Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kantor Penghubung Sumatera Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari pentingnya menciptakan kondisi kerja yang kondusif serta keterikatan karyawan yang tinggi untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 karyawan melalui teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, employee engagement juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja dan memperkuat keterikatan karyawan untuk mendorong kinerja optimal, sekaligus sebagai acuan strategis dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kantor Penghubung Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan eksplanasi asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 70 karyawan yang ditentukan melalui metode total sampling. Data penelitian mencakup data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari dokumen perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t dan F, serta uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, demikian pula Motivasi Kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja. Secara simultan, Kompetensi SDM dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi dan motivasi karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas, sehingga perusahaan perlu secara konsisten mengembangkan program pelatihan, pembinaan, serta strategi motivasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Cak Bona, sebuah pertunjukan seni tradisional dari Desa Bona, Gianyar, Bali, yang berakar dari tari sakral Sanghyang dan berkembang menjadi varian tari Kecak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan sejarah, makna budaya, transformasi Cak Bona menjadi atraksi pariwisata, serta tantangan dan peluangnya di era globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur, observasi lapangan, serta wawancara dengan pelaku budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cak Bona tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media pelestarian identitas lokal, diplomasi budaya, dan penggerak ekonomi kreatif berbasis komunitas. Di sisi lain, globalisasi menghadirkan tantangan berupa komodifikasi budaya dan tekanan modernisasi. Oleh karena itu, strategi pelestarian berbasis komunitas, pendidikan seni, dan pemanfaatan media digital menjadi kunci keberlanjutan. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa Cak Bona merupakan contoh praktik pariwisata budaya yang mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara nilai tradisi dan tuntutan global.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and assess the marketing communication approach carried out by PT Triloka Cahaya Prima in strengthening brand loyalty through the Instagram account @oxcart. room. The main focus of this study is on the use of digital-based marketing strategies, especially the Pull, Push, and Pass approaches. The method applied in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that the Pull strategy is utilized to create emotional attachment with the audience through visual content that tells stories, which depicts the production process, team activities, and consumer experiences. The Push strategy is realized by conveying technical information about screen printing and fabric products directly and in detail to encourage purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the Pass strategy emphasizes social and local values through collaboration with creative communities and local brands such as @berkah. scotter. These three approaches are implemented in an integrated manner and build strong communication synergy, not only in attracting customer attention, but also in building trust, emotional closeness, and brand social image that contributes to increasing brand loyalty in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the rebranding strategy implemented by PT Lumos Inisiatif Indonesia through the utilization of the company’s official website, lumoshive.com, as an effort to enhance its corporate image. In the digital era, a website serves as one of the main representations of a company's identity, as well as a strategic communication channel to shape public perception. PT Lumos Inisiatif Indonesia redesigned the layout and content of its website as an initiative to project a more modern, professional, and relevant image for today’s audience. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that changes in visual appearance, navigation structure, and content presentation on the new website are capable of delivering a more professional and innovative impression. The latest website presents branding elements such as color tones, logos, layout, and language style that are more consistent with the company's values and mission. This has a positive impact on the perception of external audiences, including partners and potential clients. However, challenges were also found, such as limited human resources for content management and the need for regular updates to keep the website relevant and engaging. In conclusion, utilizing the website as the primary medium in the rebranding strategy has proven to contribute to building a stronger image for PT Lumos Inisiatif Indonesia. Nevertheless, a more structured and responsive digital management strategy is still needed to achieve more optimal and sustainable results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Karyawan, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Beban Kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PegawaiPT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Flores Bagian Timur Kabupaten Sikka berjumlah 50 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Kinerja Karyawanberada dalam kriteria baik, variabelFasilitas Kerja berada dalam kriteria baik, selanjutnya variabel Beban Kerjaberada dalam kriteria baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Fasilitas Kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selanjutnya variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Fasilitas Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja KaryawanPT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Flores Bagian Timur Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 23,7%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kapasitas Aparatur Gampong dan Pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Gampong terhadap Kinerja Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Gampong (Studi pada Kecamatan Batee Kabupaten Pidie). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan/kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan dan uji parsial dimaksud untuk mengetahui secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Objek dalam penelitian ini pada Kecamatan Sukamakmur Aceh Besar. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 84 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kapasitas Aparatur Gampong dan Pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Gampong baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Gampong (Studi pada Kecamatan Batee Kabupaten Pidie).

Abstract

School-age children are the age group of 6-12 years and an important period of growth and development, so adequate nutritional intake is needed to avoid nutritional problems. Children's nutritional intake that does not comply with the 2019 Nutritional Adequacy Intake and unhealthy physical activity patterns can disrupt energy balance and trigger nutritional problems. Mother's nutritional knowledge is important in determining the type and amount of food consumed by children so that the child's nutritional status is normal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between children's nutritional intake, physical activity, and maternal nutritional knowledge with the nutritional status of school-age children at UPT SDN 104244 Jati Sari, Lubuk Pakam District, Jl. Inpres, Tg. Garbus I Village. This research was conducted at UPT SDN 104244 Jati Sari, Lubuk Pakam District from January 13 to January 20, 2025. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were students in grades III to V who were selected by random sampling, with a sample of 57 people using the Slovin formula Data was collected through measurements of height and weight, a non-consecutive 3x24-hour food recall form, the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C) and maternal nutritional knowledge questionnaire. The statistical analysis employed was the Chi-square test. The research results indicate a significant relationship between children's nutritional intake (energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins A, B6, E, C, iron and zinc) with p-value = 0.001, physical activity (p-value = 0.001), maternal nutritional knowledge (p-value = 0.001) and the nutritional status of school-age children.

Abstract

Zinc deficiency anemia is a global health problem, especially in pregnant women. Management to deal with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women is done through various approaches, including the provision of fortified foods. Fortified foods given can be in the form of fruit, one of which is red guava fruit. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of red guava juice consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women at Karang Anyar South Lampung Health Center. This research design uses pre-experiment with one group pre test and post test, the research was conducted at Karang Anyar Health Center, South Lampung Regency in December 2024. Researchers collected data for 14 consecutive days. Researchers conducted a paired sample t test. The results showed that the average Hb before administration was 9.4 gr/dl, the average Hb after administration was 9.9 gr/dl. There is an effect of giving red guava juice on Hemoglobin (Hb) levels of anemic pregnant women at the Karang Anyar South Lampung Health Center (p-value = 0.000). Researchers suggest that health workers can socialize the benefits of red guava juice as a complementary therapy accompanied by the fulfillment of nutrition during pregnancy.

Abstract

Government procurement of goods/services plays a crucial role in accelerating development and improving public welfare, including in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. However, the implementation of procurement regulations still faces challenges in terms of transparency, accountability, and effectiveness. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method in the Supiori Regency Education Office. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed descriptively to evaluate the implementation of procurement regulations. The findings indicate that the implementation of procurement regulations in the Supiori Regency Education Office has been running according to procedure, but there are still obstacles such as limited human resources, lack of technical understanding, and coordination constraints between related parties. This study concludes that although procurement regulations have been implemented, their effectiveness in supporting the acceleration of welfare development is not optimal. Improvement of apparatus capacity, strengthening of the monitoring system, and synergy between institutions are needed so that implementation can be more effective and have a real impact on the community.
