Abstract

Capacity building of human resources through legal literacy understanding in Muktiwari Village aims to provide insights and comprehension in the areas of law and human rights, population administration, and protection of children and women from domestic violence. The legal education provided is expected to enhance legal literacy. The target audience for this activity is approximately 40 members of the Muktiwari Village community. The method used will be through lectures, case examples, and interactive Q&A sessions. Participants in this Community Service activity can benefit by gaining knowledge about (1) human rights as residents of Indonesia, a country governed by the rule of law, (2) the procedures and importance of handling and possessing documentation related to population administration in social and economic life, and (3) being aware of and understanding the actions to be taken by women and children experiencing domestic violence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the service quality of the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital on outpatient patient loyalty with the Social Exchange Theory proposed by Thibault and Kelley in 1959 as its theoretical foundation. In this study, the researcher employed a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The sample for this study consisted of 96 outpatient patients from the executive installation of the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital, chosen as respondents through simple random sampling. Subsequently, data analysis involved descriptive analysis and inferential statistica. The research results indicate that simultaneously, the service quality of the National Eye Center at Cicendo Eye Hospital significantly influences the loyalty of outpatient executive installation patients. Furthermore, on a partial level, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in the service quality of the National Eye Center at Cicendo Eye Hospital significantly affect the loyalty of outpatient executive installation patients

Abstract

Violence against women is something that is often heard and discussed in society. Women are often victims of discrimination, harassment and violence. Sexual harassment and violence in Indonesia is certainly not only experienced by adult women, but can also be experienced by children and adult men. Although in many cases it is more experienced by women. Of all respondents who were victims of sexual violence, almost all preferred or decided not to report the sexual violence and harassment they experienced. The cause is a psychological problem because of what happened to him, which makes him confused, embarrassed, afraid and even feels self-blame for what he experienced. This is the basis for the author to build a Chatbot and Recommendation System as a form of care and also a solution for victims of sexual violence by presenting a website "preventing and handling sexual violence". Chatbots serve as a forum for information related to sexual violence such as definitions, boundaries of sexual violence categories, complaint reporting services, and as a legal umbrella that can be used to protect themselves and criminals who commit sexual violence. The data source was obtained from the Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence. By having easily accessible legal information and official data sources, the author hopes that this can help victims to have the courage to take steps to report the acts of violence they have experienced. The recommender system provides recommendation results in the form of information on legal services and psychological consultations. Not a few victims of sexual violence certainly experience psychological problems such as feelings of confusion, shame towards other people, fear of the perpetrator, not to mention feelings of guilt that seem to blame themselves for what they have experienced. Information on psychological services is available for victims who need psychological recovery.

Abstract

The Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology is one of the Private Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia. The Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology has three faculties and fifteen study programs. To support all campus activities, this university has various types of facilities. One of the campus facilities is the availability of sexual violence handling services on campus. In the implementation of this service, there are still problems that occur, so a task force team named PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence) was formed. Over time, the current service system wants to be further developed into a better system in the future. During the research, problems were found, especially in terms of information delivery media. Based on these problems, the researcher wants to perform interaction design for the PPKS ITTP task force team website using the Design Sprint method. There are 5 stages that will be implemented. Namely Mapping, Sketching, Decide, Prototype, and Validate. This research will produce a final prototype (prototype of the result) that can be used for the development of the PPKS ITTP website. The results of the final prototype are Home-B (91.7%), Profile-B (90.8%), Module-B (91.7%), Quiz-B (92.7%) and Complaint-B (91.7%).

Abstract

This study aims to apply gamification to the LPK Adiputra Purwokerto website-based learning management system (LMS) to increase participant motivation and involvement in the learning process. Gamification is a method of using game elements to influence the behavior of LPK Adiputra Purwokerto participants to achieve learning objectives. The research method used was a case study with participants consisting of LPK Adiputra students in Purwokerto using a quasi-experimental design and divided into two groups, The control group, and The experimental group. The control group took part in learning with an LMS without gamification elements, while the experimental group took part in learning with the application of gamification to an LMS. The number of research participants was 47 participants who took the LPK Adiputra Purwokerto driving course. During the research, the experimental group had access to an LMS that implemented gamification elements such as points, levels, rewards, challenges, and a ranking system. Experiment group participants are given the freedom to compete with themselves or other participants through the scoreboard and reach a certain level of learning. The results of the data analysis will later show that the experimental group that took part in gamification learning experienced a significant increase in motivation and engagement compared to the control group. It is hoped that this research can make an important contribution to the development of technology-based education and the use of LMS as an effective tool for increasing participant motivation and engagement. This study concludes that the implementation of gamification at the website-based LMS Linsafe LPK Adiputra Purwokerto will be effective in enhancing the learning experience of participants by incorporating game elements. LPK Adiputra Purwokerto participants should tend to be more motivated and actively involved in the learning process so that later they can improve the quality and overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia Due to the large population of Indonesia, it is very high Very large. Tokopedia is an e-commerce company Currently the most popular market format in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the usability and user satisfaction of the Tokopedia application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The method involves the use of specific questions to participants and a Likert scale to measure their responses. The results show that application speed is a factor that can affect user satisfaction. The quality of information, features, and completeness of the seller and buyer pages scored high, indicating that users are satisfied with the features and services provided by the Tokopedia application. Increasing the speed of the application can increase user satisfaction, while the quality of information, features, and completeness of the seller and buyer pages are already satisfactory and the Tokopedia Website as a whole is acceptable.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the introduction of accounting records in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs/ UMKM) as knowledge in developing room and automotive rental businesses in Pasirangin Village. This research uses a field study method with observation and training techniques. After conducting research, it can be concluded that MSMEs are businesses that can encourage the economic development of society. Many methods are offered in developing MSMEs, such as digitalization. However, the results of observations in the field, turned out that to develop potential and maintain the business that has been carried out, training needs to be held to maintain the quality and quantity of production produced by MSMEs. If MSMEs players receive training to develop their capabilities adequately, the MSMEs market can be optimized as a source of community economic needs that is more practical and easier to implement, especially developing room and automotive rental businesses in Pasirangin Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Municipal Police Force performs in regulating street vendors in Biak Numfor Regency, to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Municipal Police Force in organizing street vendors at the Inpres Market, Biak City District, Biak Numfor Regency. The theory used in this study is the organizational performance theory according to Dwiyanto (2008: 50), which includes productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The research method used is qualitative research. After the data is collected, it is then reduced and presented, and then a temporary conclusion is drawn about the data related to the issues being researched and analyzed before a final conclusion is made. The performance of the Municipal Police Force in regulating Street Vendors at the Inpres Market, Biak City District, Biak Numfor Regency based on productivity, service quality, and responsiveness indicators is not optimal. Meanwhile, the accountability indicator has been running optimally as evidenced by the Municipal Police Force which has published reports related to accountability reports of the agency to the Local Government. Factors affecting the performance of the Municipal Police Force in regulating Street Vendors at the Inpres Market in Biak are internal and external factors. Internal factors include human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and budget. External factors include political interests. In addition, the lack of socialization to the street vendors regarding local regulations explaining about street vendors, and coordination with stakeholders also affect the performance of the Municipal Police Force in regulating Street Vendors at the Inpres Market in Biak.

Abstract

Digitalization has affected various aspects of human life, including the spread of religious teachings through da'wah. This research focuses on analyzing the impacts and challenges of digitalization in the context of da'wah, as well as strategies that can inspire more effective use of technology. The research method used is literature review, which relies on the search, selection, and critical evaluation of various primary data sources, such as scholarly journals, books, articles, and related scientific publications. The results of the data analysis led to findings that identified challenges in technology adoption in proselytizing, including a lack of technological knowledge, the risk of disseminating false or misleading information, as well as data integrity and information security. On the other hand, the research also outlined inspiring strategies, such as increasing dai capacity and competence to educational approaches and partnerships with government agencies to help overcome these challenges. The research aims to provide in-depth insights and a better understanding of technology integration in da'wah, strengthening the role of religious teachings in the modern technological era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and company size on tax avoidance. This research design is causality research which is used to prove the causal relationship of several variables. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 19 companies during an observation period of 5 consecutive years so that the total sample was 95. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this research are the results of the research shows that liquidity and leverage have a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, company size has no effect on tax avoidance.
