Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis budaya pembelian pakaian bekas (thrifting) dan kaitannya dengan pengelolaan keuangan konsumen di Surabaya. Fenomena thrift berkembang pesat terutama di kalangan generasi muda, dipengaruhi faktor ekonomi, gaya hidup, dan kesadaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada UMKM Yuna Nata Shop. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan teknik coding tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi utama konsumen dalam berbelanja thrift adalah faktor ekonomi dan gaya hidup. Konsumen berusia 18–30 tahun cenderung memilih thrift karena harga yang lebih murah, keunikan produk, serta fleksibilitas dalam mengekspresikan identitas diri. Thrifting membantu konsumen menekan pengeluaran bulanan, mengalokasikan dana untuk kebutuhan lain, serta meningkatkan kesadaran pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, kesadaran terhadap aspek lingkungan masih rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa thriftingbukan sekadar tren mode, tetapi strategi finansial generasi muda di kota besar. Temuan ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi akademisi, pelaku usaha, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam memahami budaya konsumsi dan potensi ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi teknis sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. Laporan keuangan desa berperan penting dalam mewujudkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi, namun kualitasnya sering terkendala keterbatasan pengetahuan akuntansi, penguasaan teknologi, pengalaman kerja, dan pelatihan aparatur. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan populasi 225 perangkat desa di Kecamatan Nguling. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, ditetapkan 144 responden melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan R² dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan kompetensi teknis SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan (t-hitung 10,039 > t-tabel 1,977; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai R² sebesar 0,415 mengindikasikan kompetensi teknis menjelaskan 41,5% variasi kualitas laporan, sementara 58,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Peningkatan kualitas dapat ditempuh melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan teknis berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Generation Z (Gen Z), born between approximately 1995 and 2010, is the first generation to grow up fully embedded in digital ecosystems and social media environments. In Indonesia, particularly in semi-urban areas such as Cibubur Raya, the widespread use of smartphones and app-based platforms has profoundly reshaped daily routines, consumption patterns, social interactions, and value orientations among Gen Z students. This article examines how social media use influences Gen Z lifestyles in Cibubur Raya, focusing on mobility, consumption behaviour, health-related practices, and socio-emotional life. Using a mixed-methods explanatory–descriptive approach, the study integrates a narrative review of global and Indonesian research published between 2020 and 2025, a conceptual synthesis of generational and social network theories, and the design of a school-based survey complemented by qualitative insights from teachers. Validated measurement instruments on social media use and problematic use among adolescents inform the survey framework. The findings identify four key patterns. First, high levels of social media engagement support identity formation and peer belonging but also contribute to social fatigue and problematic use for some adolescents. Second, influencer cultures significantly shape consumption, mobility, and financial behaviours, generating both opportunities and risks. Third, intensive social media use is associated with sleep disruption, sedentary lifestyles, body image concerns, and mental health symptoms, though impacts vary by context. Fourth, teachers observe a gap between students’ digital skills and their critical literacy, ethical awareness, and resilience. The study concludes by recommending integrated digital literacy, health, and well-being interventions.

Abstract

This study examines the institutional oversight of transfer pricing in Indonesia and Malaysia from the perspective of international tax law, focusing on regulatory harmonization, administrative structure, and dispute prevention mechanisms. The issue of transfer pricing has evolved beyond a technical tax matter into one of fiscal justice and national sovereignty amid globalization and the increasing complexity of multinational enterprises (MNEs). While both Indonesia and Malaysia have aligned their regulatory frameworks with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the BEPS Action Plan, their institutional capacities differ significantly. Malaysia has consolidated its transfer pricing governance through the establishment of a dedicated Transfer Pricing Division under the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM), supported by comprehensive instruments such as the Income Tax (Transfer Pricing) Rules 2012/2023, Transfer Pricing Guidelines 2017/2024, and APA and MAP Guidelines. In contrast, Indonesia’s oversight remains fragmented across multiple directorates within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), leading to inconsistent interpretations, weak coordination, and reduced administrative efficiency. This institutional fragmentation undermines legal certainty, facilitates profit shifting, and contributes to both horizontal and vertical tax inequities. The study argues for the establishment of a dedicated transfer pricing division within the DGT to strengthen institutional capacity, enhance coordination with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, and improve the utilization of risk-based audits and dispute prevention mechanisms. By adopting Malaysia’s integrated institutional model, Indonesia can align more effectively with OECD standards, promote fiscal fairness, legal certainty and reinforce national tax sovereignty within a globally interconnected economy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many industries in Bojonegoro are still not registered for business permits, still rely on simple equipment, their products are not yet optimally marketed digitally, face competition from products outside the region and large industries, and there is minimal involvement of the younger generation in traditional crafts. Therefore, government intervention is needed to assess the effectiveness of government support in increasing the competitiveness of SMEs, identify the policy strategies that have the most impact on local economic growth, and provide recommendations for more targeted government support in digitalization, access to capital, and local product branding. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of the government in supporting small and medium industries (IKM) in Bojonegoro Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, and data was collected through interviews. The respondents in this study consisted of 9 people. The study concluded that the factors affecting industrial businesses in Bojonegoro Regency include licensing, taxation, infrastructure, and labor regulations. These factors are closely related to the government's role in implementing applicable policies.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, including early childhood education. Educational digital media have become one of the learning tools widely used to support children’s learning processes in an engaging and interactive manner. Nevertheless, the use of digital media for early childhood needs to be properly directed so that it aligns with the values of Islamic education. This article aims to examine the utilization of educational digital media for early childhood from the perspective of Islamic education. The method employed is a literature review of various relevant books, journals, and scholarly articles. The findings indicate that educational digital media can have a positive impact on children’s cognitive, language, socio-emotional, and moral development when used wisely, purposefully, and in accordance with Islamic principles. Islamic education emphasizes the importance of adult supervision, the selection of content that reflects Islamic values, and the limitation of digital media usage time to ensure that children grow in a balanced manner, both physically and spiritually.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan psikologis siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan akademik dan perkembangan kepribadian. Selain dituntut akademik, siswa juga dihadapkan pada kebutuhan pemenuhan aspek spiritual sebagai sumber makna, ketenangan batin, dan kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keseimbangan tuntutan akademik dan spiritual terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 150 siswa tingkat menengah yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi skala tuntutan akademik, skala spiritualitas, dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan akademik dan spiritualitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Spiritualitas memiliki kontribusi positif yang lebih kuat dibandingkan tuntutan akademik. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya keseimbangan antara pencapaian akademik dan penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan program pendidikan yang holistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam penguatan moderasi beragama melalui pembelajaran IPAS tematik integratif di MI Nurul Fattah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 14 guru yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pembelajaran di kelas, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik yang didukung oleh triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam pembelajaran IPAS tematik integratif diimplementasikan melalui empat dimensi utama moderasi beragama, yaitu komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti-kekerasan, dan akomodasi budaya lokal. Pembelajaran IPAS dirancang secara kontekstual dengan mengaitkan materi sains dan sosial dengan pengalaman sehari-hari peserta didik, sehingga memfasilitasi internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi secara alami dan bermakna. Guru berperan penting sebagai perancang dan fasilitator pembelajaran dalam mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif dan afektif, sehingga peserta didik tidak hanya memahami moderasi secara konseptual, tetapi juga mampu merefleksikannya dalam sikap dan perilaku. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan praktik pembelajaran IPAS berbasis nilai serta memperkuat perspektif teoretis bahwa mata pelajaran umum memiliki peran strategis dalam penguatan karakter moderasi beragama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar Islam.

Abstract

Character strengthening through the integration of Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education learning that emphasizes Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is an effort to manage Islamic Religious Education learning. This effort is a response to the problems in the implementation of Islamic education, which has not yet been fully optimal in instilling Islamic values to build students’ mental health. In this study, a literature review approach was used to collect data sources from scholarly works. The research findings indicate that the concept of integrating Islamic values into Islamic Religious Education learning includes ideas, concepts, and activities related to the integration of Islamic values in the learning process within the learners themselves. The integration of Islamic values in this learning process also serves as a response to the current condition of Islamic Religious Education implementation, which in practice has not been systematically based on theories, concepts, and learning designs of character values, so that positive character transformation can be achieved. Character strengthening through the integration of Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education learning that emphasizes Higher Order Thinking Skills represents a formulation of theoretical concepts and their practical integration in Islamic Religious Education learning to build students’ mental health.

Abstract

The evaluation model for game-based learning has garnered significant attention from researchers today. Game-based assessment models are believed to offer a fresh perspective compared to the conventional assessment models dominating the field. This research aims to develop a Vocabulary and Grammar question model based on games, integrated into applications such as Wallword and Educandy. After designing these questions, another objective is to explore the extent to which the use of Wallword and Educandy influences the enhancement of students' engagement and learning motivation. This study utilizes a Research and Development (R&D) design, specifically employing the Four D approach. The Four D type of R&D consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The respondents involved in this research comprise 25 English language students from IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and 15 English Literature students from Universitas Muhammadiyah. The results showed that The research design encompasses three main components: creating a structured test framework, selecting appropriate templates for Wallword and Educandy, and developing the test items with specified difficulty levels. After implementing the game-based Vocabulary and Grammar assessment model, observations revealed high student engagement and motivation, particularly due to their enthusiasm for technology-enhanced learning through Wallword and Educandy platforms.
