Abstract

The function of coaching teachers according to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2012 concerning Madrasa Supervisors and Islamic Religious Education Supervisors in Madrasas article 5 paragraph 3d is carried out by madrasa supervisors either directly to teachers or through the Madrasa Head. The regulation describes the coaching carried out to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. Thus, the supervisory coaching function is indispensable. The approach to writing this paper was prepared using a qualitative descriptive approach. This paper contains steps that can be taken by madrasa supervisors to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. The data source used in the preparation of this paper is based on field observations. The data obtained is then reviewed and processed. Data processing is supported by the results of literacy studies. The combination of the two data is then used as the basis for writing the paper. Development steps based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2012 include planning, implementing, and learning outcomes of learning activities in madrasas. Level of Success of the Coaching Function Coaching activities are said to be successful if they are as follows. 1) The teacher makes his own lesson plan to be used; 2) Teachers hold varied learning; 3) The teacher carries out an assessment that is in accordance with the objectives and is varied. The steps for implementing the coaching function to improve the quality of madrasa learning within the Ministry of Religion of Ciamis Regency are as follows. 1) Development of learning planning; 2) Development of the learning process; 3) Guidance on the assessment of learning outcomes Author's suggestion There is a need for further research to determine the level of success of the coaching function.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances in the field of communication have spawned many new innovations and ideas, ideas that aim to facilitate the process of human communication to be more effective. In the advancement of information technology, we can also connect with other people without any distance and time limitations. One of the innovations that facilitates the communication process is the cellular telephone or what is commonly shortened to the word handphone. The cellphones used today are very sophisticated, moreover cellphones now have various platforms such as Windows and Android. Mobile phones are usually also used as a means of connecting with other people by utilizing social media applications in the form of WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and many others. This research is a quantitative research. Sugiyono (2014) defines a descriptive method as a method used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions or generalizations. Utilizing WhatsApp as a means of discussion between supervisors and teachers of Islamic religious education can be done by first creating a WhatsApp account, then proceed with creating a WhatsApp chat group, and then using the WhatsApp chat group as a means of discussion between supervisors and teachers of Islamic religious education. whether in the form of problem-solving discussions at school or exchange of information. The use of the WhatsApp application as a means of discussion between supervisors and Islamic religious education teachers as a whole based on a questionnaire filled out by Islamic religious education teachers is effective. To facilitate the exchange of information between supervisors and teachers under their guidance, it is better to use the WhatsApp application as a means of discussion. The use of the WhatsApp application is good that it can be further developed to perfect it.

Abstract

Manners include the main part discussed in surah Al-Hujurat, how to get along with Allah, the Messenger and fellow human beings. Interaction with humans has its own difficulties, it also causes many problems. So that Allah guides people through His Messenger to organize a good and prosperous life. Through a good relationship with Allah and His Messenger we get instructions towards a happy life. Surah Al-Hujurat verses 6-8 discusses Tabayyun checking news to prove its validity, obedience to the apostle, love for faith and hatred for its opponents and obstacles, and gifts given to those who are on the straight path and achieve true love of faith. Meanwhile, Tabayyun is a solution that the Qur'an offers in an increasingly sophisticated era of information and technology.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving world, literacy has become an essential skill for individuals to navigate and succeed in various aspects of life. Literacy is not limited to reading and writing but also encompasses critical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills. Recognizing the significance of literacy, many educational institutions and organizations have initiated programs and movements to enhance the literacy capabilities of students. One such movement is the School Literacy Movement. This study aims to explore gerakan literasi sekolah and its impact on the growth of students' literacy skills.
