depan, ditambah dengan kurangnya pemahaman manajemen organisasi para pengurusnya, menjadi alasan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk memberikan workshop bagi anggota organisasi mitra. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai persiapan yang harus dilakukan bagi anggota mitra dalam menghadapi persasingan kerja di Era Society 5.0 serta memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen organisasi yang efektif. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode workshop yang berisi penyampaian materi yang terbagi dalam 2 sesi, yaitu materi Manajemen Organisasi (Sesi 1) dan Personal Branding  untuk meningkatkan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja di Era Society 5.0 (Sesi 2). Pemberian program ini secara umum dapat memberikan manfaat bagi organisasi mitra dengan membantu mengurangi permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu dengan bertambahnya pemahaman para pengurus organisasi mengenai manajemen organisasi yang baik serta semakin menguatnya kesiapan para peserta dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja di era Society 5.0. Improving Self Competence for Readiness to Enter the World of Work in the Era of Society 5.0 for Nahdlatul Ulama Students The Industrial Revolution 4.0 affects the loss of millions of old jobs and the emergence of new jobs. This condition causes many prospective workers to be unprepared for the competition for these new jobs. It's coupled with the emergence of Society 5.0 that requires probable workers who are experts in creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration. Partner in this community service activity is the student organization, IPNU IPPNU, based in Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. The reason for the Community Service Team to provide workshops for members of the partner is that students who are members of IPNU IPPNU have low readiness to face job competition in the future, coupled with low understanding of the managerial knowledge of the organization. The purpose of this activity are to provide an understanding of managerial knowledge of the organization effectively. It also shared insight into the preparations made to enter the world of work in the Society 5.0 era. The implementation of Community Service was carried out using the workshop method that contains materials, divided into two sessions, i.e Modern Organizational Management (Session 1) and Personal Branding to increase readiness to enter the world of work in Era Society 5.0 (Session 2). This program provide benefits to partner organizations to reduce the problems faced, i.e. by increasing the understanding of managerial knowledge regarding good organizational management and strengthening the readiness of participants in preparing to enter the world of work in the era of Society 5.0

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM pengrajin tas kulit ukir WH Bali di Denpasar Barat melalui pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Tantangan utama meliputi pemasaran tradisional, minimnya branding, dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pelatihan mencakup branding, storytelling produk, fotografi, manajemen keuangan sederhana, dan pemanfaatan marketplace. Hasilnya, pengrajin mampu menciptakan konten visual menarik, memasarkan produk melalui media sosial dan platform e-commerce, serta mengelola keuangan secara terstruktur. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat identitas budaya produk. Pendampingan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan komunitas diperlukan untuk keberlanjutan. Model ini dapat direplikasi untuk UMKM serupa di daerah lain. Kata kunci: UMKM; tas kulit ukir; branding; pemasaran digital; ekonomi kreatif. AbstractThis community service program aims to empower WH Bali, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) producing carved leather bags in West Denpasar, through needs-based training. Key challenges include traditional marketing, lack of branding, and limited digital technology adoption. The training covers branding, product storytelling, photography, basic financial management, and marketplace utilization. As a result, artisans can create engaging visual content, market products via social media and e-commerce platforms, and manage finances systematically. The program enhances business capacity, expands market reach, and strengthens the cultural identity of products. Continuous mentoring and community collaboration are essential for sustainability. Abstract

This study examines the determinants of share prices of companies in the cement sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), focusing on internal and external factors during the period 2020–2024. The internal factors analysed include the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and company age (AGE), while external factors include interest rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The research method used is a quantitative approach based on secondary data sourced from the IDX, companies' annual financial reports, and statistical data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research sample includes six cement sub-sector companies determined through purposive sampling, resulting in 120 quarterly panel data observations. The assessment was conducted using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) selected from the Chow test and Hausman test, supported by classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study reveal that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Individually, CR has a positive and significant effect, while AGE has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, DER and interest rates produce an insignificant negative relationship, and GDP has a positive but insignificant effect. This study reveals that the movement of cement sub-sector stock prices can be explained by the interaction of internal and external factors, with liquidity and company age as the main determinants in conditions of overcapacity and macroeconomic uncertainty.

Abstract

Digital transformation among Indonesia’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) still faces challenges. Out of 64 million MSMEs, only 24% have adapted to digital business practices. MSMEs can transform digitally through online sales channels using the marketplace, however, many small business owners struggle to select the most suitable e-commerce platform for their business. In many cases, platform selection is influenced by popularity or promotional exposure rather than objective evaluation. This study aims at helping MSMEs select the most suitable e-commerce platform through operational and digital readiness criteria using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP). The framework integrates two major perspectives relevant to digital adoption, namely operational perspective and digital readiness. Data were gathered from 15 business owners who have experience using the most popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Through pairwise comparison questionnaires and Saaty’s nine-point scale, evaluation criteria were examined including cost efficiency, platform functionality, ease of use, digital capability and operational support. The results indicate that cost efficiency is the most influential criterion (54.7%), followed by platform functionality (17.2%), operational support (15.4%), digital capability (9.5%) and lastly, ease of use (3.2%). The study was done to analyze four of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia namely Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Lazada. The finding helps to propose a practical framework for small businesses to evaluate e-commerce platforms and support sustainable digital transformation initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to examine financial analysis, hedonic lifestyle, and self-control on the consumer behavior of Shopee Paylater users. The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has also increased BNPL services, especially the Shopee Paylater platform, among Generation Z in Semarang City. The study used an associative quantitative approach implementing purposive sampling and online data presentation, and the data was processed using Smart PLS 3, with analysis using SEM-PLS techniques. The results showed that financial literacy and self-control had a negative and significant effect on consumer behavior, while a hedonic lifestyle had a positive and significant effect. The results prove that optimizing financial literacy and self-control skills play a significant role in reducing consumer behavior among Paylater service users.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of fundamental factors (ROA, DER, CR, PBV, EPS) and macroeconomic factors (exchange rates, interest rates) on stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024, with inflation as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data from financial statements and macroeconomic sources, the sample comprises 20 companies (100 observations). Results show that EPS and PBV have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while ROA, DER, CR, exchange rates, and interest rates are not significant. Inflation moderates the relationship between ROA and PBV with stock prices, but not for other variables. The findings indicate that profitability and market valuation are the main factors considered by investors, while inflation plays a selective role.
